Description

The invention relates to a firearm with a repeating function, in particular with a pump-action mechanism, with a housing with a first housing part and a second housing part, the first housing part having at least one barrel, a breech that is guided in the first housing part and can be locked with the barrel, and an axially displaceable breech in the housing mounted repeating rod, and wherein the second housing part has a lock for firing the shot, the repeating rod being mechanically connected to the breech and/or a part of the breech - preferably a breech carrier - via a detachable connection.

For example, firearms with pump action mechanisms are out WO 2015/116264 A2 or DE 10 2009 051 416 A1 known. The ones from the WO 2015/116264 A2 known firearm has a detachable connection between the bolt action rod and the breech and a mechanical breech lock.

In known designs of firearms with a pump-action mechanism, the breech can only be removed by extensive dismantling work, sometimes only with the tools required for this. This makes it difficult for the closure to be removed quickly and/or easily, for example to carry out cleaning work.

The object of the invention is to enable rapid removal of the closure from the housing.

This object is solved by claim 1. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the repeating rod can be deflected or bent in a direction transverse, i.e. essentially normal, to its longitudinal axis and/or to the barrel axis - preferably elastically - into a release position such that in the released position the detachable connection between the repeating rod and Closure or part of the closure is released.

If the bolt action rod is mechanically coupled to the breech or a part of the breech, this can be displaced together with the bolt action rod in the longitudinal direction of the bolt action rod from an operating position to a removal position. In the removal position, the mechanical connection between the repeating rod and the breech or a part of the breech is released, as a result of which the breech can be removed from the housing. The releasable connection between the repeating rod and the breech or a part of the breech is preferably formed by a bolt. The bolt can between a coupling position in which the bolt action rod mechanically to the Lock or a part of the lock is coupled, and a release position in which the bolt action rod is mechanically decoupled from the lock or a part of the lock can be moved. The release position can only be assumed when the repeating rod together with the breech is in the axial removal position. It is only in this axial removal position of the bolt action rod that the lock can be mechanically decoupled from the bolt and thus from the bolt action rod. The bolt action rod is mechanically decoupled from the breech only in the release position.

In one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the bolt is connected to the bolt-action rod via a fixed connection and that the detachable connection is formed between the bolt and the breech or a part of the breech. As an alternative to this, it can also be provided that the bolt is connected to the breech or a part of the breech by a fixed connection and that the releasable connection is formed between the bolt and the repeating rod.

The fixed connection can be formed by a non-positive, positive or material connection, the detachable connection by a non-positive or positive connection. For example, the bolt-action rod can be firmly connected to the bolt at its first end facing the breech by a screw connection. The bolt itself can engage transversely to the longitudinal axis of the bolt-action rod and/or transversely to the barrel axis in a recess of the breech or part of the breech that is shaped according to the bolt and thus form a positive connection with the breech, which enables a mechanical coupling between the bolt-action rod and the breech. When the bolt-action rod is moved axially, the breech is moved along with it. The bolt can be guided on its side facing away from the closure and/or laterally in the first housing part in order to enable an exact and smooth displacement movement. At the same time, the guide prevents the releasable connection--for example between the bolt and the breech and a part of the breech--from being released too early, ie when the bolt-action rod has not yet reached the axial removal position.

In order to enable easy removal of the closure, it is advantageous if the housing has at least one removal opening, preferably formed by the first housing part, for removing the closure, the removal opening preferably being free when the first housing part is at least partially separated from the second housing part. At least partial separation here means that the two housing parts are pivoted, folded away, pushed away or otherwise moved away from one another, although this is not necessary is that the two housing parts are completely separated, i.e. the mechanical connection between the two housing parts is completely released. The two housing parts can, for example, be pivotably or slidably connected to one another.

Free here means that the removal opening is accessible from the outside and allows removal from the first housing part or insertion of the closure into the first housing part.

