Definitions

  • the invention relates to a weapon lock of a handgun according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention also relates to a handgun with such a weapon lock.
  • a gun lock with two arranged on a lock carrier arranged percussion pieces, each associated with each hammer piece trigger rod for holding or releasing the hammer, a trigger and a between the trigger and the trigger rods arranged breaker known.
  • the breaker has two mutually parallel intermediate lever, which are arranged pivotably on a linearly displaceable within the lock carrier body.
  • the main body with the rotatably mounted intermediate levers serves as inertial mass and is displaced after the delivery of a first shot such that between the intermediate levers and the trigger bars creates a gap.
  • Such an interruption of the connection between the intermediate levers and the trigger rods is then when the weapon is slowed down at a caused by the recoil backward movement of the shoulder of the shooter or rebounds from this back to the front.
  • belonging to the intermediate levers in the main body gate valves are arranged, which are designed so that they initially stop at a conditional by the recoil backward movement of the lock carrier due to their inertia and reach within the body in a front locking position. In this blocking position, the intermediate lever are blocked, whereby an unwanted triggering of another shot is prevented even during a conditional by the recoil backward movement of the lock carrier.
  • the trigger includes a slidable separator which is slidable relative to the trigger between a rear operating position for connecting the trigger with the intermediate levers and a front separating position for separating the trigger from the intermediate levers by its inertial mass.
  • a double ie the unwanted triggering of a second shot when firing the intended first shot, can be prevented.
  • this known weapons lock is relatively complex and has a variety of mutually movable and matched parts.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a weapon lock and a handgun with such a weapon lock, which ensures a high security against unintentional release of a second shot in the delivery of a first shot with fewer parts.
  • the inertial mass consists of a pivotable about a transverse axis between a starting position and a securing position pendulum weight through which the breaker is pivotable when knocking a first hammer in the opposite direction to the pendulum weight in the disconnected position.
  • the opposing pivotal movement of pendulum weight and breaker in an expedient embodiment, for example, be achieved in that the pendulum weight has a lower part with a relation to the axis of rotation projecting lug to rest against a stop surface of the breaker.
  • the pendulum weight may also include a widened upper part with a front recess for receiving the trigger bars:
  • a control of the breaker can be carried out in an advantageous manner in that the hammering pieces contain a control surface, the so with bearing surfaces of the pendulum weight cooperate, that the pendulum weight is moved when knocking a striking piece in the securing position and thereby moves the breaker in the opposite direction forward to the release position.
  • the pendulum weight is rotatable about the transverse axis in the lock carrier and the interrupter about a further transverse axis rotatably disposed in a recess of the trigger.
  • the trigger bars are designed as a two-armed lever with an obliquely upwardly facing upper arm and a lower arm.
  • On the upper arm of the two trigger rods can each have a first catch for engagement with a first mating latch on the top of the respective hammer pieces and on the lower arm of the two trigger rods can each have a second mating latch for engagement with a protruding central latch or recessed side latches on the Be provided back of the breaker.
  • the first catch on the trigger bars may e.g. be designed as a latching groove and the corresponding first counter-locking on the percussion pieces as a latching nose.
  • the second mating latch on the trigger rods can also be designed as a latching lug
  • the central latch on the circuit breaker can be designed as a latching surface on a rearwardly projecting nose
  • the lateral detents can be formed as latching surfaces on lateral recesses of the circuit breaker.
  • An automatic switchover can be made possible in a further advantageous embodiment in that the breaker on its rear side depressions or recesses for receiving the nose of the cut-off piece belonging to the trigger bar contains. If the pendulum weight returns to its initial position after the delivery of a first shot, thereby one of the lateral detents of the switch can get under the trigger bar of the not yet severed percussion piece, so that they can be knocked off by a renewed actuation of the trigger.
  • the invention also relates to a double-barreled shotgun or other handgun equipped with such a weapon lock.
  • FIG. 1 illustrated in a perspective gun lock a hand gun, especially a shotgun, contains a lock plate referred to as lock plate 1, are arranged on the two adjacent strikers 2 and 3 between seen in the weft direction rear clamping position and a severed front position movable.
  • the right seen in the firing direction and in the representation of FIG. 1 The front striking piece 2 is in a cut off front position and the left hammer 3 seen in the weft direction is shown in a cocked retracted position.
  • Both striking pieces 2 and 3 are mounted rotatably about a striking piece axis 4 on the lock carrier 1.
  • By impact springs 5, the hammer 2 and 3 are pushed forward in the severed position.
  • the impact springs 5 are clamped between the lock carrier 1 and the respective striking pieces 2 and 3.
  • Seen in the weft direction behind the two striking pieces 2 and 3 are also on the lock carrier 1 also two also juxtaposed and the respective Striking pieces 2 and 3 for their support in the clamping position or release associated trigger rods 6 and 7 rotatably arranged about a transverse axis 8.
  • a pendulum weight 9 which is explained in greater detail below, is also mounted on the lock carrier 1.
  • a trigger 11 rotatable about a trigger axis 10 and at the bottom of the lock carrier 1, a trigger guard 12 are arranged on the lock carrier.
  • the trigger 11 has a projecting into a recess 13 on the underside of the lock carrier 1 peel sheet 14 and from the lock carrier 1 down projecting trigger reins 15.
  • an interrupter designed as an interrupter 17 is rotatably mounted about a transverse axis 18.
  • the breaker 17 is pressed by a arranged in the weft direction in front of the transverse axis 18 arranged spring 19 to the rear.
  • trigger spring 20 With the help of a FIG. 4 shown trigger spring 20, the trigger 11 is pressed into a front starting position.
  • the two identically formed trigger rods 6 and 7 are designed as two-armed levers with an obliquely upwardly facing upper arm 21 and a lower arm 22.
  • spring-loaded pressure pin 23 With the help of two seen in the weft direction behind the transverse axis 8 and arranged in FIG. 6 recognizable, spring-loaded pressure pin 23, the two trigger rods 6 and 7 are acted upon so that the upper arm 21 is pressed by the spring-loaded pressure pin 23 down.
  • a first latch 24 is provided for engagement with a first counter-latching 25 on the upper side of the respective hammer 2 and 3 respectively.
  • the first latch 24 on the trigger rods 6 and 7 is executed in the embodiment shown as a latching groove and the first counter-latching 25 on the striking pieces 2 and 3 as a latching lug.
  • a second counter-latch 26 is provided for engagement with a protruding central latch 27 or set back lateral latches 28 on the breaker 17.
  • the second counter-latch 26 on the trigger bars 6 and 7 is designed in the embodiment shown as a latching lug.
  • the central catch 27 is designed as a latching surface on a rearwardly projecting nose and the lateral catches 28 are designed as latching surfaces on lateral recesses of the breaker 17.
  • the breaker 17 can be moved transversely to the lock carrier 1 so that the central latch 27 on the breaker 17 either passes under the counter-latch 26 of the first or second trigger bar 6 and 7 respectively. As a result, it can be determined whether the right or left hammer 2 or 3 is knocked off first during the delivery of the first shot.
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 shows that the pendulum weight 9 arranged between the two trigger rods 6 and 7, slender lower part 30 with a respect to the transverse axis 8 in the weft direction forward projection nose 31 and an upwardly projecting and widened upper part 32 with a front recess 33rd for the arms 21 and 22 of the two trigger bars 6 and 7 contains.
