Definitions
- the invention relates to a workstation lamp for ceiling mounting.
- a workplace lamp is from the DE 20 2010 017009 U1 known.
- Well-known task lights for ceiling mounting have an elongated housing in which downwardly directed LED spotlights are mounted.
- the housing can be attached directly or via cable suspensions to the ceiling.
- a prismatic glass screen can be placed in front of the LED spotlights.
- a disadvantage of the known work lights is that the light distribution is variable only in terms of the luminous intensity of the LED spotlight, but not in terms of the illuminated areas. Therefore, light reflections on screens and on monitor walls or glass surfaces can not be reliably avoided.
- a workstation lamp for ceiling mounting which has a tubular housing in which downwardly directed LED spotlights are arranged.
- the tubular housing has an inner core in the form of an upwardly and downwardly open extruded profile, which has two side legs with cylindrical outer surfaces.
- the downwardly directed LED spotlights are recessed into the interior of the extruded profile, resulting in a clearly demarcated Light emission results, which allows a glare-free workplace lighting.
- upwardly directed LED spotlights are also arranged so that the workplace is illuminated both by directly downwardly emitted light as well as indirectly by the light reflected from the ceiling.
- the object of the invention is to provide a workstation lamp, in which the light emission downwards in a large beam angle is continuously variable.
- the light output can be changed downwards in addition by turning two concentric Abdeckblenden around the lamp axis in a wide beam angle range continuously.
- the concentric cover panels are each at one end in a fully cylindrical ring section, so that can be a cover at one end of the work lamp and rotate the other cover at the other end of the work lamp.
- the size of the circular segment of the Abdeckblenden is chosen so that the light emission of the downwardly directed LED spotlights in can also be adjusted asymmetrically in a wide range.
- the range of movement of the cover panels is limited so that the light emission of the upward LED spotlights is not covered in any Abblendwolf the Abdeckblenden.
- FIG. 1 in perspective overall view and in the Figures 2 . 3 and 5 shown in a perspective single view workplace lamp 1 according to the invention is attached to a ceiling and comprises a tubular housing which an inner core in the form of an upwardly and downwardly open strand profile 20 with H-shaped cross-section ( Fig. 6 ) having.
- a tubular housing which an inner core in the form of an upwardly and downwardly open strand profile 20 with H-shaped cross-section ( Fig. 6 ) having.
- Inside the extruded profile (20) downwardly directed LED spotlights 8 are recessed installed, the light output is directed downwards against the working surface of a workplace.
- the recessed installation of the downwardly directed radiator 8 results in a clearly delimited light emission, which allows glare-free workplace lighting.
- 20 upward LED emitters 7 are arranged on the top of the extruded profile.
- the extruded profile 20 has two side legs 21, 22 with cylindrically curved outer surfaces, which are shell-shaped surrounded by two outer cover plates in the form of tube segments (4, 5).
- the two cylindrically curved side legs 21, 22 of the extruded profile 20 serve as support and sliding surfaces for the two outer tube segments 4 and 5.
- the transverse leg 23 of the extruded profile 20 is arranged off-center of the H-profile and carries on its underside a lower light bar 8a on which according to Fig. 5 the LED spotlights 8 are arranged discretely distributed. Due to the eccentric arrangement of the transverse leg 23, the above-mentioned recessed installation of the downwardly directed LED spotlight 8 results in the extruded profile 20.
- an upper light bar 7a is arranged, which according to the Figures 2 . 3 . 4 and 6 carries a plurality of discretely distributed LED emitters 7 whose light output up to the ceiling is directed.
- the H-profile of the extruded profile 20 between the two legs 21, 22 sufficiently wide, upper and lower longitudinal gaps.
- the pipe segments 4 and 5 (cover panels) are on the two cylindrically curved side legs 21, 22 of the extruded profile 20 about the longitudinal axis of the work lamp 1 independently rotatable about the lower longitudinal gap of the H-profile and thus the light emission of the LED spotlight 8 down dim.
- the pipe segments 4 and 5 can be rotated symmetrically or asymmetrically with respect to the LED spotlights 8, so that the illuminated area on the work surface not only narrow or expand individually symmetrical to the lower longitudinal gap of the H-profile, but also asymmetrically with respect to lower longitudinal gap of the H-profile can be moved laterally.
- the radius of curvature of the pipe segments 4 and 5 is dimensioned in each case so that even at their fully open aperture (as in Fig. 6 shown), the upper longitudinal gap of the H-profile of the extruded profile 20 remains completely open and thus the light emission of the upper LED emitter 7 is not dimmed.
- the pipe segments 4 and 5 are each at one end in a fully cylindrical end portion over which the extruded profile 20 slidably encloses and is easy to grip and twist.
- the pipe segment 4 and at the other end of the workstation lamp 1 are rotated.
- To limit the rotational movement of the pipe segments 4 and 5 is in each tubular segment 4, 5 in the vicinity of the fully cylindrical end portion a radial annular slot 11a ( Fig. 4 ), which is penetrated by a stop pin 11 b.
- the pipe segments 4, 5 can thus be rotated only within the limited by the associated annular slot 11 a radial region.
- the stop pins 11 b are in the example of Fig.
- each guide ring 6 is sufficiently wide to enclose both a portion of the fully cylindrical portion of one tube segment and the free end of the other tube segment.
- the guide rings 6 are connected via the stop pins 11 b fixedly connected to the extruded profile 20, so that the pipe segments 4, 5 can rotate against the stationary guide rings 6.
- the guide rings 6 are omitted to show the underlying radial annular slots 11 a.
- the suspension of the tubular workstation lamp 1 on a ceiling rail 10 is carried out according to Fig. 1 about height-adjustable rope loops 2, the ropes are each attached to the bottom of a tab 9 of the work lamp 1, then run freely through a vertical hole in a counterweight 3, deflected by a roller, not shown at the ends of the ceiling rail 10 by 180 ° and be guided back down and finally attached to the counterweight 3.
- the weight of the workstation lamp 1 is held in equilibrium at each altitude by the two counterweights 3, wherein the two counterweights 3 together correspond to the weight of the workstation lamp 1.
- the supply of the workstation lamp 1 with electrical energy is carried out by a spiral cable 12, which is guided by the ceiling rail 10 to one end of the workstation lamp 1.
- FIG. 1 shown attachment of the workstation light 1 via height-adjustable support cables 2 is only one of several mounting options and is only optional.
- Essential for the attachment of the workstation lamp 1 to the ceiling is that both a light emission from the workstation lamp 1 up to the ceiling and a light exit of the workstation lamp 1 down to the work surface of the workplace.
- the upper and lower LED emitters 7, 8 can be changed separately by dimming in their light intensity continuously, for example by means of a key unit, not shown, which may be located in the area of the room entrance or directly to the respective workstation.
Description

Fig. 1 .
