Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de verrouillage de sécurité anti-fausse manoeuvre (100) pour porte ou fenêtre coulissante (1), ladite porte ou fenêtre coulissante étant composée d'au moins un cadre (2) étant mobile, au moins horizontalement dans les deux sens, le long d'une direction de mouvement (T) par rapport à un châssis fixe (3) entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture de la porte ou de la fenêtre (1), une poignée (4) associée au cadre mobile (2), la poignée (4) étant fonctionnellement reliée dans au moins un point à au moins une tige (7) sur le montant (6) lui-même, une ailette de commande (19) dépassant de la poignée (4) de manière à transmettre le mouvement de commande de la poignée (4) à l'au moins un segment de tige (7), la poignée (4) comportant un corps de poignée (4a) pouvant être tourné autour d'un axe (4X) transversal à la direction de mouvement (T) du cadre (2) ; l'au moins une tige (7) comportant des moyens de fermeture (8) agissant conjointement avec des éléments de gâche (9) situés sur le montant vertical (10) du châssis fixe (3) par l'intermédiaire du coulissement de la tige (7) le long du montant (6) du cadre (2) lorsque la poignée (4) est manipulée, ledit dispositif de verrouillage de sécurité (100) comprenant :
    - un corps intermédiaire (11) pouvant être relié fonctionnellement à ladite tige (7) au point de raccordement entre la tige (7) et la poignée (4) ;
    - un élément de contact (12) relié de façon coulissante au corps intermédiaire (11) et dépassant, en fonctionnement, vers l'extérieur de l'avant du montant vertical (6) du cadre (2), lorsque le cadre (2) se trouve dans la position d'ouverture ; l'élément de contact (12) comprenant une cheville (21) étant positionnée avec son axe (21X) perpendiculaire, en fonctionnement, à l'axe de rotation (4X) du corps de poignée (4a) ; l'élément de contact (12) comportant une tête de contact (13) qui, en fonctionnement, bute contre un montant vertical (10) du châssis fixe (3), lorsque le cadre (2) se trouve dans la position de fermeture, de sorte à permettre à l'élément de contact (12) de reculer en direction du corps intermédiaire (11) ;
    - un organe élastique (14) interposé entre l'élément de contact (12) et le corps intermédiaire (11) pour maintenir l'élément de contact (12) dans une position où il dépasse du corps intermédiaire (11) lorsque le cadre (2) se trouve dans la position d'ouverture ;
    - une contreplaque (5), pouvant être disposée à l'intérieur du montant vertical (6) du cadre (2), pour fixer la poignée (4) au cadre (2) ;
    - une plaque (15), servant à bloquer la tige (7), logée dans le corps intermédiaire (11), associée à l'élément de contact (12) et mobile avec le même élément (12), le long de son axe (21X), et disposée dans un plan perpendiculaire au dit axe (21X) de l'élément de contact (12), d'une première position fonctionnelle pour bloquer la tige (7), où la plaque (15) est reçue dans un renfoncement (16) formé dans la contreplaque (5), et une seconde position fonctionnelle pour faire coulisser la tige (7), où la plaque (15) est éloignée du renfoncement (16) dans la contreplaque (5) et qui correspond à la position de fermeture du cadre (2) ; la plaque (15) étant positionnée de manière à ce que l'ailette (19) soit, en fonctionnement, interposée entre la plaque (15) et la hauteur de travail de l'au moins une tige (7).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps intermédiaire (11) est un composant étant intégré, en fonctionnement, à l'au moins une tige fonctionnelle (7).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le corps intermédiaire comprend un premier composant (11) reliant, en fonctionnement, deux segments de tige (7, 7a) étant logés de façon coulissante dans le montant (6) et un second composant (17) relié à la partie centrale du premier composant (11) et supportant l'élément de contact (12), l'organe élastique (14) et la plaque de blocage (15).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le premier composant (11) du corps intermédiaire comprend un logement (18) pour recevoir une ailette de commande (19) dépassant de la poignée (4) de manière à transmettre le mouvement de commande de la poignée (4) aux segments de tige (7, 7a).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le second composant (17) comprend un trou passant central (20) se mettant en prise avec l'élément de contact (12) de manière à ce que l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément de contact (12) puisse être associée à la plaque de blocage (15).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de contact (12) comprend une cheville (21) dotée d'une extrémité postérieure étant filetée pour le raccordement à la plaque de blocage (15) et une extrémité antérieure étant configurée pour définir la tête de contact (13) ; l'organe élastique (14) étant enroulé autour de la cheville (21) et étant retenu, à une extrémité, par une surface du corps intermédiaire (11) et, à l'autre extrémité, par la tête de contact (13).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de contact (12) comprend une tête de contact (13) ayant une forme semi-sphérique pour réduire le frottement lors du contact, incluant un contact coulissant, avec le montant (10) du châssis fixe (3).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la plaque de blocage (15) comprend une partie centrale plate qui, en fonctionnement, est reçue dans le corps intermédiaire (11) et au moins une languette (22) dépassant transversalement du corps intermédiaire (11) pour se mettre en prise avec le renfoncement (16) formé dans la contreplaque (5).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 7, dans lequel la plaque de blocage (15) comprend une partie centrale plate qui, en fonctionnement, est reçue dans le corps intermédiaire (11) et au moins une paire de languettes (22, 23) formées sur des côtés opposés de la partie centrale plate et dont au moins une dépasse transversalement du corps intermédiaire (11) pour se mettre en prise avec le renfoncement (16) formé dans la contreplaque (5).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la partie centrale plate de la plaque de blocage (15) comprend un orifice (24) pour s'accoupler avec la cheville (21) et situé de façon asymétrique par rapport au point médian géométrique de la partie centrale.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la contreplaque (5) comprend deux parties terminales (5a, 5b) configurées pour permettre à la poignée (4) d'être attachée au montant (6) du cadre (2) ; le renfoncement (16) se mettant en prise avec la plaque de blocage (15) étant formé entre les deux parties terminales (5a, 5b).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la contreplaque (5) a la forme d'un « C » où les deux parties terminales (5a, 5b) sont plus larges que sa partie intermédiaire (5c) et sont configurées pour permettre à la poignée (4) d'être fixée au montant (6) du cadre (2) ; le renfoncement de réception (16) étant formé dans la partie intermédiaire (5c) et étant configuré comme une demi-fente ouverte réalisée le long d'au moins une portion de la partie intermédiaire (5c) et comportant une profondeur (P) étant corrélée à l'épaisseur (S) de la plaque de blocage (15) de manière à permettre à la plaque (15) elle-même d'être reçue parfaitement et fixement.
  13. Porte ou fenêtre coulissante (1) composée d'au moins un cadre (2) étant mobile au moins horizontalement dans les deux sens, le long d'une direction de mouvement (T), par rapport à un châssis fixe (3) entre une position de fermeture et une position d'ouverture de la porte ou de la fenêtre (1), une poignée (4) associée au cadre mobile (2), la poignée (4) étant fonctionnellement reliée dans au moins un point à au moins une tige (7) sur le montant (6) lui-même, la poignée (4) comportant un corps de poignée (4a) pouvant être tourné autour d'un axe (4X) transversal à la direction de mouvement (T) ; l'au moins une tige (7) comportant des moyens de fermeture (8) agissant conjointement avec des éléments de gâche (9) situés sur le montant vertical (10) du châssis fixe (3) par l'intermédiaire du coulissement de la tige (7) le long du montant (6) du cadre (2) lorsque la poignée (4) est manipulée, ladite porte ou fenêtre coulissante étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif de verrouillage de sécurité anti-fausse manoeuvre (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 1 à 12.
