Definitions

  • the invention relates to a firearm with a repeating function, in particular with a pump-action mechanism, with a housing with a first housing part and a second housing part, the first housing part having at least one barrel, a breech that is guided in the first housing part and can be locked with the barrel, and an axially displaceable breech in the housing mounted repeating rod, and wherein the second housing part has a lock for firing the shot, the repeating rod being mechanically connected to the breech and/or a part of the breech - preferably a breech carrier - via a detachable connection.
  • firearms with pump action mechanisms are out WO 2015/116264 A2 or DE 10 2009 051 416 A1 known.
  • the ones from the WO 2015/116264 A2 known firearm has a detachable connection between the bolt action rod and the breech and a mechanical breech lock.
  • the object of the invention is to enable rapid removal of the closure from the housing.
  • the repeating rod can be deflected or bent in a direction transverse, i.e. essentially normal, to its longitudinal axis and/or to the barrel axis - preferably elastically - into a release position such that in the released position the detachable connection between the repeating rod and Closure or part of the closure is released.
  • the bolt action rod is mechanically coupled to the breech or a part of the breech, this can be displaced together with the bolt action rod in the longitudinal direction of the bolt action rod from an operating position to a removal position.
  • the mechanical connection between the repeating rod and the breech or a part of the breech is released, as a result of which the breech can be removed from the housing.
  • the releasable connection between the repeating rod and the breech or a part of the breech is preferably formed by a bolt.
  • the bolt can between a coupling position in which the bolt action rod mechanically to the Lock or a part of the lock is coupled, and a release position in which the bolt action rod is mechanically decoupled from the lock or a part of the lock can be moved.
  • the release position can only be assumed when the repeating rod together with the breech is in the axial removal position. It is only in this axial removal position of the bolt action rod that the lock can be mechanically decoupled from the bolt and thus from the bolt action rod.
  • the bolt action rod is mechanically decoupled from the breech only in the release position.
  • the bolt is connected to the bolt-action rod via a fixed connection and that the detachable connection is formed between the bolt and the breech or a part of the breech.
  • the bolt is connected to the breech or a part of the breech by a fixed connection and that the releasable connection is formed between the bolt and the repeating rod.
  • the fixed connection can be formed by a non-positive, positive or material connection, the detachable connection by a non-positive or positive connection.
  • the bolt-action rod can be firmly connected to the bolt at its first end facing the breech by a screw connection.
  • the bolt itself can engage transversely to the longitudinal axis of the bolt-action rod and/or transversely to the barrel axis in a recess of the breech or part of the breech that is shaped according to the bolt and thus form a positive connection with the breech, which enables a mechanical coupling between the bolt-action rod and the breech.
  • the bolt-action rod is moved axially, the breech is moved along with it.
  • the bolt can be guided on its side facing away from the closure and/or laterally in the first housing part in order to enable an exact and smooth displacement movement.
  • the guide prevents the releasable connection--for example between the bolt and the breech and a part of the breech--from being released too early, ie when the bolt-action rod has not yet reached the axial removal position.
  • the housing has at least one removal opening, preferably formed by the first housing part, for removing the closure, the removal opening preferably being free when the first housing part is at least partially separated from the second housing part.
  • At least partial separation means that the two housing parts are pivoted, folded away, pushed away or otherwise moved away from one another, although this is not necessary is that the two housing parts are completely separated, i.e. the mechanical connection between the two housing parts is completely released.
  • the two housing parts can, for example, be pivotably or slidably connected to one another.
  • Free here means that the removal opening is accessible from the outside and allows removal from the first housing part or insertion of the closure into the first housing part.
  • the closure can be fixed by a locking slide of a locking device, the locking slide being pivotably mounted in a pivoting plane in the housing, preferably in the second housing part of the housing, between a locked position and an unlocked position, with preferably the pivot plane is arranged parallel to the barrel axis.
  • an embodiment variant according to the invention provides that the locking device can be unlocked by an unlocking device, the unlocking device having an unlocking element arranged in an unlocking hole of the housing so that it can be displaced along a second displacement axis - preferably in the displacement plane - whereby particularly preferably the second axis of displacement is arranged normal to the first axis of displacement.
  • the unlocking element has a ramp area with at least one ramp surface, which is inclined at a ramp angle of between 15° and 75°, preferably between 30° and 60°, in relation to the second displacement axis, with the locking slide having a has a contact area corresponding to the ramp surface with a contact edge and/or a contact surface.
  • the unlocking element of the unlocking device contacts the corresponding contact edge or contact surface of the locking slide of the locking device via the ramp surface in such a way that the locking slide is pivoted from the locked position into the unlocked position by pushing the unlocking element.
  • the locking slide and/or the unlocking element are/is loaded by a restoring force in the direction of the locking position. So that the locking mechanism, which consists of the locking device and the unlocking device, is forced to return to the rest position after an unlocking process and the safety device can take effect, the locking mechanism is permanently subjected to the restoring force in the direction of the locking position of the closure.
  • Unlocking takes place via the ramp surface forming an inclined plane between the components.
  • the components of the locking mechanism mutually limit their travel towards the rest position defined by the locked position, thereby aligning themselves. Only one attachment for the locking device and the unlocking device is required.
  • the Figures 1 to 5 show a firearm 1 with a repeating function, in particular with a pump-action mechanism 2, having a housing 3 with a first housing part 3a and a second housing part 3b, the first housing part 3a and the second housing part 3b being at least partially separated from one another by pivoting or sliding from an operating position into a maintenance position can be separated.
  • the first housing part 3a has at least one barrel 4, a breech 5 guided in the first housing part 3a and lockable with the barrel 4, and a repeating rod 6 mounted so as to be axially displaceable in the housing 3.
  • the second housing part 3b contains the lock 7 for triggering the shot.
  • the longitudinal axis 6a of the repeating rod 6 is arranged essentially parallel to the barrel axis 4a of the barrel 4 .

