Claims (11)
- Table de perçage pour une machine de forage rotatif comprenant une douille réceptacle qui tourne au moyen d'un entraînement rotatif et servant à recevoir une tige Kelly présentant des contours entraîneurs, sachant que contre la paroi intérieure de la douille réceptacle sont agencés des éléments de couplage pour engrener dans les contours entraîneurs de la tige Kelly pour communiquer le couple et les forces de précontrainte, caractérisée en ce que dans la douille réceptacle (4) ont été ménagés des ébréchures (41) à travers lesquelles les éléments de couplage (5) introductibles de l'extérieur sont guidés pour faire saille dans la cavité intérieur de la douille.
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de couplage sont réalisés au moins en partie sous forme de bandeaux entraîneurs (5).
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un bandeau entraîneur (5) présente au moins contre ses deux côtés longitudinaux une saillie latérale en porte-à-faux (51), ce qui a pour effet de former une section en T.
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un bandeau entraîneur (5) applique par ses saillies latérales (51) contre la paroi extérieure, entourant une ébréchure (41), de la douille réceptacle (4), sachant que des alésages ont été ménagés dans les saillies latérales (51), alésages à travers lesquels le bandeau entraîneur (5) est vissé contre la douille réceptacle (5) au moyen de vis.
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que dans la douille réceptacle (4), sur deux côtés se faisant face d'au moins une ébréchure (41), est agencée un gradin (42) formant ainsi une butée contre laquelle un bandeau entraîneur (5) applique par ses saillies latérales (51).
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le gradin (42) et le bandeau entraîneur (5) sont configurés de telle manière que la surface extérieure (52) du bandeau entraîneur (5) appliquant contre le gradin (42) s'insère dans la surface enveloppante (44) de la douille réceptacle (4).
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que sont agencés, contre la douille réceptacle (4), des moyens permettant la sécurisation radiale d'au moins un bandeau entraîneur (5).
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que sont formés des moyens permettant la sécurisation radiale par une plaque (6) à cet effet, laquelle plaque est fixée de manière détachable contre la paroi extérieure de la douille réceptacle (4) et recouvre au moins partiellement un bandeau entraîneur (5).
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sécurisation radiale des bandeaux entraîneurs (5) sont formés par une douille de sécurisation (7) qui est enfilée sur la douille réceptacle (4).
- Table de perçage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que dans la douille de sécurisation (7) ont été ménagés des orifices d'une longueur et d'une largeur au moins égale aux dimensions correspondantes des ébréchures (41) de la douille réceptacle (4), sachant que la douille de sécurisation (7) peut tourner sur la douille réceptacle (4).
- Machine de forage rotatif avec table de perçage guidée le long d'une jumelle et présentant une douille réceptacle selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que dans la douille réceptacle (4) a été introduite une tige Kelly présentant sur sa circonférence extérieure un contour entraîneur dans lequel engrènent les bandeaux entraîneurs (5) guidés par les ébréchures (41) de la douille réceptacle (4).
