Definitions

  • the invention relates to a trigger assembly for a firearm, comprising a movable between a basic position and a through-loading closure, a catch lever which is movable between a rest position for releasing the closure and a catch position for catching the closure, a movable between a non-actuated position and an actuating position trigger element for the transfer of the catch lever from its catch position to its rest position, a relative to the trigger element movable trigger element which is movable between a holding position for holding the catch lever in its rest position and a release position for releasing a movement of the catch lever in its catch position, wherein a transfer of the trigger element from its holding position to the release position by contact in the direction Through loading position moving closure with the trigger element is done.
  • the triggering element aims that the catch lever assumes a defined position, ie either a rest position in which the closure of the catch lever in the direction of cartridge chamber (home position) is freely movable, or a catch position in which the catch lever against a movement in the direction of home position prevents .
  • the trigger element is preferably held by a spring in the holding position and against the action of the spring in the release position can be transferred.
  • the shutter is moved from the home position to an intermediate position in which the catch lever located in Fanglage is not yet in engagement with the closure, has a movement of the closure, starting from the intermediate position in the direction Basic position with the result that the closure runs with a locking element of the closure carrier on the trigger element and blocked there in an intermediate position.
  • the present invention has the object to improve a trigger assembly of the type mentioned so that a blockage of a moving in the direction of the basic position closure is prevented in the case of secured trigger by the trigger element.
  • this object is achieved according to the invention with the trigger element being pivotable about a trigger element pivot axis movable relative to the trigger element, that the trigger element pivot axis (58) on one of the trigger element (56) and the trigger element (22). separate additional element (68) is arranged and that the additional element (68) relative to the trigger element (22) is movably mounted, so that the trigger element in the non-actuating position of the trigger element even with secured trigger by means of a moving towards the basic position closure of a movement space of the closure is moved out.
  • the trigger element is pivotable about a trigger element pivot axis, wherein the position of this pivot axis is movable relative to the trigger element.
  • the movement of the triggering element out of the movement space of the closure takes place in an advantageous manner substantially perpendicular to the movement axis of the closure.
  • the process of evading the trigger element can also be described by the term "submerge”.
  • the trigger element pivot axis is arranged on a separate from the trigger element and the trigger element additional element and that the additional element is mounted relative to the trigger element movable. In this way, the mobility of the trigger element pivot axis relative to the trigger element can be realized in a structurally simple manner.
  • the additional element is pivotally mounted about an additional element pivot axis in the trigger element, so that a relative movement of the additional element is associated with a pivoting of the additional element relative to the trigger element.
  • This has the advantage that can be used for a movement of the additional element relative to the trigger element existing within the extraction element space.
  • the trigger element pivot axis and the additional element pivot axis are parallel to one another, in particular collinear with one another. In this way, a compact arrangement can be provided in which the trigger element relative to the additional element and the additional element are pivotable relative to the trigger element. A previously described "descent" of the trigger element is then accompanied by a pivoting of the additional element to the additional element pivot axis, wherein the trigger element remains in a particular secured non-actuation position.
  • the trigger assembly comprises a securing device, which secures the catch lever in its catch position and the trigger element in its non-actuated position and in an unlocked state allows a transfer of the catch lever in its rest position and a transfer of the trigger element in its operating position.
  • the securing device has a securing element, which is coupled to the triggering element such that a transfer of the securing device from the unlocked state to the secured state is forcibly accompanied by a transfer of the triggering element from its holding position into the release position.
  • a particularly compact design results when the fuse element pivot axis is parallel, in particular collinear, to a bearing axis of a trigger spring, which serves to act on the catch lever with a spring force.
  • the securing device comprises a control element pivotable about an operating axis for transferring the securing element in its secured or unsecured state, and if the operating element and the securing element are coupled to one another by means of a rotary thrust joint. This allows a reliable transmission of a pivoting movement of the operating element on a pivotally mounted securing element.
  • the invention also relates to a firearm, in particular a handgun, which comprises a trigger assembly described above.
  • a trigger assembly 10 shown in the drawing comprises a shutter 12, which along a central axis 14 between a basic position (see FIG. 1 ) and a through-loading position (cf. FIG. 3 ) is movable.
  • the closure 12 has on its underside a plurality of along the central axis 14 seen one behind the other arranged latching lugs 16.
  • the shutter 12 occupies a movement space 18, which is indicated in the drawing with parallel dashed lines.
  • the shutter 12 is in Shot direction acted upon by a known per se and therefore not shown closure spring.
  • the trigger assembly 10 further includes a handle 20 on which a trigger element 22 is pivotally mounted about a trigger element pivot axis 24.
  • the withdrawal element 22 is held by means of a trigger spring 26 in a non-actuated position.
  • the trigger spring 26 is formed in the form of a leg spring, which is mounted on a transverse pin 28.
  • the transverse pin 28 is attached to the handle 20.
  • the trigger spring 26 also cooperates with a catch lever 30 which is pivotally mounted about a catch lever pivot axis 32 on the handle 20.
  • the catch lever 30 has at its rear end a pivotally mounted on an axis 34 securing pawl 36.
  • the catching lever 30 can assume a rest position in which the securing pawl 36 is arranged outside the movement space 18 of the closure 12 (cf. FIG. 1 ).
