Definitions

  • the invention relates to an inner boot according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention relates to a ski boot, in particular alpine ski boot, with a shell having a lower shell part which is pivotally connected to an upper shell part via a hinge connection, wherein a locking device acting between the upper and the lower shell part is provided, wherein in an open position the locking device is the articulated connection between the lower and the upper shell part of the locking device for pivoting both towards a front toe portion of the shell and in the opposite direction is released and blocked in a closed position of the locking device, the pivotability of the upper shell part via the locking device in both directions is.
  • a generic inner shoe is in the WO 2006/077606 A1 described. In the EP 0 674 856 A1 . WO 03/077695 A1 and DE 37 15 095 A1 are more interior shoes revealed.
  • the US 4,839,973 describes a ski boot and a matching innerboot with an upper part, which is articulated to a lower part with an axis.
  • EP 0 692 202 A1 discloses an innerboot for sports ski boots in particular, wherein a lower part is connected via a flexible, such as a bellows-like connection with a "quarter portion".
  • Alpine ski boots have a hard, shell-shaped outer shoe, in which the flexible, padded liner is arranged. In order to allow the leg to bend forward, Alpine ski boots have a hinged connection in the outer shell.
  • the known inner shoes support the bending movement via the inherent elasticity of the inner shoe material;
  • Biege gravity Creases may be provided which make it easier to bend the inner shoe forward.
  • alpine ski boots with a "walk” or walk mechanism in which the pivotability of the upper shell portion of the alpine ski boot relative to the lower shell portion may be selectively released or blocked by the wearer Release of the pivoting the mobility of the lower leg of the wearer in the ski boot is limited as little as possible to allow a conventional walking.
  • the known inner shoes are disadvantageously not suitable for use with such a ski boot optimally.
  • a particularly flexible inner shoe material which can join the pivoting of the outer shell with released joint connection.
  • this disadvantageously affects the grip in the ski boot.
  • a comparatively hard upper shaft portion is desirable in order to give the inner boot sufficient stability for sporting use with blocked pivoting mechanism.
  • the inner boot is only partially suitable for a ski boot with a "walk" function, since the inherent elasticity of such a hard upper shaft is not sufficient to achieve a satisfactory pivotability of the upper shaft.
  • the object of the present invention is to improve the pivotability of the liner of the type mentioned without sacrificing the grip in the liner. Accordingly, in particular, an inner shoe is to be created, which is particularly well suited for an alpine ski boot with walking function.
  • the sleeve material which has a lower intrinsic elasticity than the shaft material, advantageously improves the support of the wearer in the inner boot and the transmission of force between the inner boot and the outer boot, which is preferably one Alpine ski boot is.
  • it is ensured by means of the articulated connection between sleeve and shaft that a pivotability corresponding to the outer shoe is achieved.
  • a comparatively hard sleeve material can be used, since for the pivotability of the sleeve relative to the shaft primarily the articulated connection - and not the inherent elasticity of the sleeve material - is used.
  • the articulated or movable connection between the shank and the sleeve can in particular improve the use of the inner shoe with an alpine ski boot, which has a "walk” or walking function.
  • the flexible, soft elastic shaft material which may have a padding, thereby ensuring a high level of comfort, with an advantageous thermal insulation is also achieved.
  • the arrangement of the sleeve in this case allows, in particular, a stiffening of an upper shank portion of the inner shoe intended for abutment on the lower leg.
  • the cuff at least partially encloses an upper shaft portion of the shaft.
  • the sleeve is arranged on the outside of the upper, provided for abutment on the lower leg shaft portion.
  • a pivoting of the lower leg via the articulated connection between the shaft and the sleeve can be converted into a pivoting of the upper shaft portion relative to the lower shaft portion of the liner.
  • the articulated connection between the shaft and the cuff is substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the inner boot extending pivot axis such that the sleeve in the direction of a front toe portion, in particular in the direction of a heel portion of the shaft is pivotable.
  • the inner shoe can join a pivoting movement of the outer shoe, in particular between the shell parts of a alpine ski boot.
  • the articulated connection between the shaft and the sleeve has at least one connecting means having connecting portion and at least one free of connecting means pivoting portion.
  • a connecting means for example, a seam, in particular a sewing seam or a weld can be provided. Additionally or alternatively, an adhesive connection may be provided.
  • the connecting means may have an arrangement of similar fastening elements, in particular rivets, bolts or the like.
  • the pivoting section free of connecting means extends at least along the rear side of the inner boot.
  • the collar is arranged to be movable relative to the shaft.
  • the pivoting portion free of connecting means extends from the rear side of the inner shoe forward into the side surfaces, preferably substantially to the middle of the side surfaces, of the inner shoe.
  • the transition between the pivoting section and the binding section preferably extends in each case in the ankle region of the innerboot.
  • an elongate connecting portion which is a continuous connecting means, in particular a seam and / or a splice, or an arrangement of individual connecting means, in particular rivets or bolts, having.
  • the elongated connecting portion preferably has a seam, in particular a sewing seam, which connects the shaft to the cuff.
  • a sequence of individual connecting means extending in the longitudinal direction of the connecting section may be provided in the manner of rivets or bolts, whereby a firm connection between the shaft and the collar is likewise achieved; the articulated connection is in this case achieved by the pivot means free of connecting means, which preferably extends from the back of the shaft forward in the side surfaces of the liner.