For pump action firearms, locking the breech after loading ammunition and closing the breech is essential for safety. Otherwise there is a risk of accidentally opening the breech or partially opening the breech before or during firing. There is a risk that the locking mechanism will no longer work and that enormous gas pressure will unintentionally be released in the area of the closure, which can lead to injuries to the user. In order to avoid this, it is provided in a further development of the invention that the closure can be fixed by a locking slide of a locking device, the locking slide being pivotably mounted in a pivoting plane in the housing, preferably in the second housing part of the housing, between a locked position and an unlocked position, with preferably the pivot plane is arranged parallel to the barrel axis.

If the loaded ammunition cannot be fired safely or if it was accidentally loaded and needs to be removed from the weapon, the lock must be manually unlocked. In order to enable rapid unlocking of the closure, if necessary, an embodiment variant according to the invention provides that the locking device can be unlocked by an unlocking device, the unlocking device having an unlocking element arranged in an unlocking hole of the housing so that it can be displaced along a second displacement axis - preferably in the displacement plane - whereby particularly preferably the second axis of displacement is arranged normal to the first axis of displacement.

It is particularly advantageous if the unlocking element has a ramp area with at least one ramp surface, which is inclined at a ramp angle of between 15° and 75°, preferably between 30° and 60°, in relation to the second displacement axis, with the locking slide having a has a contact area corresponding to the ramp surface with a contact edge and/or a contact surface. To unlock the locking device the unlocking element of the unlocking device contacts the corresponding contact edge or contact surface of the locking slide of the locking device via the ramp surface in such a way that the locking slide is pivoted from the locked position into the unlocked position by pushing the unlocking element.

In order to avoid unintentional unlocking of the closure, it is provided that the locking slide and/or the unlocking element are/is loaded by a restoring force in the direction of the locking position. So that the locking mechanism, which consists of the locking device and the unlocking device, is forced to return to the rest position after an unlocking process and the safety device can take effect, the locking mechanism is permanently subjected to the restoring force in the direction of the locking position of the closure.

Laufachse gerichteten Bewegung. It is known from the prior art to release the blocking of the breech by means of operating elements arranged on the side or on the underside of the firearm, with the operating elements having to be actuated upwards. The design of the locking device and unlocking device according to the invention, on the other hand, enables lateral actuation of the unlocking mechanism with a movement directed transversely to the firing direction or barrel axis.

Unlocking takes place via the ramp surface forming an inclined plane between the components. The components of the locking mechanism mutually limit their travel towards the rest position defined by the locked position, thereby aligning themselves. Only one attachment for the locking device and the unlocking device is required.

Die Fig. 1 bis Fig. 5 zeigen eine Schusswaffe 1 mit Repetierfunktion, insbesondere mit einem Vorderschaftrepetiermechanismus 2, mit einem Gehäuse 3 mit einem ersten Gehäuseteil 3a und einen zweiten Gehäuseteil 3b, wobei der erste 3a und der zweite Gehäuseteil 3b durch Schwenken oder Verschieben von einer Betriebsstellung in eine Wartungsstellung zumindest teilweise voneinander getrennt werden können.the Figures 1 to 5 show a firearm 1 with a repeating function, in particular with a pump-action mechanism 2, having a housing 3 with a first housing part 3a and a second housing part 3b, the first housing part 3a and the second housing part 3b being at least partially separated from one another by pivoting or sliding from an operating position into a maintenance position can be separated.

The first housing part 3a has at least one barrel 4, a breech 5 guided in the first housing part 3a and lockable with the barrel 4, and a repeating rod 6 mounted so as to be axially displaceable in the housing 3. The second housing part 3b contains the lock 7 for triggering the shot. The longitudinal axis 6a of the repeating rod 6 is arranged essentially parallel to the barrel axis 4a of the barrel 4 . The repeating rod 4 is slidably mounted parallel to the barrel axis 4a in the first housing part 3a.

