Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a triggering device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
  • Generic triggering devices are mainly used for firearms. They serve to transmit a triggered by hand, usually with a finger, triggering movement so that the control body releases the firing pin or the hammer piece so that this or this, acted upon by a striking spring, fast forward and by striking directly on a Cartridge or on a, acting on the cartridge firing pin can trigger the shot.
  • release devices often work together with so-called closures, which among other things have the firing pin or the hammer and the firing pin and the, the firing pin or the hammer exciting spring.
  • the striking spring To be able to strike the firing pin sufficiently firmly against the cartridge or the striking piece sufficiently firmly against the firing pin, the striking spring must be correspondingly strong.
  • the resistance to be overcome by hand or with the finger during the triggering process should be as low as possible, so that the firearm will not be torn during the triggering process or the shot will not miss its target.
  • the resistance to be overcome during the tripping process is also referred to as the trigger weight. It represents the force that must be applied to the trigger trigger to trigger the firing pin or the striking piece.
  • the deduction weight should be as low as possible. But it is also important that the triggering process can take place very quickly, so that the shot is fired when the shooter so wishes, so it does not come to undesirably long time delays between trigger and shot.
  • the DE 33 47 564 A1 shows a triggering device for a spring-loaded firing pin in which a mirrored L-shaped lever is provided as a transmission mechanism between the trigger trigger and the control body, on which a rolling element is arranged and which lever is pivoted to release the control body about an axis.
  • the US 3,726,040 A and the US 2,436,682 A also disclose tripping devices with rolling elements. Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a generic release device, which is easy to produce and yet works precisely and in particular with a very low deduction weight is feasible.
  • the transmission mechanism between the trigger trigger and the control body is arranged.
  • the pressure acting on the striker or impact piece pressure of the striker spring on the inventively provided sequence of adjacent rolling elements is derived via the control body.
  • the force provided by the tensioned striker spring which is usually in the range of 100 to 110 Newtons, ie 10 to 11 kg can be reduced to a very low trigger weight.
  • a particular advantage of the tripping device according to the invention is also the speed with which a triggered by trigger trigger movement over the sequence of rolling elements and thus on the inventively constructed transmission mechanism on the control body and thus on the firing pin or the hammer can be transferred.
  • tripping devices according to the invention are simpler due to their simpler structure and thus more cost-effective than the known in the prior art lever transmission mechanisms produced.
  • Another advantage of the invention is that triggering devices according to the invention can also be realized with a very small footprint, ie in a small size.
  • the trigger devices according to the invention can be combined with a great many different firing gun closures known in the prior art.
  • the control body can act directly or indirectly via the interposition of other parts on the firing pin or the hammer.
  • triggering devices according to the invention do not necessarily have to be used in firearms. Even if a triggering device for a firing pin or a hammer is needed elsewhere, it can be designed according to the invention.
  • the rolling elements forming the sequence are arranged one behind the other and, apart from the first and last rolling elements of the sequence, each rolling element abuts in each case exactly on two adjacent rolling elements.
  • the rolling elements of the sequence should therefore not be exactly one behind the other in a row, but, viewed in particular in the direction of sequence, relative to their centers or center axes each be slightly offset from one another.
  • the sequence of rolling elements is arranged in a transmission channel delimited by channel walls.
  • the distance between each mutually opposite channel walls should be at least slightly larger than the diameter of the rolling elements.
  • the distance of each opposing channel walls is smaller than twice the diameter of each rolling element. In this way it can be ensured that the rolling elements, in particular despite their offset, are each arranged one behind the other.
  • each rolling element rests against at least one of the channel walls.
  • the invention provides that at least one partial region of at least one of the channel walls is designed as a rocker pivotable about at least one rocker pivot axis.
  • the rocker At the trigger trigger while a catch is arranged, with the rocker in a first position festhaltbar and is releasable in at least one released position.
  • the provision of the rocker can, in particular at a relieved of the pressure of the striker spring release device can be achieved by the rocker of at least one, preferably adjustable in their spring force rocker return spring, preferably outside the rocker pivot axis, spring-loaded.