  • the elongated connecting portion has a certain elasticity, with which advantageously a restoring force is effected when the sleeve or the upper shaft is pivoted out of its unloaded position.
  • the elongate connecting portion extends to the pivot portion at an acute angle to the longitudinal direction of the liner, in particular substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the liner on a side surface of the liner.
  • the connecting portion has at least one pivot joint between the shank and the sleeve.
  • the hinge on a hinge pin in a similar form as the hinge connection between the shell parts of the outer shoe.
  • the joint is arranged on a side surface of the inner shoe.
  • the joint is arranged substantially centrally on the side surface of the inner boot.
  • the joint is arranged on the side surface adjacent to a manhole of the inner shoe.
  • the object underlying the invention is also achieved by a ski boot of the type mentioned, in which an inner shoe, as described above, is provided.
  • the arrangement of an inner boot with an articulated connection between the upper and the cuff in a ski boot with "walk” or walking function is, as already mentioned, an advantage, since sufficient pivoting forward in the direction of the toe section or towards the rear a heel portion is ensured, so that when released joint connection of the outer shoe comfortable walking is possible.
  • a pivot axis of the articulated connection of the shell runs essentially parallel to a pivot axis of the articulated connection of the inner boot. Accordingly, the articulated connection between the shaft and the sleeve of the liner is particularly well suited to join in a pivoting movement of the cup-shaped ski boot.
  • Fig. 1 is an inner shoe 1 for arrangement within a hard shell of an alpine ski boot 2 (see. Fig. 6 ).
  • the inner shoe 1 has a shaft 3 with a lower shaft section 3 'provided for receiving the foot up to the ankle region and an upper shaft section 3 "provided for abutment in the region of the lower leg, in particular on the calf Shaft material, which is provided on the inside with a padding 6, which serves to increase the wearing comfort or for thermal insulation of the inner shoe 1.
  • the shaft 3 is connected to a sleeve 4, which partially surrounds the upper shaft portion 3 " in this case has a harder cuff material, in particular a hard plastic material, in comparison to the shaft material.
  • the shaft 3 is connected in the embodiment shown via a hinged connection 5 with the sleeve 4.
  • the articulated connection 5 between the shaft 3 and the sleeve 4 allows an advantageous pivotability between the comparatively hard sleeve 4 and the shaft portion 3 '.
  • the sleeve 4 is in this case pivotable about a pivot axis extending substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction 1 'of the inner shoe 1 in the direction of a front toe section 7 of the shaft 3.
  • the articulated connection 5 has a pivoting portion 8, in which the sleeve 4 is freely movable relative to the adjacent region of the shaft 3. With the aid of the articulated connection, the sleeve 4 can thus be pushed over the soft shaft material, in particular during a pivoting of the lower leg away from the toes in the region of the pivoting section 8, or be pivoted backwards substantially independently of this, so that an accumulation of material of the elastic shaft material is avoided becomes.
  • the articulated connection 5 furthermore has a connecting section 9 which has connecting means 10 for fastening the sleeve 4 to the shaft 3.
  • the connection-free pivoting section 8 in this case runs along a rear side 11 of the inner shoe 1.
  • the pivoting section 8 extends from the back 11 of the inner boot 1 in the direction of the front toe section 7 forward into the side surfaces 12 of the liner 1. Die End Schemee des Pivoting portion 8 are hereby arranged substantially centrally on the side surfaces 12.
  • the elongate connecting portion 9 on each side surface 12 has an end portion adjacent to the pivoting portion 8. Between the end regions of the connecting portion 9 extends along a lower edge 13, a front edge 13 ', adjacent to a manhole 16 (see. Fig. 3 ) of the innerboot 1, and an upper edge 13 "of the cuff 4.
  • the connecting portion 9 extends arcuately curved along the lower edge 13 at an acute angle of inclination to the longitudinal direction 1 'of the inner shoe. 1
  • a continuous connecting means 10 ' which in the embodiment shown by a (schematically drawn) seam 15 is formed.
  • the seam 15 preferably has at least one sewing seam.
  • the seam 15 continues a seam 15 'between a lower lower outer shaft part 17 covering the ankle region and an upper outer shaft part 18.
  • an arrangement of individual, separate connecting means for example in the manner of rivets or bolts, which are arranged along the elongated connecting portion 9.
  • Fig. 1 . 2 how out Fig. 1 . 2 can be seen, the inner shoe 1 on a heel counter 19, which is connected via a narrow connecting strip 20 with the upper shaft portion 18.
  • the heel counter 19 and the connecting strip 20 are each sewn to the lower shaft outer part 17.
  • Fig. 2 schematically a loop 21 for removing the liner 1 from the ski boot 2 can be seen.
  • a lacing system 22 is provided in the region of the manhole 16, with which the width of the manhole 16 can be adjusted. Moreover, it is off Fig. 3 (see also Fig. 1 ) a foot tongue 23 of the shaft 3 can be seen, which adjoins the front toe section 7.
  • each side surface 12 has a hinge 24 between the shaft 3 and the sleeve 4; in Fig. 4 . 5 is schematically provided a disc-shaped joint, which may have, for example, a pin or pin-shaped connecting part.
  • the joint 24 defines a pivot axis 24 ', which extends substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction 1' of the inner shoe 1.
  • the swivel joint 24 is arranged substantially centrally on the side surface 12 of the inner shoe 1.
