Claims (9)

  1. Plakathaltevorrichtung mit einem Gestell (2), das einen Rahmen (3) bildet, in dem ein Plakat (21) angeordnet ist, und mit einer äußeren durchsichtigen Folie (22) zum Schutze des Plakats (21), wobei die äußere Folie (22) auf den Rahmen (3) gespannt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die äußere Folie (22) mit einer zweiten hinteren Folie (23) verbunden ist, um eine dreiseitig verschlossene Tasche (20) zur Aufnahme des Plakats zu bilden,
    die Tasche (20) einen verstärkten Umfangsbereich (24 - 27) aufweist, der die äußere Folie (22) und die hintere Folie (23) miteinander verbindet und Mittel (28) zur Befestigung am Rahmen aufweist, und daß
    der Rahmen (3) Mittel (31) aufweist, die mit den Befestigungsmitteln (28) der Tasche zusammenwirken können, um die Tasche (20) unter Spannung zu setzen.
  2. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Mittel zur Befestigung der Tasche am Rahmen aus einem an den vier Seiten der Tasche (20) vorhandenen Wulst (28) bestehen, und daß
    die Mittel zum Spannen aus einer Rinne (31) bestehen, welche zwei biegsame Laschen (32, 33) enthält, zwischen denen ein Schlitz vorhanden ist, der kleiner als die Abmessungen des Wulstes (28) ausgeführt ist, wobei die Laschen (32, 33) eine derartige Biegsamkeit aufweisen, daß sie die Einführung des Wulstes (28) ermöglichen, und Sicherungsanschläge (34, 35) aufweisen, durch die jeglicher Rückzug des Wulstes (28) im Falle einer Zugkraft vermieden wird.
  3. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die äußere Folie (22) an der offenen Seite der Tasche (20) Mittel (28) zur Befestigung am Rahmen und Mittel zum Spannen trägt, und daß
    die hintere Folie an der gleichen offenen Seite zusätzliche Mittel (30) zur Befestigung am Rahmen (3) aufweist, welche von den durch die äußere Folie (22) getragenen Mitteln unabhängig sind.
  4. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Punkte (51) zum Einhängen der Oberkante (52) des Plakats (21) in der Tasche (20) aufweist.
  5. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Tasche (20) ihre Öffnung an der Unterseite aufweist, und daß
    der Rahmen (3) eine Vorrichtung (40, 50) zum Heben der Einhängepunkte (52) der Plakatoberkante (21) enthält, und zwar zwischen einer unteren Stellung, die dem Einführen des Plakats (21) entspricht, und einer oberen Stellung, die der endgültigen Anordnung des Plakats (21) entspricht.
  6. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängepunkte aus zumindest zwei Haken (47, 48) bestehen, die jeweils mit dem Ende zweier Gurte (45, 46) verbunden sind, welche durch zwei am oberen Teil der Tasche (20) befindliche Öffnungen (37) in die Tasche (20) eindringen können, wobei die gegenüberliegenden Enden der Gurte (45, 46) an einer drehbaren Welle (40) fixiert sind, um die senkrechte Verschiebung der Haken (47, 48) zu ermöglichen.
  7. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das Gestell Mittel zum Hinterleuchten des Plakats enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Folie (23) durchsichtig ist.
  8. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (3) auf Scharnieren gelagerte Elemente (56) enthält, die am Umfangsbereich (24 - 27) der Tasche schwenkbeweglich sind, um diesen zu verdecken.
  9. Plakathaltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (3) Anschlagleisten (38) enthält, die hinter der Tasche (20) angeordnet sind.
