Description

  • Diese Erfindung betrifft einen Lagerungspolster für eine Person zum Einnehmen einer sitzenden oder liegenden Haltung auf dem erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolster, welcher Lagerungspolster eine Grundfläche und eine an der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Grundfläche angeordnete Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche, auf welcher die Person die Haltung einnimmt, und zwischen der Grundfläche und der Sitzfläche erstreckende Seitenflächen aufweist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Lagerungspolster dient insbesondere dazu, Personen mit einem eingeschränkten Gleichgewichtssinn in ihrer sitzenden oder liegenden Lage zu sichern, sodass die Personen nicht vom Lagerungspolster als Sitz oder Liege fallen können. Die Person kann beispielsweise ein Säugling oder eine beeinträchtigte Person sein.
  • Es sind nach dem Stand der Technik Sitzschalen oder Liegeschalen bekannt, welche eine steife, an die Person angepasste Form aufweisen. Insbesondere bei Säuglingen, welche ein hohes Wachstum haben, sind diese Schalen nur für einige Monate geeignet. Schalen nach dem Stand der Technik haben darüber hinaus den Nachteil, dass im Fall einer schlecht passenden Form der Schale Druckstellen an der Haut der Person auftreten können, welche zu einer Verletzung der Person führen können. Darüber hinaus ist eine Sitzschale nach dem Stand und dergleichen nur eingeschränkt auf einem Sofa oder an sonstigen Orten platzierbar. Es sind hier zumeist Aufstellvorrichtungen notwendig, um eine Schale nach dem Stand der Technik für den Gebrauch aufstellen zu können. US2012181834A1 weist ebenso keine, dem erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolster ähnliche Form auf. Es ist dem Dokument US2032248 kein Hinweis zu entnehmen, dass der Polster zur Aufnahme eines Körpers oder eines Körperteils seine Form verändert beziehungsweise durch den Körper oder den Körperteil deformiert wird.
  • US5947563 umfasst keine Angaben zur Anordnung der Fläche im Polster.
  • US4875732 umfasst eine Sitzschale. Wie eingangs erwähnt sollen mit Hilfe dieser Erfindung die Nachteile einer Sitzschale überwunden werden.
  • DE202013001916 offenbart keine, zu der Erfindung ähnliche Ausnehmung.
  • Die in GB2439917 offenbarte Vorrichtung basiert ebenso auf der Verwendung von Schalen. WO2013/020171 offenbart eine Lagerpolsterung mit einer Ausnehmung, die keine Stäbilität des Gesäß des Persons sichert.
  • Die Erfindung stellt sich erstens die Aufgabe, eine an die Person anpassbare Vorrichtung zur Sicherung der Person in einer Lage bereitzustellen. Die erste Aufgabe der Erfindung betrifft die Anpassung des erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolsters an sich verändernde Größen der Person und die Anpassung des erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolsters an die gewünschte Lagerungsart der Person.
  • Das Lagerungspolster soll zweitens in seiner Form an die verschiedenen Aufstellungsorte anpassbar sein, um ein Aufstellen des erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolsters an verschiedenen Orten ohne weitere Vorrichtungen wie Gestelle zu erlauben.
  • Die Vorrichtung sollte darüber hinaus ein Aussehen eines Alltagsgegenstandes haben.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird dies durch einen Lagerungspolster gemäß Anspruch 1 erreicht. Im Unterschied zu einer Deformation eines Lagerungspolsters nach dem Stand der Technik zur Aufnahme des Gesäßes weist die Ausnehmung des erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolsters den Vorteil auf, dass das Gesäß durch die vorgegebene Form der Ausnehmung, wenngleich unter einer kleinen Deformation dieser aufgenommen wird, sodass der an die Ausnehmung angrenzende Teilbereich des Lagerungspolsters auf die Lage der Person stabilisierend wirkt. Der Lagerungspolster wirkt somit als Scheibe.
  • Durch die vorgegebene Form des erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolsters mitsamt der Ausnehmung wird verhindert, dass die Person vom Lagerungspolster rollt, da der Schwerpunkt im Bereich des Körperinneren des Lagerungspolsters, somit unterhalb der Sitz- oder Liegefläche des Lagerungspolsters situiert ist.
