Claims (17)

  1. Produit de journal ou section de produit de journal, notamment fabriqué(e) au moyen d'un procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 15, comportant au moins une feuille extérieure (L), d'une largeur de deux pages, et au moins une feuille intérieure (L ; S), d'une largeur d'au moins deux pages, lesdites deux feuilles au moins étant à l'état fermé pliées en longueur le long d'une ligne de pliage longitudinale (F) et disposées l'une à l'intérieur de l'autre, et lesdites deux feuilles (L) au moins comportant de part et d'autre de la ligne de pliage longitudinale (F) deux pages imprimées dressées côte à côte ou une image d'impression couvrant deux pages imprimées dressées, la ou les premières feuilles intérieures (S) comportant une zone extérieure (21) rabattante au moins sur une longueur s'étendant parallèlement à la ligne de pliage longitudinale (F) de leur zone centrale (19) large de deux pages et pliée en longueur, ladite zone extérieure (21) rabattante étant au niveau de son bord latéral raccordée avec liaison de matière par collage à la zone de bord latérale de la zone centrale (19) large de deux pages et formant une feuille (S) agrandie en largeur avec la zone centrale (19), la zone extérieure (21) à l'état ouvert dépassant de la largeur du produit (P) restant et prolongeant latéralement la zone centrale (19), une image d'impression d'une vue continue couvrant plus de deux pages sans bandes blanches s'étendant sur la feuille (S) agrandie en largeur ouverte.
  2. Produit de journal ou section de produit de journal selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'état fermé, non ouvert, la zone centrale (19) et la zone extérieure (21) sont superposées de manière à former un bord latéral commun sur la longueur présentant le raccord par liaison de matière et/ou de manière à permettre l'ouverture de la zone extérieure (21) depuis le milieu du produit, le raccord par liaison de matière avec la zone centrale (19) restant sur le bord.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un produit (P) dans une machine à imprimer, en particulier une presse à imprimer des journaux, avec au moins une unité d'impression (02) traversée par au moins une bande (04 ; 06), ladite unité d'impression (02) comportant plusieurs groupes d'impression respectivement pourvus d'un cylindre porte-cliché (05), le produit (P) à fabriquer ayant une largeur (S) agrandie avec une zone centrale (19) large de deux pages présentant un pli longitudinal (20), ainsi qu'une zone extérieure (21) prolongeant celle-ci au moins sur un côté de la zone centrale (19), au moins une première rame (04b) imprimée large de deux pages et une deuxième rame (04a) imprimée, réalisée avec une largeur de une page au plus, ou une rame (04b ; 04a ; 04a1 ; 04a2) imprimée produite à partir de la deuxième rame (04a) par coupe longitudinale, réalisée avec une largeur de une page au plus, étant fabriquées par la machine à imprimer, une des deux rames (04b ; 04a ; 04a1 ; 04a2) étant guidée sur l'autre des deux rames (04b ; 04a ; 04a1 ; 04a2), caractérisé en ce que la deuxième rame (04a1 ; 04a2) forme dans le produit (P) la zone extérieure (21) de la feuille (S) agrandie en largeur et est raccordée par liaison de matière sur une zone de bord extérieure à une zone de bord extérieure de la première rame (04b) formant la zone centrale (19) du produit (P), avant que la rame (17) produite par l'assemblage des deux rames (04b ; 04a1 ; 04a2) à raccorder sur le bord soit conduite vers un cône plieur (13) pour son pliage longitudinal, la première rame (04b) présentant une page imprimée large de deux pages de journal après impression et les images d'impression disposées sur les cylindres porte-clichés (05) pour la zone centrale (19) et la zone extérieure (21) étant exposées et/ou alignées de telle manière qu'une image d'impression continue couvrant plus de deux pages sans bandes blanches s'étend sur la feuille (S) agrandie en largeur ouverte.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième rame (04a) est coupée en longueur avant d'être raccordée à la première rame (04b).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième rame (04a) est coupée en longueur, et en ce qu'une zone de bord extérieure de chacune des deux rames partielles (04a) coupées en longueur est raccordée par liaison de matière, en particulier par collage, aux deux zones de bord extérieures de la première rame (04b) non coupée, avant que la première rame (04b) non coupée, large de deux pages, soit conduite avec ses rames partielles (04a1 ; 04a2) raccordées vers le cône plieur (13) pour son pliage longitudinal.
