Claims (15)

  1. System zum Umwandeln einer Werbetafel (1), die mit einer Anzeigefläche (1A) versehen ist, auf die Werbeplakate geklebt werden sollen, wobei das System mindestens Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Schutztafel (2), die mit einem im Wesentlichen transparenten Bereich (2A) versehen ist, der durch eine flexible Plane gebildet ist,
    - Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 6) zum Befestigen der besagten Schutztafel (2) an der Werbetafel (1), sodass der besagte, im Wesentlichen transparente Bereich (2A) die Anzeigefläche (1A) zumindest teilweise abdeckt, während mindestens ein Durchgang (3) offen gelassen wird, der ein Einfügen eines Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück zwischen der Anzeigefläche (1A) und dem im Wesentlichen transparenten Bereich (2A) ermöglicht, wobei die Befestigungsmittel dafür ausgelegt sind, dass sich der Durchgang (3) im Wesentlichen horizontal zur Unterseite des Plakatbereichs (1A) hin erstreckt,
    - eine Vorrichtung zum Installieren/Deinstallieren des besagten Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück, wobei die besagte Installations-/Deinstallationsvorrichtung mindestens Folgendes umfasst:
    ∘ ein Befestigungselement (15, 16, 17) zum abnehmbaren Befestigen des Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück an der besagten Installations-/Deinstallationsvorrichtung,
    ∘ ein Bedienelement (12A, 25A), das dafür ausgelegt ist, einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, die vertikale Bewegung des Befestigungselements zu steuern,
    ∘ ein Kraftübertragungselement (11, 12, 19, 24, 25, 26, 27), das das Bedienelement (12A, 25A) mit dem Befestigungselement (15, 16, 17) verbindet.
  2. System nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftübertragungselement mindestens eine erste Riemenscheibe (11) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, an der Werbetafel (1), im Wesentlichen oberhalb der besagten Anzeigefläche (1A), befestigt zu werden, und eine erste Schnur (12), die über die Riemenscheibe (11) verläuft und sich zwischen einerseits einem ersten Ende (12A), das mit dem Bedienelement zugeordnet ist oder selbst das Steuerelement bildet, und andererseits einem zweiten Ende (12B), das mit dem besagten Befestigungselement verbunden ist oder selbst das Befestigungselement bildet, erstreckt.
  3. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Befestigungselement eine Zugstange (15) umfasst, an der ein oberer Rand (4A) des Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück abnehmbar befestigt werden soll.
  4. System nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abnehmbare Befestigung des oberen Rands (4A) des Werbeplakats (28) an der Zugstange (15) durch ein Reißverschlusssystem erfolgt.
  5. System nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Werbeplakat (28) beinhaltet, wobei das Reißverschlusssystem zwei Montagestreifen beinhaltet, die jeweils von der Zugstange (15) und dem oberen Rand (4A) des Werbeplakats (28) getragen werden, wobei sich die besagten Streifen in Längsrichtung entlang der Zugstange (15) bzw. dem oberen Rand (4A) erstrecken und komplementäre, gegenseitige Verriegelungselemente tragen.
  6. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Ballaststange (18) umfasst, die dafür ausgelegt ist, an einem unteren Rand (4B) des Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück befestigt zu werden.
  7. System nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5 und Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ballaststange (18) mit der Zugstange (15) oder mit der Tafel (1) durch eine Sicherheitsverbindung verbunden ist, die es ermöglicht, ein unbeabsichtigtes Herunterfallen der Ballaststange (18) zu verhindern, wenn das Werbeplakat (28) über seine gesamte Breite reißt.
  8. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutztafel (2) mit einem im Wesentlichen undurchsichtigen Bereich (2B) versehen ist, die den besagten, im Wesentlichen transparente Bereich (2A) umgibt.