  • Durch die Aufnahme des Gesäßes der Person gelangt der Schwerpunkt der sitzenden oder liegenden Person in das Innere des durch das Lagerungspolster beschriebenen Körpers. Vorzugsweise erfolgt die Einbringung des Gesäßes der Person in die Ausnehmung durch eine elastische Deformation des Lagerungspolsters in einem Bereich um den Körper, sodass das Gesäß der Person nicht versehentlich aus der Ausnehmung bewegt werden kann.
  • Die Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche des erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolsters weist vorzugsweise eine hinreichende Flächenausdehnung auf, sodass der gesamte Körper der Person auf der Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche platzierbar ist.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Lagerungspolster weist wie ein Lagerungspolster nach dem Stand der Technik eine Steifigkeit auf. Das erfindungsgemäße Lagerungspolster umfasst einen mit Kügelchen gefüllten Bezug welche Kügelchen eine definierte Reibung zueinander aufweisen. Der Fachmann erkennt, dass durch die Füllung des Lagerungspolsers die Steifigkeit dieses definiert werden kann.
  • Die Steifigkeit des Lagerungspolsters und das Aufliegen des Lagerungspolsters auf einem starren Untergrund verhindern das Biegen der Person durch das Eigengewicht der Person.
  • Eine stabile Lage der Person ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Person ohne ihr Zutun im Wesentlichen in der sitzenden oder liegenden Lage auf dem erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolster verharrt. Die Person kann darüber hinaus Bewegungen mit ihren Armen und/oder Beinen wie beispielsweise strampeln durchführen, ohne dass die Person die stabile, sitzende oder liegende Lage verlässt.
  • Die Ausnehmung kann im Zentrumspunkt einer Hälfte der Sitzfläche angeordnet sein.
  • Ebenso kann die Ausnehmung in einem Zentrumspunkt der gesamten Sitzfläche angeordnet sein.
  • Die Anordnung der Ausnehmung kann in Bezug auf die sitzende oder liegende Lage der Person ausgewählt sein. Es ist vorteilhaft die Ausnehmung so in der Sitzfläche angeordnet, dass bei der gewünschten Lage der Person alle Körperteile zur Gänze auf der Sitzfläche beziehungsweise Liegefläche angeordnet sind.
  • Für eine liegende Position der Person kann der Lagerungspolster weiters eine Kopfstütze umfassen. Die Kopfstütze kann im Vergleich zu der übrigen Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche eine Erhöhung aufweisen, sodass der Schwerpunkt der sitzenden oder der liegenden Person im Gesäß der Person zu liegen kommt.
  • Die Tiefe der Ausnehmung kann beispielsweise die Hälfte oder im Wesentlichen die ganze Höhe des Lagerungspolsters betragen. In Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Tiefe der Ausnehmung ist die Fläche angeordnet.
  • Der Lagerungspolster mitsamt der Ausnehmung passt sich an die jeweilige Lage der Person an beziehungsweise kann durch eine aufgebrachte plastische Deformation des Lagerungspolsters angepasst werden, sodass bei einer beliebigen sitzenden oder liegenden Lage der Person keine Druckstellen auftreten. Druckstellen verursachen wunde Hautpartien der Person.
  • Eine Verformung des Lagerungspolsters erfolgt bei einer Füllung des Lagerungspolsters mit Kügelchen durch eine Verschiebung der Kügelchen zueinander, wobei aufgrund der Formbegrenzung durch den Bezug die Kügelchen aneinandergepresst werden.
  • Der Lagerungspolster kann Gurte umfassen, welche Gurte an der Grundfläche nahe der Fläche befestigt sind, mit welchen Gurten die Person an den Lagerungspolster geschnallt werden kann.

  • Figur 1 zeigt ein Schnittbild des erfindungsgemäßen Lagerungspolsters 1, welcher Lagerungspolster 1 einer Person 2 zum Einnehmen einer Haltung auf dem Lagerungspolster 1 dient. Die Person 2 befindet sich während des Einnehmens der Haltung auf dem Lagerungspolster 1 in einer stabilen Lage.