  • balls and / or rollers are used. These should be conveniently made of a suitably hard material. For example, one can use balls and / or rollers of metal, in particular of steel, or of corresponding ceramic materials.
  • Fig. 1 shows the triggering device or the trigger of the first embodiment in a firing position from which a shot can be triggered by pressing the trigger trigger 2, which is often referred to as a trigger.
  • Fig. 2 shows the triggering device in the fired state in which the firing pin 1 is pushed by the striker spring 16 completely forward toward the cartridge, not shown here.
  • Fig. 3 shows the triggering device in a discharged state, which the provision of the triggering device in the fireproof position according to Fig. 1 serves as an intermediate step.
  • the return spring 15 is significantly weaker than the forces acting on the control body 3 via the inclined surfaces 18 and 19 of the striker spring 16.
  • the forces introduced in the direction 23 in the uppermost ball 4 are passed through the sequence of balls 4 and the channel walls. 5 supported. Due to the friction, the offset of the balls 4 to each other and their support on the channel walls, the forces acting on the sequence of rolling elements or balls 4 forces are reduced.
  • the channel walls 5 are not flat, but have a sequence of alternating, projecting in the direction of the channel interior wall portions 6 and in the opposite direction set back wall portions 7.
  • the uppermost ball 4 is additionally pressed by the alignment spring 20 in the direction of the rocker 9. This measure also serves to ensure that the balls 4 and their centers are always arranged offset from one another. With the additional screw 17 provided in this embodiment, the range of motion of the lowermost ball 4 can be finely adjusted.
  • the front, in the direction of detent 11 facing channel wall 5 is formed as a pivotable about the rocker pivot axis 8 rocker 9.
  • the uppermost rolling element 4 is located on one side of the rocker pivot axis 8 on the rocker 9, while other rolling elements 4 abut on the rocker 9 on the opposite side. It is provided in the first embodiment shown that 8, more rolling elements 4 abut the rocker 9 on the side facing the release trigger 2 side of the rocker pivot axis, as on the opposite side of the rocker pivot axis 8.
  • the arrangement of rolling elements or balls 4 on the but also on the other side of the rocker pivot axis 8 contributes in this embodiment further contributes to deduction weight, ie the force with which the trigger trigger 2 must be operated to reduce.
  • a detent 11 is arranged in the illustrated embodiment, with the rocker 9 in the first, in Fig. 1 shown, cocked position can be maintained.
  • the rocker 9 has for this purpose a mating catch 22, which in the position according to Fig. 1 interacts with the catch 11 on release trigger 2.
  • the rocker return spring 10 acts on the rocker 9 .
  • This is adjustable in its spring force in the illustrated embodiment by adjusting their bias by means of the adjusting screw 17.
  • This set screw 17 is, like all other screws 17 of this embodiment, in the form of a grub screw.
  • the rocker return spring is, as its name implies, primarily provided for returning the rocker 9 by pivoting about the rocker pivot axis 8. By turning the adjusting screw 17 assigned to it but also the trigger weight can be finely adjusted.
  • the trigger trigger 2 is designed as a pivotable about a trigger pivot axis 12 lever.
  • the trigger withdrawal 2 is additionally arranged the trigger return spring 13, which the trigger trigger 2 towards the in Fig. 1 biased position shown.
  • this trigger return spring 13 is adjustable by means of a screw 17 in its bias or spring force. Again, this can be done once again a fine-tuning of the deduction weight.
  • Am in the Fig. 1 to 3 Shutter trigger 2 shown is further provided at the end raster end another set screw 17, with which can be adjusted as far the catch 11 and the counter-latch 22 in in Fig. 1 mesh shown tensioned state.
  • control body 3 and studs free, so that it can pivot in the direction 23 about its control body pivot axis 14, whereby the inclined surfaces 18 and 19 come out of contact and the firing pin 1 is released so that it of the striker 16 with its one piece molded tip 26 can strike ahead of the rear end or primer of the cartridge, not shown here, whereby the shot is fired.