The repeating rod 6 is mechanically connected via a detachable connection 8 to the breech 5 or a part of the breech 5—for example a breech carrier 5a.

A bolt 10 is arranged between the breech 5 and the bolt action rod 6, which is connected to the bolt action bolt 6 in a non-positive, positive or material connection or a combination thereof via a fixed connection 9 and thus prevents the movement of the bolt action bolt 6 on the bolt 10 Repetition is transmitted. In the exemplary embodiment, the fixed connection 9 is formed by a screw connection 9a, which connects the bolt 10 to a first end 6b of the bolt-action rod 6 facing the breech 5 . The bolt 10 can be mechanically connected to the breech 5 via the releasable connection 8 formed here by a form fit 8a, in that the bolt 10 is transverse, i.e. essentially normal to the longitudinal axis 6a of the bolt action rod 6 and/or normal to the barrel axis 4a, in a recess 11 of the closure 5 engages, which corresponds to the shape of the bolt 10. As an alternative to the form-fitting connection, the bolt 10--depending on the design of the closure 5--can also be connected to the closure 5 or a closure carrier 5a via a non-positive connection.

On its side facing away from the closure 5 and on both adjoining sides, the bolt 10 has surfaces 10a which correspond to corresponding guide surfaces 12a, 12b on the inside of the first housing part 3a. The bolt 10 is guided on the one hand via the lateral first guide surfaces 12a during an axial displacement of the bolt-action rod 6 in order to prevent lateral deflection. On the other hand prevents the recess 11 facing second guide surface 12b unintentional decoupling of the breech 5 from the bolt action rod 6 by the surface 10a resting against the second guide surface 12b.

Die zweite Führungsfläche 12b verhindert ein ungewolltes Entkoppeln der Repetierstange 6 vom Verschluss 5. 1 shows the firearm 1 in the operating position A, with the first housing part 6a and part of the second housing part 6b being shown. The bolt action rod 6 is coupled to the breech 5 and is in the forward position. The bolt 10, which is mechanically firmly connected to the bolt action rod 6, is inserted into the recess 11 of the breech 5 - bolt 10 and recess 11 thus form the form-fitting, detachable connection 8 in the exemplary embodiment. The second guide surface 12b prevents the bolt action rod 6 from unintentionally decoupling from the breech 5.

In 2 only the first housing part 3a of the firearm 1 is shown, with the repeating rod 6 and the breech 5 being displaced axially into the removal position B. Beforehand, the first housing part 3a and the second housing part 3b were at least partially separated from one another, for example pivoted or displaced relative to one another into an open position of the housing 3 . As a result, a removal opening 14 of the first housing part 3a is released.

In this removal position B, the bolt 10 has been moved out of the first housing part 3a. The surface 10a is in the axial direction - viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis 6a of the repeating rod 6 or the barrel axis 4a - moved beyond the guide surfaces 12a, 12b and thus normal to the longitudinal axis 6a or normal to the barrel axis 4a released. The bolt 10 can thus be moved out of the recess 11 in a direction normal to the longitudinal axis 6a or barrel axis 4a and the detachable connection 8 can thus be released. Since in the illustrated embodiment the bolt 10 is firmly connected to the bolt action rod 6 via the screw connection 9a at the first end 6b, the bolt action rod 6 must be elastically bent away from the lock 5 into a release position C in order to move the bolt 10 completely out of the recess 11 and to release the positive connection 8 . The bending angle of the repeating rod 6 in the release position C is denoted by reference numeral 13 . The slide 5 can now be pulled out of the first housing part 3a through the removal opening 14 in the direction of the barrel axis 4a or the longitudinal axis 6a of the bolt action rod 6, as shown in FIG 3 is shown.

The closure 5 is installed analogously in the reverse direction and sequence.

