Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lock with a lock case, with a trap and with an additional case, wherein the case and the additional case in each case in a projecting out of the lock case position and in a retracted position in the lock case can be transferred, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Das Lock has a slide, which can be converted into a release position and in a blocking position. The slider is transferred from the release position to the blocking position when a movement takes place, in which the case and the additional case are first transferred from the protruding positions in the retracted positions and then the case is transferred to the protruding position, while the additional trap in the retracted position remains.
  • the DE 60 2004 007 517 T2 discloses a generic castle in which a case and an additional trap must first be withdrawn into a lock case and then the case must be extended again to allow movement of the slider from the release position to the locked position.
  • the slide does not move into the locked position, if only the case or the additional trap are withdrawn.
  • a stop element is provided which prevents the slider from moving into the blocking position. The movement of the slider into the locking position can be released by a tilting movement of the stop element when both the latch and the additional latch are retracted into the lock case.
  • the disadvantage of this is on the one hand, that a movement of the slider is prevented in the blocking position only by the stop element.
  • the slider undesirably moves into the blocking position, even if the trap and / or the additional trap are in the protruding position.
  • the tilting movement of the stopper element can tilt, so that the stopper element does not release the movement of the slider even when the case and the additional catch are retracted.
  • the slide is held in the release position at at least a first and a second holding position of the slider, which are spaced apart.
  • spaced means, in particular, that a stop at the first and at the second holding position can be reached and released independently of one another. Due to the fact that the slider is held in at least two holding positions in the release position, even an undesired transfer of the slider is prevented in the locked position when a stop at one of the holding positions z. B. deleted because of a break.
  • the slide can be held positively and / or non-positively at the holding positions.
  • the slide is held in a form-fitting manner at the first and / or second holding position.
  • the stop at the first stop position corresponds to a first positive connection
  • / or the stop at the second stop position corresponds to a second positive connection.
  • the slider In the release position of the slide, it is possible to close a door leaf in which the lock is arranged. If the door leaf is closed, the slider in the blocking position prevents an opening of the door leaf. Due to the transition from the release position into the blocking position, the slider can cause a locking of the door leaf. advantageously, the slider is in the release position with the door leaf open and in the blocking position with the door leaf closed.
  • a latch can be moved from an unlocking position, in which the latch is retracted in the lock case, into a locking position, in which the latch protrudes from the lock case, by a movement of the slide.
  • the lock may have a latch, which can engage in the locking position in a counter-closing element, which is used for example in a door frame or in a passive leaf.
  • the latch In the locked position, the latch locks the door leaf.
  • the unlocked position the door leaf is unlocked.
  • the latch is transferred from the unlocked position into the locking position, in that the slider moves from the release position into the blocking position.
  • the slider can in particular move the bolt by a positive guide.
  • the slider may have a backdrop in which a link guide element of the bolt is guided.
  • the gate can be designed so that a vertical movement of the slider causes a horizontal movement of the bolt.
  • the slider prevents in the locked position a transfer of the trap in the retracted position.
  • the slider in the locked position, can prevent the latch and / or the latch from retracting into the lock case and / or the slider can cause the lock position of the latch to move to the locked position.
  • the slider can allow the case to be retracted in the release position. Additionally or alternatively, the slide can cause the unlocking position of the bolt by a movement in the release position.
  • the slider can only be transferred from the release position to the blocking position when the additional latch and the latch are retracted together into the lock case and then the latch extends again.
  • the additional trap retracted in the lock case.
  • These movements may be provided in particular during a closing operation of the door leaf.
  • the slider remains in the release position when either only the case or only the additional case are withdrawn into the lock case.
  • the slide is biased by a slide spring in the direction of the blocking position.
  • the trap can be transferred from the retracted position to the protruding position by a latch spring.
  • the additional trap can be moved by an additional fall spring in the protruding position of the additional trap.
  • the direction of movement of the slider can be predetermined by a guide.
  • the slider may have a guide groove in which engages a guide element of the lock case.
  • the stop at the first holding position can be canceled.
  • both the case can cause a hold and the additional case another stop or solve.
  • the first and the second holding position are independent of each other. If only the case is withdrawn into the lock case, then the slider is held in the release position by stopping at the second holding position. If only the additional case is withdrawn into the lock case, the slider is held in the release position by the stop at the first holding position.
  • first and the second holding position can each be directly on the slide.
  • the stop at the first and / or the second holding position blocks the movement of the slide in a direction of movement in which the slide moves from the release position into the blocking position.
  • At least one of the two holders, in particular both holders, can be designed such that the movement of the slider from the release position to the locked position is prevented.
  • the slide can abut against an element which is arranged in the blocking position in the direction of movement of the slide and thus blocks the direction of movement. In this way, a simple and safe construction of the lock can be ensured, in which, for example, tilting is prevented.
  • the stop at the first and / or at the second holding position can be canceled by itself without the slider moving. This allows the slider to be protected from wear. If only one stop is lifted, at least one further hold of the slide remains. As a result, the slider remains in the release position.
  • the stop at the first holding position in particular by a retraction of the case in the lock case, can be canceled without the slider moves. Also or alternatively, in particular by a retraction of the additional latch in the lock case, the stop at the second holding position can be canceled without the slider moving.
  • the lock can be configured such that during the movement sequence, the slider is moved in one direction only. During a movement of the slider from the release position in the Locking position, it is therefore not necessary to move the slider back and forth.
  • the lock according to the invention can be made compact.
  • the slide performs only a linear movement, in particular a vertical downward movement, during the movement sequence. A stroke movement of the slider is eliminated.
  • the lock may have a first actuating element, in particular a lever.
  • the first actuating element may be arranged in the lock to enter the stop at the first holding position with the slider.
  • the first actuator can be brought into operative connection with the trap.
  • the first actuating element can be actuated by the latch in order to release the first positive connection with the slide. It can be provided that the first actuating element is spring-loaded in the direction of the slide by a spring element. In this way, the first actuating element can enter the stop at the first holding position with the slider by the force of the spring element.
  • the first actuating element can be designed as a two-armed lever.
  • a first arm of the lever can engage in a recess of the slider.
  • the recess thus serves as the first stop position of the slider.
  • a second arm of the lever can be actuated by the latch. It is provided in particular that the second arm of the lever can be brought into operative connection with a contact element of the latch.
  • the contact element can be designed, for example, as a latch shaft which has a roller or a cam.
  • the contact element may be mechanically fixed in the case, so that moves in a movement of the case, the contact element accordingly.
  • the additional latch has a locking element that causes the stop at the second holding position.
  • the locking element may be formed monolithically with the additional trap.
  • the lock may have a second actuating element, in particular a pivot lever, which holds the slider at the second holding position.
  • a second actuating element in particular a pivot lever, which holds the slider at the second holding position.
  • the second actuating element directly holds the slide, while the second actuating element itself is prevented from moving in a direction of movement which corresponds to the transfer of the slide from the release position into the blocking position.
  • the locking element can be provided.