  9. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die besagte Schutztafel (2) vertikal zwischen einem oberen Rand (20) und einem unteren Rand (21) und seitlich zwischen einem rechten Rand (22) und einem linken Rand (23) erstreckt, wobei die besagten Befestigungsmittel mindestens Folgendes umfassen:
    - Schienen (4, 5, 6) mit Rillen (40, 50, 60), die dafür ausgelegt sind, an der Werbetafel (1) befestigt zu werden, um ein umgekehrtes U zu bilden,
    - und Stäbe, die an der Schutztafel (2) auf Höhe des rechten, linken bzw. oberen Rands befestigt sind, wobei die besagten Stäbe dafür ausgelegt sind, in die besagten Rillen eingesetzt zu werden, um die Schutztafel (2) an der Werbetafel (1) zu befestigen, während der untere Rand (21) frei bleibt, um so den Durchgang (3) offen zu lassen.
  10. der Zugstange (15) mittels eines Reißverschlusses umfasst. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Versatzteil (7) umfasst, das dafür ausgelegt ist, zwischen der Schutztafel (2) und der Werbetafel (1) an dem Durchgang (3) eingefügt zu werden, um den Abstand zwischen der Schutztafel (2) und der Werbetafel (1) lokal zu vergrößern und so die Verschiebung des besagten Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück durch den Durchgang (3) zu ermöglichen.
  11. System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Führungsteil (8, 9, 10) umfasst, das dafür ausgelegt ist, zwischen der Schutztafel (2) und der Werbetafel (1) an dem Durchgang (3) angeordnet zu werden, um das Werbeplakat (28) in einem Stück bis zu der Anzeigefläche (1A) zu führen.
  12. Umgewandelte Werbetafel, umfassend einerseits eine Werbetafel (1), die mit einer Anzeigefläche (1A) versehen ist, auf die Werbeplakate geklebt werden sollen, und andererseits ein System, das dem Gegenstand von einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 entspricht, wobei das System die Werbetafel (1) ausrüstet.
  13. Verfahren zum Umwandeln einer Werbetafel (1), die mit einer Anzeigefläche (1A) versehen ist, auf die Werbeplakate geklebt werden sollen, wobei das Verfahren mindestens einen Schritt der Befestigung einer Schutztafel (2), die mit einem im Wesentlichen transparenten Bereich (2A) versehen ist, der durch eine flexible Plane gebildet ist, unter Verwendung von Befestigungsmitteln (4, 5, 6) an der Werbetafel (1) umfasst, sodass der besagte, im Wesentlichen transparente Bereich (2A) die Anzeigefläche (1A) mindestens teilweise abdeckt, während ein Durchgang (3) offen gelassen wird, der ein Einfügen eines Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück zwischen der Anzeigefläche (1A) und dem im Wesentlichen transparenten Bereich (2A) ermöglicht, wobei die Befestigungsmittel (4, 5, 6) dafür ausgelegt sind, dass sich der Durchgang (3) im Wesentlichen horizontal zur Unterseite des Plakatbereichs (1A) hin erstreckt, wobei das besagte Verfahren einen Schritt der Befestigung an der Werbetafel (1) einer Installations-/Deinstallationsvorrichtung des Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück umfasst, wobei die Installations-/Deinstallationsvorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    ∘ ein Befestigungselement (15, 16, 17) zum abnehmbaren Befestigen des Werbeplakats (28) in einem Stück an der Installations-/Deinstallationsvorrichtung,
    ∘ ein Bedienelement (12A, 25A), das dafür ausgelegt ist, einem Benutzer zu ermöglichen, die vertikale Bewegung des Befestigungselements zu steuern,
    ∘ ein Kraftübertragungselement (11, 12, 19, 24, 25, 26, 27), das das Steuerelement (12A, 25A) mit dem Befestigungselement (15, 16, 17) verbindet.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte flexible Plane so an der Werbetafel (1) befestigt ist, dass sich die flexible Plane in einem permanenten Spannungszustand befindet, der eine optimale Sicht durch den im Wesentlichen transparenten Bereich (2A) gewährleistet.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement eine Zugstange (15) umfasst, wobei das besagte Verfahren einen Schritt der Verbindung eines oberen Rands (4A) des Werbeplakats (28) mit
