- the user In order to take out a wet tissue 130 from the wet-tissue storage space 110H, the user holds the tab portion 120c of the lid 120 and peels the opening-closing portion 120b off the top of the reinforcing sheet 113, so that the opening-closing portion 120b is separated from the reinforcing sheet 113 and the opening 112 is opened.
- the opening-closing portion 120b is normally bonded to the top of the reinforcing sheet 113 in order to prevent the wet tissues 130 from drying.
- the lateral seal part 111a is kept in a fixed position and the tab portion 120c of the lid 120 is picked and pulled up by the user. Specifically, the tab portion 120c is pulled in a direction of arrow A toward the lateral seal part 111b.
- the opening-closing portion 120b of the lid 120 is peeled off the reinforcing sheet 113, so that the opening 112 is exposed and the wet tissues 130 can be taken out through the exposed opening 112.
- the body 110 may be hung with a hanging string or rope 200 through the hang hole 114.
- the hang hole 114 is a feature that corresponds to the "holding part", the "hanging part” and the "through hole” according to this invention.
- the diameter of the hang hole 114 and the strength of the lateral seal part 111a around the hang hole 114 are set such that the hang hole 114 is prevented from being destroyed when the lid 120 is peeled.
- the diameter of the hang hole 114 and the section modulus of the lateral seal part 111a are set such that the hang hole 114 is prevented from being destroyed by tensile stress which is generated on the heat-sealing film by separation of the adhesive when the lid 120 is peeled, and by tensile stress which is generated on the heat-sealing film under the own weight of the container 100.
- the film tear strength of the lateral seal part 111a is set to be 280 g or higher.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 is configured such that the opening 112 is prevented from being irreversibly deformed not only by the tensile stress and the bending moment which act upon the heat-sealing film when the lid 120 is peeled, but by the tensile stress which is generated under the weight of the wet tissues 130 when the body 110 is hung. Specifically, when the tensile stress and the bending moment act upon the reinforcing sheet 113 at the same time, the side of the reinforcing sheet 113 acted upon by the tensile stress is more easily deformed plastically (deformed irreversibly).
- the force acting under the weight of the wet tissues 130 is not directly involved in the deformation of the reinforcing sheet which may be caused by the bending moment when the lid 120 is peeled. Therefore, particularly, when the body 110 is hung in use, it is necessary to consider the elastic modulus and the section modulus of the reinforcing sheet 113 in order to prevent deformation of the reinforcing sheet 113 and the opening 112.
- the thickness and the elastic modulus of the reinforcing sheet 113 are set by considering the tensile stress which acts under the weight of the wet tissues 130.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 and the lid 120 are formed of PET film, PVC film or the like, having the thickness of 50 ⁇ m or more and the thickness of 70 ⁇ m or more, respectively.
- the body 110 is formed of film (e.g. PET12/AL6/CPP30) with the thickness of 48 ⁇ m.
- the tab portion 120c is returned back to the opening 112 side and the opening-closing portion 120b is bonded to the top of the reinforcing sheet 113.
- the container 100 can be hung and held in that state.
- the lid 120 can be peeled off the body 110 with the container 100 held in the hanging state. Therefore, the user can peel the lid 120 with one hand, so that the user's operation of peeling the lid 120 is facilitated.
- the lid 120 is peeled with the container 100 held in the hanging state, so that the lid 120 is held in the peeled state under its own weight. Therefore, the user can peel the lid 120 off the body 110 with one hand and then take out the wet tissues 130 through the opening with the same hand. Thus, the user can perform all these actions with one hand, so that the user's operation is facilitated.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 is arranged on the top of the upper wall 110a. Therefore, when the lid 120 is peeled from the lateral seal part 111a side to the lateral seal part 111b side, the heat sealing film for forming the body 110 can be prevented from being deformed. Specifically, by provision of the reinforcing sheet 113, the body 110 is reinforced around the through hole 112a (the opening 112) having a lower rigidity. Thus, deformation of the body 110 can be prevented. As a result, adhesion between the lid 120 and the reinforcing sheet 113 can be improved when the lid 120 covers the opening 120 again, so that the wet tissues 130 can be prevented from drying,
- the reinforcing sheet 113 arranged around the opening 112 particularly an area surrounding the opening 112 and having a low rigidity can be reinforced.
- the body 110 can be reinforced with a simple structure of simply adhering the reinforcing sheet 113 to the top of the upper wall 110a after the body 110 is formed.
- the reinforcing sheet 113 of the present invention is now described with reference to FIG. 7 .
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is provided. In the other points, it has the same construction as the above-described embodiment.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is arranged only between the opening 112 of the body 110 and the lateral seal part 111a. Specifically, the reinforcing sheet 213 extends along the short side direction of the body 110 between the opening 112 and the lateral seal part 111 a.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 has curved parts and straight parts 213a, 213b.
- the curved parts of the reinforcing sheet 213 have about the same shape as the curved parts of the lid 120 facing the lateral seal part 111 a in the long side direction of the body 110, and the straight parts 213a, 213b extend along the short side direction of the body 110.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is longer than the opening 112 in the short side direction of the body 110.
- the reinforcing sheet 213 is laid between the body 110 and the lid 120. Provision of the straight parts 213a in the reinforcing sheet 213 makes it easier for users to pick up the tab portion 120c formed at the end of the lid 120.
- the reinforcing sheet 313 is arranged only between the opening 112 of the body 110 and the lateral seal part 111a. Specifically, the reinforcing sheet 313 extends along the short side direction of the body 110 between the opening 112 and the lateral seal part 111a. The reinforcing sheet 313 is rectangular and longer than the opening 112 in the short side direction of the body 110.
- the hang hole 114 is provided as the hanging part in the lateral seal part 111 a of the body 110, but the hanging part is not limited to this.
- a hook may be provided on the body 110, or an adhesive tape may be provided on the lateral seal part 111a of the body 110.
- the container 100 is described as being used in the hanging state, but it is not limited to this.
- the container 100 may be held by fixing the lateral seal part 111a in a predetermined position such as on a desk or a shelf.
- the lid 120 is formed by the base 120a, the opening-closing portion 120b and the tab portion 120c, but it may be formed only by the base 120a and the opening-closing portion 120b. Further, in order to bond the base 120a of the lid 120 to the top of the body 110, an adhesive having an adhesive strength to irremovably bond the base 120 to the top of the body 110 is used, but the adhesive may be of the type having an adhesive strength to peelably bond the base 120a to the top of the body 110.
- the reinforcing sheet 113,213 or 313 is formed separately from the heat sealing film which forms the body 110, and provided on the top of the heat sealing film, but it may be provided on the storage space 110H side of the heat sealing film of the body 110. Further, it may comprise the reinforcing part which is integrally formed with the heat sealing film forming the body 110 by increasing the thickness of the heat sealing film of the body 110 between the opening 112 and the lateral seal part 111 a. The thickness of the heat sealing film is increased in part, so that this part of the heat sealing film is provided with higher rigidity and formed as the reinforcing part.
- the straight part 113a or 213a is formed in the reinforcing sheet 113 or 213, but this purpose may be attained by other configurations.
- the tab portion 120c of the lid 120 may be configured to protrude toward the lateral seal part 111a.
- each of the wet tissues 130 may be folded in a so-called pocket fold in which the tissue is Z-folded and the edges of the Z-folded tissue are further folded to form a zigzag fold tissue and then the zigzag fold tissue is folded in the middle of the folds.
- the package is not limited to a container for storing sheet-type articles, such as wet tissues, but it can also be formed as a container for storing various other articles.
