Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des moyens sont disposés en amont du cône plieur (13) sur le trajet de bande, par lesquels en amont du cône plieur (13) une double couche (57) à conduire vers le cône plieur (13) peut être formée avec deux couches superposées et assemblées longitudinalement entre elles.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de pliage longitudinal et/ou un dispositif de collage longitudinal (14) sont disposés en amont du cône plieur (13) sur le trajet de bande, par lesquels en amont du cône plieur (13) une double couche (57) à conduire vers le cône plieur (13) peut être formée avec deux couches superposées et assemblées longitudinalement entre elles.
  10. Procédé de formation d'un brin (18) plié en longueur dans un mode de production d'une machine à imprimer, où, pour la formation du brin (18) plié en longueur, un brin de bande (25) à une ou à plusieurs couches est guidé par un cône plieur (13) pour la formation d'un pli longitudinal (17), et où des ouvertures de soufflage d'air (24) prévues au niveau d'un flanc de cône gauche et d'un flanc de cône droit (23) sont exposées à un fluide présentant une pression (P+) supérieure à la pression ambiante, autrement dit une surpression (P+), au moins une ouverture d'aspiration (38) prévue sur le cône plieur (13) entre des ouvertures de soufflage d'air (24) des flancs de cône gauche et droit (23) et/ou en amont d'ouvertures de soufflage d'air (27) d'une zone de nez (26) et/ou une ouverture d'aspiration (53) d'une buse (54) venant s'appliquer dans le brin (18) sur le trajet de brin étant dans ledit mode de production simultanément exposées à une pression (P-) inférieure à la pression ambiante, autrement dit à une dépression (P-).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture d'aspiration (38) est exposée à une dépression (P-), laquelle est prévue à la hauteur d'une section longitudinale du cône plieur (13) présentant des ouvertures de soufflage d'air (24) au niveau des deux flancs de cône (23).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture de soufflage d'air (24 ; 27) est exposée à une surpression (P+), laquelle est prévue dans une zone en amont de ladite au moins une ouverture d'aspiration (38).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture de soufflage d'air (24 ; 27) est exposée à une surpression (P+), laquelle est prévue au niveau d'un nez de cône (26) du cône plieur (13).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 10, 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une double couche (57) avec deux couches superposées et assemblées longitudinalement entre elles est conduite vers le cône plieur (13).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une double couche (57) d'une bande (04 ; 04a ; 06) déjà pliée en longueur ou composée de deux couches superposées et assemblées par liaison de matière dans le sens de la longueur (04 ; 04a1 ; 04b) est conduite vers le cône plieur (13).