  • this triggering process can proceed much more quickly than is possible with transmission mechanisms in the form of lever mechanisms in the prior art.
  • Fig. 2 shows the fired state of the tripping device according to the first embodiment. Notch 11 and counter-latch 22 are disengaged.
  • the rocker 9 is pivoted in the direction 25 to the front.
  • the balls or rolling elements 4 have slid down into the widened channel in the direction of the withdrawal pivot axis 12.
  • the control body 13 is pivoted in the direction 23 downwards, the firing pin 1 is released and displaced by the striker spring 16 at most toward the cartridge, not shown.
  • Fig. 1 To be able to bring is pushed back in a known per se from a not shown here part of the closure of the firing pin 1, so that the striker spring 16 is compressed again. If the firing pin 1 is pushed far enough back, as in Fig. 3 shown, the control body 3 is pivoted against the direction 23 of the control body return spring 15 back up. As a result, the balls, or rolling elements 4 are relieved, so that the rocker return spring 10, the rocker 9 swing back again and the channel in his can narrow the lower area again. As a result, the balls or rolling elements 4 are pushed back up so that they gem. Fig. 1 to reach.
  • the trigger return spring 13 can pivot the trigger trigger 2 counter to the direction 24 back into the starting position.
  • the intermediate position is gem. Fig. 3 reached.
  • the 4 to 6 show a second embodiment in which the sequence of rolling elements or the balls 4 lying, that are aligned substantially horizontally in shown normal operating position.
  • the second embodiment illustrates that tripping devices according to the invention can be constructed in a particularly space-saving or flat manner.
  • the second embodiment is in Fig. 4 again shown in the tense fireproof state.
  • Fig. 5 shows the fired state.
  • Fig. 6 an intermediate position, with the triggering device according to the fireproof state.
  • Fig. 4 can be brought.
  • the triggering device shown in the second embodiment is specially designed for a so-called R93-closure Blaser.
  • the striker spring 16 acts on the control body 3 in the direction 23 in such a way that, in the cocked fireproof state, it follows.
  • Fig. 4 is pressed against the first of the balls 4.
  • the friction between the rolling elements or balls 4, their staggered arrangement and their support on the channel walls 5 provide optimum reduction of the deduction weight.
  • a part of the channel wall 5 as a rocker 9, which is pivotable about the rocker axis 8 in the direction 25 is formed.
  • the rocker 9 is in turn of the catch 11 in the position according to Fig. 4 held until pressed against the release trigger 2 in the direction 24.
  • Becomes the trigger trigger 2 is pressed or pivoted in the direction 24, so the catch 11, the counter-latch 22 and thus the rocker 9 free.
  • the control body 3 designed here as a linearly displaceable bolt is pressed in the direction 23 towards the trigger pivot axis 12.
  • the rocker 9 is pivoted in the direction 25, whereby the sequence of rolling elements 4 receiving channel widens at its end directed to the withdrawal pivot axis 12 end.
  • Fig. 5 shows the firing state achieved following this very fast-acting firing operation.
  • the closure not shown, then the control body 3 are then relieved again, causing the already described with respect to the first embodiment return springs 10 and 13, the rocker 9 and the trigger trigger 2 again in the original position gem.
  • Fig. 4 can move back. The corresponding intermediate position is in Fig. 6 shown. If the control body 3 is then again loaded in the direction 23 by the closure, then the detent 11 and the counter-detent 22 again engage with each other, as a result of which the fireproof or tensioned state acc. Fig. 4 is reached.
  • each return spring may be adjustable in its spring force or may not be adjustable.
  • the firearms do not necessarily have firing pins which strike with their integrally molded tip directly on the cartridge. It is also possible to use triggering devices according to the invention for firearms in which a striking piece, accelerated by the striking spring, strikes a firing pin, which thereby strikes the cartridge and triggers the shot.
  • triggering devices according to the invention can be combined or adapted to a wide variety of closures. Above all, it is also pointed out that triggering devices according to the invention can be used not only for firearms but also for other applications in which a triggering device for a firing pin or the like is required.