  6. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la première rame (04b) et la deuxième rame (04a) sont produites par coupe longitudinale d'une même bande (04) imprimée, et en ce que l'une des rames (04a ; 04a1 ; 04a2) est conduite par retournement vers l'autre rame (04b).
  7. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la première rame (04b) et la deuxième rame (04a) résultent de différentes bandes (04) imprimées dans différentes tours d'impression (01).
  8. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la bande (04) reçoit de l'encre d'un cylindre porte-cliché (05), lequel présente une largeur d'au moins quatre pages de journal dressées.
  9. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que sur le cylindre porte-cliché (05) est disposé au moins un cliché d'impression (26 ; 28) large d'au moins deux pages de journal, au moyen duquel la première rame (04b) reçoit son image d'impression.
  10. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un papier satiné et/ou fortement couché avec un poids de couche supérieur à 10 g/m2 est utilisé pour la première rame (04b) et/ou la deuxième rame (04a) ou pour une bande (04) découpée dans la première et la deuxième rames (04a ; 04b).
  11. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la première rame (04b) et/ou la deuxième rame (04a) ou une bande (04) découpée dans la première et la deuxième rames (04a ; 04b) sont conduites au travers d'un séchoir (09).
  12. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une troisième bande (06) ou une troisième rame (06) est imprimée par une autre unité d'impression (02), en particulier par une autre tour d'impression (06).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la troisième rame (06) est assemblée avec la rame (17) pliée en longueur comprenant la première rame (04b) pour former une rame complète au plus tard derrière un cône plieur (13), et est traitée dans une plieuse (08) pour former un produit (P), en particulier un produit de journal (P), en ce que la rame complète est coupée transversalement après le cône plieur (13), et en ce que les segments de produit formés sont pliés transversalement une fois avant de quitter la plieuse (08) par une sortie.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la ou les bandes (04 ; 06) traversent sensiblement verticalement une tour d'impression (01) comprenant l'unité d'impression (02) d'une machine à imprimer réalisée comme presse à imprimer des journaux.
  15. Procédé selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 14 pour la fabrication d'un produit de journal (P) ou d'une section de produit de journal (P) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3.
  16. Dispositif pour la fabrication d'un produit (P) ayant une largeur (S) agrandie avec une zone centrale (19) large de deux pages présentant un pli longitudinal (20), ainsi qu'une zone extérieure (21) prolongeant celle-ci au moins sur un côté de la zone centrale (19), avec au moins une tour d'impression (01) traversée sensiblement verticalement par une bande (04), la tour d'impression (01) comportant plusieurs groupes d'impression pourvus chacun d'un cylindre porte-cliché (05), avec une superstructure (07) et avec un système de cônes (03) comportant au moins un cône plieur (13), la superstructure (07) étant réalisée avec des éléments de guidage pour qu'une première rame (04b), réalisée avec une largeur de deux pages et formant la zone centrale (19) du produit (P), et une deuxième rame (04a ; 04a1 ; 04a2) réalisée avec une largeur de une page au plus et formant la zone extérieure (21) du produit (P) puissent être guidées l'une sur l'autre de telle manière que leurs bords latéraux soient alignés au moins sur un même côté de rame, un dispositif applicateur (14) étant disposé en amont du système de cônes (03) sur le chemin de bande d'une des deux bandes (04) ou rames (04a ; 04b ; 04a1 ; 04a2) de manière à appliquer un adhésif sur une zone de bord d'une des deux bandes (04) ou rames (04a ; 04b ; 04a1 ; 04a2), si bien que les deux rames (04b ; 04a1 ; 04a2) lors de la réunion devant le système de cônes (03) ou sur un rouleau (16) en amont d'un cône plieur (13) puissent être mises au contact l'une de l'autre et raccordées l'une à l'autre avec liaison de matière sur le bord par l'adhésif (15) pour former une rame (17), et les images d'impression disposées sur les cylindres porte-clichés (05) pour la zone centrale (19) et la zone extérieure (21) étant exposées et/ou alignées de telle manière qu'une image d'impression continue couvrant plus de deux pages sans bandes blanches s'étend sur la feuille (S) agrandie en largeur ouverte.
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'un cliché d'impression concernant la zone extérieure (21) et un cliché d'impression concernant la zone centrale (19) adjacente sont exposées de telle manière qu'un même fragment d'image d'impression est prévu sur le côté du cliché d'impression qui prolonge l'image d'impression sur la page opposée, sur une zone de chevauchement de 1 mm au moins.
