Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Taschenlampe mit einem Gehäuse, einer Lichtquelle, einem Lampenkopf mit einer Vorsatzoptik, der zur Fokussierung des abgestrahlten Lichtkegels relativ zur Lichtquelle längsaxial verschiebbar ist, und einer Klemmvorrichtung zur Fixierung des Lampenkopfes in einer wählbaren längsaxialen Position.
- Derartige Taschenlampen sind nach dem Stand der Technik bereits bekannt. Beispielsweise wird in
DE 29 50 850 C2 eine Leuchte beschrieben, die einen im Wesentlichen parallelen Lichtstrahl ausstrahlt, wenn der Leuchtkörper im Brennpunkt des Paraboloids des Reflektors steht. Der Strahl kann verändert werden, indem die Glühbirne und das Batteriegehäuse axial gegenüber dem Leuchtenkopf und dem Reflektor verschoben wird. Eine derartige axiale Verschiebung kann dadurch geschehen, dass die Zylinderhülse axial gegenüber dem Batteriegehäuse bewegt wird. Diese axiale Bewegung kann entweder durch eine einfache axiale Gleitbewegung oder durch eine Drehbewegung, zusammen mit einem Gewinde oder mit einem Schräg-Schlitz-Führungssystem geschehen, wobei beispielsweise ein schräger Schlitz im Leuchtenkopf vorgesehen ist, in den ein Stift eingreift, der am Batteriegehäuse angeordnet ist. - Nachteilig an einer solchen Taschenlampe ist jedoch, dass die Einstellung der relativen Position zwischen Lampenkopf bzw. Reflektor und Lichtquelle möglichst leichtgängig sein soll, was allerdings zur Folge hat, dass die relative Position zwischen Lampenkopf bzw. Reflektor und Lichtquelle schon bereits bei leichten Erschütterungen ungewollt verschoben werden kann, womit sich die eingestellte Fokussierung verstellt. Insbesondere bei Fahrradlampen, die im Gebrauch einer permanenten Erschütterung unterliegen, ist dieses Problem häufig zu beobachten.
- Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Taschenlampe zu schaffen, die einerseits eine leichtgängige Verschiebung des Reflektors relativ zu der Lichtquelle ermöglicht und andererseits ein ungewolltes Verstellen der eingestellten Fokussierung verhindert.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Taschenlampe nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist die Klemmvorrichtung ein zylindrisches Verbindungsstück, das formschlüssig mit dem Lampenkopf verbunden und schiebbeweglich auf dem Taschenlampengehäuse angeordnet ist, wobei die formschlüssige Verbindung in durch eine Erhebung an dem Verbindungsstück gebildet ist, die rückwärtig eine Ablauffläche aufweist, die in Anlage mit einer Auflauffläche an dem Lampenkopf ist. Mit anderen Worten umfasst das Verbindungsstück das Taschenlampengehäuse, so dass der Taschenlampenkopf längsaxial in Bezug auf das Taschenlampengehäuse verschoben werden kann. Durch diese besondere Ausgestaltung wird einerseits ein Mitnehmer für die längsaxiale Bewegung gebildet und andererseits eine Klemmvorrichtung geschaffen, da das Verbindungsstück in radialer Richtung eine Ablauframpe aufweist, die in Anlage mit einer lampenkopfseitigen Auflauframpe ist und so angeordnet ist, dass aus einer relativen Drehbewegung zum Lampenkopf eine längsaxiale Verschiebung des Lampenkopfes zu dem Verbindungsstück resultiert. Bei dieser Bewegung läuft die Ablauffläche des Verbindungsstücks nämlich auf der Auflauffläche des Lampenkopfes ab und wird mit seiner Anlagefläche auf das Taschenlampengehäuse reibschlüssig gedrückt. Um zu verhindern, dass sich bei einer Drehung des Verbindungsstücks auch der Lampenkopf dreht, besitzt der Lampenkopf vorzugsweise Führungselemente, eine Drehbewegung zwischen Lampenkopf und Taschenlampengehäuse hemmen. Hierdurch wird vorteilhafter Weise die Möglichkeit geschaffen, eine leichtgängige und präzise einstellbare Fokussiermechanik mit einer Fixierungsmöglichkeit des Lampenkopfes zu verbinden, so dass die eingestellte Fokusstellung nicht verstellt werden kann.