  • Der Lagerungspolster 1 umfasst eine Grundfläche 3 und eine an der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Grundfläche 3 angeordnete Liegefläche 4, auf welcher die Person 2 die Haltung einnimmt, und zwischen der Grundfläche 3 und der Liegefläche 4 erstreckende Seitenflächen 5.
  • Der Lagerungspolster 1 umfasst weiters im Bereich der Liegefläche 4 eine zur Aufnahme des Gesäßes 6 der Person 2 hinreichend große Ausnehmung 7, welche Ausnehmung 7 eine im Körperinneren 8 des Lagerungspolsters 1 eine Bodenfläche 9 aufweist. Die Ausnehmung 7 mitsamt der Bodenfläche 9 hat den Effekt, dass durch die Situierung des Schwerpunktes 10 der sitzenden oder liegenden Person 2 im Bereich der Ausnehmung 7 die Person 2 eine stabile Lage einnimmt.
  • In der in Figur 1 gezeigten Ausführungsform ist die Ausnehmung 7 mitsamt der Bodenfläche 9 als eine Vertiefung in der Liegefläche 4 ausgebildet.
  • Das Gesäß 6 der Person 2 ist durch die Situierung in der Ausnehmung 7 tiefer als der Oberkörper 11 angeordnet.
  • Der Lagerungspolster 1 weist eine an die Person 2 angepasste Form auf.
  • Die Ausnehmung ist im Zentrumspunkt der Liegefläche 4 angeordnet. Die Ausnehmung 7 erstreckt sich über die halbe Höhe des Lagerungspolsters 1, sodass die Bodenfläche 9 etwa in der Mitte der Höhe des Lagerungspolsters 1 angeordnet ist.
  • Der Lagerungspolster 1 ist um eine beliebige Achse biegbar. Der Lagerungspolster 1 ist somit auf einer in Figur 1 nicht dargestellten Couch oder auf einem Sessel positionierbar.

Claims (4)

  1. Lagerungspolster (1) für eine beeinträchtigte Person (2) oder einen Säugling zum Einnehmen einer sitzenden oder liegenden Haltung auf dem Lagerungspolster (1),
    welcher Lagerungspolster (1) eine Grundfläche (3) und eine an der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Grundfläche (3) angeordnete Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche (4), auf welcher die Person (2) die Haltung einnimmt, und zwischen der Grundfläche (3) und der Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche (4) erstreckende Seitenflächen (5) aufweist und mit Kügelchen gefüllt ist, die eine definierte Reibung zueinander aufweisen, sodass der Polster eine definierte Steifigkeit aufweist;
    die Sitzfläche (4) eine zur Aufnahme des Gesäßes (6) der Person (2) hinreichend große Ausnehmung (7) aufweist, welche Ausnehmung (7) zur Aufnahme des Gesäßes (6) der Person (2) hinreichend groß und an das Gesäß der Person (2) anpassbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (7) als eine Vertiefung des Lagerungspolsters (1) in Richtung der Bodenfläche (3) ausgebildet ist und eine im Körperinneren (8) des Lagerungspolsters (1) angeordnete Bodenfläche (9) aufweist,
    wobei die Bodenfläche (9) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche (4) ist und in einem Bereich zwischen der halben Höhe des Lagerungspolsters (1) und nahe der Grundfläche (3) des Lagerungspolsters (1) angeordnet ist; sowie dadurch, dass
    der Lagerungspolster um eine beliebige Achse biegbar ist, sodass seine Form an verschiedene Aufstellungsorte anpassbar ist.
  2. Lagerungspolster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (7) um einen Zentrumspunkt einer Hälfte der Sitzfläche oder Liegefläche (4) herum angeordnet ist..
  3. Lagerungspolster nach einem der Ansprühe 1 bis 2, dadurch getcennzeichnet, dass die Bodenfläche (9) als eine konvexe Fläche ausgebildet ist, welche Bodenfläche (9) an das Gesäß der Person anpassbar ist.
  4. Lagerungspolster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerungspolster (1) Gurte umfasst, welche Gurte an der Grundfläche (3) nahe der Bodenfläche (9) befestigt sind, mit welchen Gurten die Person (2) an dem Lagerungspolster (1) geschnallt werden kann.