  • the repeating rod 6 is mechanically connected via a detachable connection 8 to the breech 5 or a part of the breech 5—for example a breech carrier 5a.
  • a bolt 10 is arranged between the breech 5 and the bolt action rod 6, which is connected to the bolt action bolt 6 in a non-positive, positive or material connection or a combination thereof via a fixed connection 9 and thus prevents the movement of the bolt action bolt 6 on the bolt 10 Repetition is transmitted.
  • the fixed connection 9 is formed by a screw connection 9a, which connects the bolt 10 to a first end 6b of the bolt-action rod 6 facing the breech 5 .
  • the bolt 10 can be mechanically connected to the breech 5 via the releasable connection 8 formed here by a form fit 8a, in that the bolt 10 is transverse, i.e.
  • the bolt 10 On its side facing away from the closure 5 and on both adjoining sides, the bolt 10 has surfaces 10a which correspond to corresponding guide surfaces 12a, 12b on the inside of the first housing part 3a.
  • the bolt 10 is guided on the one hand via the lateral first guide surfaces 12a during an axial displacement of the bolt-action rod 6 in order to prevent lateral deflection.
  • On the other hand prevents the recess 11 facing second guide surface 12b unintentional decoupling of the breech 5 from the bolt action rod 6 by the surface 10a resting against the second guide surface 12b.

  • a removal opening 14 of the first housing part 3a is released.
  • the bolt 10 has been moved out of the first housing part 3a.
  • the surface 10a is in the axial direction - viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis 6a of the repeating rod 6 or the barrel axis 4a - moved beyond the guide surfaces 12a, 12b and thus normal to the longitudinal axis 6a or normal to the barrel axis 4a released.
  • the bolt 10 can thus be moved out of the recess 11 in a direction normal to the longitudinal axis 6a or barrel axis 4a and the detachable connection 8 can thus be released.
  • the bolt 10 Since in the illustrated embodiment the bolt 10 is firmly connected to the bolt action rod 6 via the screw connection 9a at the first end 6b, the bolt action rod 6 must be elastically bent away from the lock 5 into a release position C in order to move the bolt 10 completely out of the recess 11 and to release the positive connection 8 .