- Diese Ausführungsform einer Klemmvorrichtung ist für Taschenlampen besonders gut geeignet, da die benötigten Teile einfach und kostenschonend hergestellt werden können, leicht montierbar sind und zugleich eine sichere Fixierung des Lampenkopfes ermöglichen.
- Weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsformen und konkrete Ausgestaltungen der vorliegenden Erfindung werden im Folgenden anhand der Figuren erläutert. Es zeigen:

- Ein konkretes Ausführungsbeispiel ist in den
Fig. 1a bis 1c dargestellt. Die Klemmvorrichtung ist als zylindrisches Verbindungsstück 41 ausgebildet, das formschlüssig mit dem Lampenkopf 14 verbunden ist. Lampenkopf 14 und Verbindungsstück 41 sind dabei mit ihren Auflaufflächen 42 bzw. Ablaufflächen 43 in Anlage, wobei die Ablauffläche 43 auf der Rückseite einer Erhebung 49 ausgebildet ist. Durch eine längsaxiale Verschiebung zwischen dem Verbindungsstück 41 und dem Taschenlampenkopf 14 in Pfeilrichtung 44 läuft die Ablauffläche 43 auf der Auflauffläche 42 ab, so dass das Verbindungsstück 41 an dieser Stelle in Pfeilrichtung 45 auf das Taschenlampengehäuse 16 bis zur reibschlüssigen Anlage gedrückt wird. Hierdurch kann der Lampenkopf 14 bequem in einer wählbaren längsaxialen Position fixiert werden. -
Fig. 1b zeigt die Taschenlampe in einer Explosionsdarstellung, wobei hierin die verbindungsstückseitige Ablauframpe 46 und die taschenlampenkopfseitige Auflauframpe 47 zu erkennen sind, die im zusammengebauten Zustand in Anlage sind. Bei einer relativen Drehbewegung zwischen dem Verbindungsstück 41 und dem Taschenlampenkopf 14 werden sie längsaxial zueinander in Pfeilrichtung 44 verschoben, so dass sich das Verbindungsstück 41 verklemmt. Damit sich der Lampenkopf 14 beim Drehen des Verbindungsstücks 41 nicht mitdreht, sind (nicht dargestellte) Führungselemente vorgesehen. -
Fig. 1c zeigt eine Ausführungsform der Taschenlampe im zusammengesetzten Zustand. Um das Verbindungsstück 41 auch mit einer Hand bedienen zu können, ist ein Mitnehmer 48 vorgesehen, der als Anlage für einen Daumen dient. -

Claims (2)
- Taschenlampe mit einem Gehäuse (16), einer Lichtquelle, einem Lampenkopf (14) mit einer Vorsatzoptik, der zur Fokussierung des abgestrahlten Lichtkegels relativ zur Lichtquelle längsaxial verschiebbar ist, und einer Klemmvorrichtung zur Fixierung des Lampenkopfes (14) in einer wählbaren längsaxialen Position,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Klemmvorrichtung ein zylinderförmiges Verbindungsstück (41) ist, das formschlüssig mit dem Lampenkopf (14) verbunden ist und schiebbeweglich auf dem Taschenlampengehäuse (16) angeordnet, wobei die formschlüssige Verbindung durch eine Erhebung (49) an dem Verbindungsstück (41) gebildet ist, die rückwärtig eine Ablauffläche (43) aufweist, die in Anlage mit einer Auflauffläche (42) am Lampenkopf (14) ist - Taschenlampe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück (41) in radialer Richtung eine Ablauframpe (46) aufweist, die in Anlage mit einer lampenkopfseitigen Auflauframpe (47) ist und so angeordnet ist, dass aus einer relativen Drehbewegung zum Lampenkopf (14) eine längsaxiale Verschiebung des Lampenkopfes (14) zu dem Verbindungsstück (41) resultiert, wobei bei einer längsaxialen Verschiebung zwischen Lampenkopf (14) und Verbindungsstück (41) eine Anlagefläche des Verbindungsstücks (41) mit dem Taschenlampengehäuse (16) vorzugsweise eine reibschlüssige Verbindung bildet.
