Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for reducing the rebound of a closure, in particular a gas pressure supercharger.
- This construction is based on the problem that in fully automatic weapons, also due to the high firing cadences, the shutter, locking slide and all the associated moving parts bounce on the almost stationary gun barrel. This can come to a rebound, in particular of the locking slide, which could bring in the worst case, unlocking the weapon with it when the distance traveled by the rebound path is too large. If then also the ignition delays, a shot with unlocked lock is possible.
- such a closure system for a gun is known.
- two each pivotable about an axis locking lever are provided, each of which first arm can be acted upon by a respective latch, such that when locking the shutter, the first arm of the respective locking lever to the firing pin pivotally and the second arm of the respective locking lever is pivotable away from the firing pin, so that the firing pin is displaceable in its firing position.
- the firing pin contains two opposite catching edges, in which the respective second arm of the locking lever in the Locking position of the firing pin engages.
- the invention has the object to provide a device that prevents the opening of a rebound closure after feeding the ammunition.
- the invention is based on the idea that it would be sufficient to minimize bounce after impact by incorporating additional masses and thus to minimize the loss of closure lead energy. This is achieved by coupling a rebounding locking slide of the closure with an additional mass, so that a large part of the rebound energy is absorbed by the additional mass and the slide of this energy is disposed of. Then, after covering a certain path, when an opening of the closure is no longer possible, the subordination of the slider is released and this can continue its function, the wedging of the support flaps of the closure, unhindered.
- Fig. 2 is an exploded view of a closing spring device according to the prior
- a closure 1 is shown in its locked position.
- 2 is a locking slide and 3 is a closure head.
- the closure 1 is moved by form or force closure of two driving cam 21 and the locking slide 2 of the closure 1.
- the driving cam 21 are part of two, arranged on both sides of the closure 1 Sch.federvoriquesen 20.
- Each Sch.federvortechnisch 20 includes a subassembly Sch widerfederrohr 22.
- a stop bushing 23 is the front bearing in the weapon housing.
- the locking device 20 is mounted by means of a locking button 24 in the weapon housing.
- a latch 25 serves as a safeguard against unintentional release.
- the locking button 24 and a spring sleeve stop 26 are screwed onto the closing spring tube 22 to stop and secured (22'- closing spring tube - completely). 27 with a closing spring sleeve is characterized with driving cam 21.
- a closing spring 28 and a spring cap 29 (FIG. 2).
- These driving cams 21 engage in releasing rests 10 on the locking slide 2 in a form-fitting manner
- the cartridge is introduced into a weapon tube or cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel not shown in detail.
- the acceleration of the closure 1 takes place here by applying gas through a gas piston, not shown.
- the Verrieglungs- slide 2 is moved further and pushes the support flaps 4 in corresponding recesses of the weapon housing.
- the locking slide 2 rebounds against a rigid stop 7 on the closure head 3. By this impact, the locking slide 2 and the closure head 3 are moved back against its forward movement.
- the closing springs of the locking slide 2 should prevent opening in this case, but often do not have the force to prevent the rebound, so in the worst case, the support flaps 4 from the recesses of the gun housing slide in the direction of the closure head 3 and the lock could be solved.
- the rebound lock 11 can be connected via a connection 30 as an additional part with the weapon circle (moving parts).
- the rebound lock 11 comprises an additional mass 12, which acts on the rebounding of the locking slide 2 to this, so that the locking slide 2 is damped in its backward movement and thus the kinetic energy is reduced.
- the additional mass 11 is preferably formed by movable weapon parts.
- a pawl 13 is incorporated (Fig. 4), which in turn preferably to a projection of the closing spring sleeve 27 and engages.
- This intervention takes place when the closing spring sleeve 27 has reached the maximum stop 7 and is now moved back by the impact force (FIG. 3).
- the pawl 13 is moved out of its free space, whereby a sub-position 14 can slide into this (for example spring-assisting).
- a bracket 16 whereby a kind of connecting rod 17 is brought into the upper portion of a slot construction 15.
- the subordinate position 14 of the rebound lock 11 cooperates again with the slot construction 15.
- the sub 14 is guided over the bracket 16 and the connecting rod 17 or the like, along the obliquely incorporated slot 15, so that when the connecting rod 17 has reached its lower end position and with the bracket 16 and the sub-position 14 has been moved.
- the pawl 13 in turn slide into the free space and release the projection of the closing spring sleeve 27. The possibly remaining energy in turn is not enough to move the locking slide 2 on, so that this maintains the assumption of the support flaps 4.
- the Mit Toyotaweg the rebound lock 11 is thus determined by the length / slope angle of the slot 15.
- the amount or the weight of the additional mass 12 is tuned to the rebound and rebound of the locking slide 2.
