Abstract

The invention relates to a system making it possible to replace the conventional bill-posting using gluing with a method of inserting the poster under a protective glass of the panel, by rotating a canvass. The poster 1 is fixed with the aid of clamps on to a tab of rigid plastic 3 welded into a polyester canvass 4. The canvass passes from the bottom upwards by means of 2 rollers 5 rotating on ball bearings 6 fixed on U-shaped fittings 7 sealed into the wall. These rollers, provided with pinions 8 at their ends, are connected together by a chain 9. The bottom moulding 10 mounted on a hinge allows the passage of the poster. The bottom roller is driven by a ratchet crank 11. The panel is protected by a piece of plexiglass 12.
