Claims (3)
- Procédé pour influencer la solidification du coeur en partie encore liquide de brames et d'ébauches en acier au cours de la coulée continue, dans lequel une action de force, respectivement de trajectoire s'exerce de manière périodique sur les côtés en largeur de la barre, et l'action de force, respectivement de trajectoire a lieu par vibrations, caractérisé en ce que l'action de force, respectivement de trajectoire s'exerce de manière symétrique dans des zones voisines se situant les unes derrière les autres dans le flux de production, et les cadres supérieurs des segments exerçant l'action de force, respectivement de trajectoire ne se déplacent pas en parallèle, mais sont mobiles en inclinaison ; dans lequel les segments génèrent les processus d'oscillation à l'encontre des résistances de la barre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'action de force, respectivement de trajectoire est réglée d'une manière telle que l'on génère, dans la zone d'influence - par rapport au coeur de la barre encore liquide - une modification périodique du volume qui donne lieu à un écoulement du coeur liquide orienté à l'encontre de la direction de coulée continue en direction de la surface du bain.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le produit de la fréquence d'oscillation et de l'amplitude d'oscillation est supérieur/égal à 0,48 mm/s (2 Hz * 0,24 mm) jusqu'à 20 mm/s.