The locking device 20 provided for safety reasons is fixed the breech 5 in its axial position and is used to lock the breech 5 after ammunition has been fed in, in order to prevent accidental opening or partial opening of the breech 5 before or when the shot is fired. The locking device 20, which has a rotatable locking slide 21, for example, is held in its in 1 , 4 and 5 locked position shown held. The locking slide 21 is in a substantially parallel to the running axis 4a trained pivot plane ε about a rotation axis 21a in a guide channel 22 of the second housing part 3b of the housing 3 between a in the Figure 1, Figure 1a , 4 and 5 Drawn locked position and an unlocked position, not shown, pivotally mounted. In the blocked position, the axial displacement movement of the closure 5 in the first housing part 3a is blocked by a stop surface 5c of the closure 5 cooperating with a locking surface 26 of the locking slide 21 and released in the unlocked position ( Fig. 1a ).

Because the locking device 20 is held in the locked position by the restoring force of the locking spring, malfunctions of the locking device 20 can be largely ruled out. In particular, an unintentional deactivation of the locking device 20 can be prevented. In order to be able to safely and quickly unblock the breech 5 by the locking device 20 if necessary - for example if the loaded ammunition cannot be fired safely or was loaded accidentally - an unlocking device 30 is provided with which the breech 5 can be unlocked . The unlocking device 30 has, for example, a rotationally symmetrical - for example pin-shaped - unlocking element 31 with a ramp area 32, which unlocking element 31 is mounted in an unlocking bore 33 perpendicular to the pivot plane ε of the locking device 20 in the second housing part 3b along a displacement axis 33a. The ramp area 32 has at least one ramp surface 34, which is inclined at a ramp angle α in relation to the displacement axis 33a, the ramp angle α being, for example, between 15° and 75°, preferably between 30° and 60° - in the exemplary embodiment approximately 45° - amounts to. The locking slide 21 of the locking device 20 has a contact area 25 corresponding to the ramp surface 34 of the unlocking device 30 with a contact edge 24 with a chamfer 23 which encloses an angle β>=0, for example 10°, with the ramp surface 34 . The unlocking element 31 is activated by a restoring force in the Figure 1, Figure 1a , 4 and 5 locked position shown held. The restoring force can be applied to the unlocking element 31 by the locking spring via the locking slide 21 and the ramp surface 34, or by a separate restoring spring not shown in detail.

By pressing the blocking element 31, it is displaced parallel to the displacement axis 33a and, via the ramp surface 34, the blocking slide 21 is pivoted along the pivot plane ε against the restoring force into the unlocked position, as indicated by the arrow P in FIGS Figures 1 and 1a is indicated. The displacement axis 33a is inclined at an angle γ of, for example, 90° in relation to the pivot plane ε. The breech 5 is thus unlocked and can be displaced in its longitudinal direction, ie parallel to the barrel axis 4a of the barrel 4, in the first housing part 3a.

As in Fig. 1a is shown, the closure 5 has a stop surface 5c which interacts with a locking surface 26 of the locking slide 21 . The design is designed in such a way that the resulting force vectors act on the blocking slide 21 counter to the unlocking direction P when the closure 5 is attempted to be opened. As a result, the locking device 20 is self-locking when force is applied.

In contrast to known designs, the unlocking element 31 can be actuated laterally with a movement directed transversely to the firing direction or transversely to the barrel axis 4a, and the breech 5 can be unlocked in this way. Unlocking takes place via the ramp surface 34 and the contact edge 24. The components of the mechanism mutually limit their paths to the rest position and align themselves automatically. It is only necessary to fasten the components of the locking device 20 and the unlocking device 30 . In order for the locking device 20 and the unlocking device 30 to be forced to return to the rest position after actuation and for the safety to take effect, a restoring force acts permanently on them in the direction of the locking position.

The invention can be applied to a wide variety of firearms 1 with a repeating function, in particular firearms 1 with a pump-action mechanism 2, regardless of the caliber, whether it is a long or short gun, the type of breech or ammunition supply.

The invention enables the closure 5 to be removed quickly and easily without the use of any tools.