  • the catch lever 30 may also assume a catch position in which the securing pawl 36 of the catch lever 30 protrudes into the movement space 18 of the closure 12 to catch the closure 12 at the locking lugs 16 and to prevent it from moving in the direction of home position.
  • the take-off element 22 has a release roller 38, which is pivotable together with the take-off element 22 about the take-off element pivot axis 24.
  • a (not shown) unlocked state of the trigger assembly 10 is the trigger element 22, starting from the example in FIG. 2 illustrated non-actuated position the action of the trigger spring 26 to the rear in an actuating position (not shown) pivotable, so that the trigger roller 38 presses against an underside of the catch lever 30 and this against the action of the trigger spring 26 from the in FIG. 2 shown catch in the in FIG. 1 shown rest position transferred.
  • the trigger assembly 10 further includes a generally designated by the reference numeral 40 securing means.
  • This comprises a hand-operated control element 42, which is pivotable about an operating axis 44.
  • the operating element 42 is non-rotatably connected to a securing roller 46, which has a securing latch recess 48.
  • the securing device 40 furthermore comprises a securing section 50 which can be pivoted with the operating element 42 and which cooperates with a rearward section 52 of the withdrawal element 22.
  • the securing portion 50 prevents pivoting of the trigger element 22 to the trigger element pivot axis 24. Furthermore, the backup roller 46 prevents the catch lever 30 and when a detent lug 16 of the closure 12 against the safety latch 36 (see FIG FIG. 9 ), that a lower securing pawl portion 54 of the securing pawl 36 dips into the Sich ceremoniessklinkenausEnglishung 48 of the securing roller 46. In this way, the securing device 40 secures the catch lever 30 in its catch position when the closure is caught.
  • the trigger assembly 10 further includes a trigger element 56 which is pivotable about a trigger element pivot axis 58.
  • the trigger element 56 is subjected to a force by means of a trigger element spring 60, so that the Trigger element 56 presses in a holding position against a stop 61 of the handle 20. In this holding position, a triggering pawl 62 of the triggering element 56 projects into the movement space 18 of the closure 12.
  • the triggering element 56 also has a latching projection 64, which serves to define a contact section 66 of the catching lever 30.
  • the abutment portion 66 extends perpendicular to the plane of the drawing. In the rest position of the catch lever 30, the trigger element 56 holds the catch lever 30 by the latching projection 64 of the trigger element 56 behind the contact portion 66 (see FIG. 1 ).
  • trigger assembly 10 of the shutter 12 moves from the basic position in the direction of loading position and, for example, a in FIG. 2 represented intermediate position, the back of the shutter 12 and the detent lugs 16, the trigger pawl 62 so that the trigger element 56 is moved to the trigger element pivot axis 58 to the rear and out of the movement space 18 of the shutter 12 in a release position.
  • the release position of the trigger element 56 of the locking projection 64 of the trigger element 56 is no longer in engagement with the abutment portion 66 of the catch lever 30 so that it by means of the trigger spring 26 from its rest position (see FIG. 1 ) into its catch situation (cf. FIG. 2 ) is transferred.
  • Such blocking can also in the fully charged state of the trigger assembly 10 (see Figures 3 and 4 ) occur; when the closure 12 in the in FIG. 3 is shown through loading position and the catch lever 30 a catch position (see FIG. 9 ), the securing device 40 in its secured state causes the trigger member 22 is not movable from a non-actuated position into an actuating position, since the rear portion 52 of the trigger member 22 presses against the securing portion 50 of the securing device 40. Further, the backup roller 46 prevents immersion of the lower portion 54 of the safety latch 36 in the Sich ceremoniessklinkenausANSANS 48.
  • the trigger element 22 can be pivoted about the Abzugsselementschwenkachse 24, so that the Trigger roller 38 presses against the underside of the catch lever 30 and the catch lever from the catch position in the in FIG. 3 shown rest position, in which the latching projection 64 of the trigger element 56 behind the contact portion 66 of the catch lever 30.
  • a detent lug 16 of the closure 12 arranged in the front direction of the weft reaches into blocking engagement with the release pawl 62, which protrudes into the movement space 18 of the closure 12 and is blocked on the stop 61 of the grip 20 as a result of the contact element.
  • the safety device 40 is unlocked, can, without the trigger element 22 is actuated, solve by dipping the trigger 62 unintentionally a shot.
  • FIGS. 5 to 7 shown trigger assembly 10 has a to the above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 described trigger assembly 10 comparable structure. Therefore, for the description of the structure and operation of the trigger assembly 10, see FIG FIGS. 5 to 7 also referred to the above description.
  • the trigger element pivot axis 58 is not fixed to the trigger element 22. Rather, the trigger element pivot axis 58 is movable relative to the trigger element 22.
  • the trigger element pivot axis 58 is mounted on an additional element 68, which is pivotable about an additional element pivot axis 70.
  • the additional element pivot axis 70 is collinear and preferably identical to the trigger element pivot axis 24 of the trigger element 22.
  • a bolt 20 attached to the handle is provided around which both the trigger element 22 and the additional element 68 are pivotable.
  • the trigger element pivot axis 58 is arranged in the weft direction in front of the additional element pivot axis 70. A pivoting of the additional element 68 about the additional element pivot axis 70 thus causes a displacement of the trigger element pivot axis 58 in a direction transverse to the central axis 14 of the closure 12th
