Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a manhole base for a manhole system of a system for receiving, conducting and storing a fluid.
  • the invention also relates to a shaft system with a manhole base according to the invention and finally to a system for receiving, conducting and storing a fluid with such a shaft system.
  • Manhole bases according to the prior art are, for example, from the documents EP1956153A1 . WO2004 / 013421 A1 . NL1036127C and DE4315535A1 known.
  • the drainage systems to be constructed also include manhole systems to provide access to the pipelines.
  • construction pits are to be made in which the manhole base of the manhole system is mounted on a flat surface, i. can be turned off on a plane and stable surface to be produced.
  • Such a pit generally has an upwardly flared truncated or trapezoidal profile. As a result, the slipping of soil is minimized or avoided.
  • the production of such a pit is costly and time-consuming and sometimes has to take place in tight spaces, for example in cities.
  • Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a manhole base, which can be placed on a small planum, is stably executed and has an appearance or storage space inside.
  • a manhole base for a shaft system of a system for receiving, conducting and storing a fluid with a sealing, pluggable and / or latchable connection to a shaft middle part and / or shaft top with a first outer wall, with stiffening elements on which formed side edges , and a second outer wall, with stiffening elements, with a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion forms the upper portion in the installed position and the second portion, the lower portion, which are integrally connected by a transition portion, and with a Surface for parking on a substrate, which has the shape of a circular or annular surface or approximately the shape of a circular or annular surface, advantageously characterized in that the second portion has a relation to the outer wall smaller cross-sectional area than the cross-sectional area of the first section relative to the outer wall, wherein the cross-sectional area is the area obtained with a vertical projection of the section of the installed manhole base on an underlying horizontal plane that in the manhole base approximately in
  • connection of the manhole base to a shaft center or shaft top can be made fluid-tight, plug-in or latchable manner.
  • the manhole system that can be produced in this way can be part of a system for receiving, conducting and storing a fluid.

  • reinforcing elements are formed at the transition section.
  • the inner circular ring surface is formed approximately parallel to at least one side edge of at least one stiffening element.
  • the manhole base is particularly stable because forces from the inner circular ring surface to the side edges of the stiffening elements can be transmitted.
  • the inner circular ring surface is inclined along its entire circumference with respect to the footprint not more than 20 of 100, preferably not more than 10 of 100 to the center of the manhole base.
  • the inner circular ring surface of the manhole base is preferably suitable for use as a tread surface when the manhole system is entered by a person. Another purpose is the storage of objects on this area, for example in the course of inspection, maintenance or cleaning work in the shaft system. It is particularly advantageous that along the entire inner annular surface a tubular element is deductible. The introduction of force in the axial direction can thus take place over the entire circumference of the inner annular surface, resulting in a symmetrical force distribution and thus very high stability.
  • a corresponding inclination of the inner circular ring surface toward the middle of the manhole base ensures that particles or contaminants depositing there are easily removable or, for example, flushed or washable from this surface when fluid is introduced into the manhole base.
  • the ease of cleaning is thereby increased, the settling of dirt and particles on this inner annular surface is thereby minimized.
  • the surface of the inner circular ring surface is structured and / or at least partially provided with an anti-slip surface, to increase the sure-footedness and to be able to park objects on this surface safe to move. • the manhole base according to the invention is equipped with a very special security for entering, the risk of injury to a person located in the manhole is thus minimized, since it finds along the entire inner circumference an inner circular ring surface to occur.
  • the reinforcing elements along the outer wall of the manhole base are spaced approximately equidistant.
  • the reinforcing elements are formed as ribs.
  • Ribs can be produced in a simple manner as part of a shaping process and offer a high degree of power transmission.
  • the transition section between the first and the second section of the manhole base is particularly stabilized in this way.
  • the ribs are preferably integrally connected to the first and second sections at the transition section.
  • the ribs may be designed in a favorable embodiment of the invention so that they are at the first and second portions extended very far in the axial direction. This makes it possible to direct acting forces particularly well and to secure the manhole base particularly well against these forces acting.
  • Such an arrangement of the ribs can be produced particularly easily in the course of a shaping process at the manhole base by assigning a specific area of a shaping tool or a part of a shaping tool, for example a shaping jaw, to each locating section.
  • the manhole base consists of polymer material or contains polymer material, wherein the polymer material is preferably a thermoplastic, particularly preferably a polyolefin and very particularly preferably a polypropylene.
  • a manhole base made of polymeric material or containing polymer material is accessible in a very inexpensive manufacturing process.
  • the material itself is inert to the fluid to be introduced in a manhole base or a manhole system and can be made in any shape according to the molding process.
  • thermoplastic By using a thermoplastic, a very durable and recyclable material can be used, whereby the shaft has a long life and is recyclable at the end of its life.
  • a polypropylene is particularly suitable for such a manhole base, since this material is highly suitable for the execution of such manhole bases.
  • the manhole base contains an open channel integrated in its bottom, which is connected to the outer wall.
  • Such a manhole base may be preferably used to be integrated into a pipeline system in which a tube which is connected to the manhole base, the fluid feeds the manhole base, and a second tube which is connected to the manhole base, the fluid from discharges the manhole base.
  • the open channel in the bottom of the manhole base directs the fluid from the feeding pipe to the discharge pipe.
