Claims (10)

  1. Une poignée pour portes ou fenêtres à ouverture à la française ou à ouverture oscillo-battante, la poignée (1) étant du type comprenant :
    - un corps de poignée (2) pouvant être fixé à un vantail mobile de la porte ou fenêtre ;
    - une manette de manoeuvre (3) saillant d'un côté du corps de poignée (2) ;
    - au moins un élément curseur de commande (4) saillant du côté du corps de poignée (2) opposé à la manette (3) et pouvant être associé à des dispositifs de manoeuvre pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de la porte ou fenêtre ; le curseur (4) étant actionné par des moyens cinématiques (5) de transmission du mouvement depuis la manette (3) de manière à déplacer ledit curseur (4) entre deux ou plus positions stables définissant les configurations de fermeture et d'ouverture du vantail mobile ;
    - des moyens de blocage (6) montés de façon amovible sur le curseur (4), c'est-à-dire de manière à pouvoir être séparés de ce dernier, et destinés à bloquer le curseur (4) dans les positions qu'il prend quand la porte ou la fenêtre est tournée dans la position d'ouverture à la française ou en soufflet ; les moyens de blocage (6) comprenant :
    - une plaque coulissante (7) pouvant être accouplée avec le curseur (4) et mobile entre une position sortie dans laquelle elle dépasse du curseur (4) et une position rentrée dans laquelle la plaque coulissante (7) est à l'intérieur du curseur (4) ;
    - des moyens à ressort (8) interposés entre le curseur (4) et la plaque coulissante (7) pour maintenir ladite plaque coulissante (7) dans la position sortie ;
    la poignée (1) étant caractérisée en ce que les moyens de blocage (6) comprennent en outre :
    - un élément basculant (9), dont une première partie (9a) définit une partie des moyens de blocage (6), qui peut être associé au curseur (4) et est interposé entre ce dernier et la plaque coulissante (7) et qui est actionné par cette même plaque coulissante (7) de manière à se déplacer au moins entre une première position dans laquelle il bloque le curseur (4) et une deuxième position dans laquelle il libère le curseur (4).
  2. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément basculant (9) est monté de façon pivotante sur le curseur (4) de manière à définir la première position bloquée dans laquelle une première extrémité de l'élément (9) lui-même est soulevée et en contact avec une autre partie des moyens de blocage (6), quand la plaque coulissante (7) est dans la position sortie, la deuxième extrémité de l'élément (9) définissant un élément de retenue pour maintenir la plaque coulissante (7) sur le curseur (4), et la deuxième position libérée du curseur (4) dans laquelle la première extrémité est abaissée et éloignée de l'autre partie des moyens de blocage (6), quand la plaque coulissante (7) est dans la position rentrée, et la deuxième extrémité est soulevée.
  3. La poignée selon les revendications 1 et 2, comprenant un élément (10) destiné à recouvrir au moins les moyens cinématiques (5) et pouvant être associé au corps de poignée (2) du côté d'où dépasse le curseur (4) ; l'élément de recouvrement (10) ayant au moins une fente débouchante (11) de guidage, de laquelle dépasse le curseur (4), et ayant une pluralité de dents (11a) et de saillies (11b) de référence, alternées, pour le positionnement du curseur (4) et constituant l'autre partie susmentionnée des moyens de blocage (6), la poignée étant caractérisée en ce que la première extrémité de l'élément basculant (9) a une section d'extrémité (12) spécialement profilée qui forme une surface surélevée destinée à venir en prise avec une des saillies (11b) de référence de la fente (11) quand le curseur (4) est dans la première position bloquée.
  4. La poignée selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la section d'extrémité (12) consiste en deux segments (12a, 12b), raccordés entre eux sans interruption et dont l'un (12a) est raccordé à la partie restante de l'élément basculant (9) et s'étend transversalement à l'élément (9) lui-même, tandis que le deuxième segment (12b) s'étend dans une direction transversale au premier segment (12a), c'est-à-dire parallèlement à l'élément (9) et dans un plan situé au-dessus de l'élément (9) ; les deux segments (12a, 12b) venant en prise avec une portion courbe complémentaire (13) du curseur (4) quand la plaque coulissante (7) est dans la position rentrée.
  5. La poignée selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément basculant consiste en une platine (9) ayant la forme d'un anneau fermé et ayant une deuxième partie (9b), comprenant la deuxième extrémité, qui est inclinée par rapport au plan d'appartenance de la première partie (9a) de cette même platine (9), définissant ainsi une sorte de berceau basculant.
  6. La poignée selon les revendications 1, 2 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la platine (9) comprend des moyens servant à la faire pivoter sur le curseur (4) et consistant en une première aile intérieure (14) en anneau s'étendant à partir de la première extrémité vers le centre de la platine (9) ; la première aile (14) ayant une extrémité (14a) qui a la forme d'un crochet afin de venir en prise avec une fente (15) réalisée dans la surface plate (4p) du curseur (4) ; l'accouplement du crochet (14a) dans la fente (15) définissant un point d'accrochage et de basculement pour la platine (9) quand la plaque coulissante (7) se déplace entre les positions rentrée et sortie.
  7. La poignée selon les revendications 1, 2 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la platine (9) comprend aussi des moyens de retenue pour maintenir la plaque coulissante (7) sur le curseur (4), ces moyens de retenue étant réalisés sur la platine (9) elle-même et agissant entre cette dernière et la plaque coulissante (7) ; lesdits moyens de retenue comprenant une deuxième aile (16) saillant depuis la deuxième extrémité vers le centre de la platine (9) et située dans le même plan que la première partie (9a) de la platine (9), c'est-à-dire inclinée par rapport à la deuxième partie (9b) de manière à rencontrer la plaque coulissante (7), quand cette dernière est dans la position sortie, au niveau d'une paroi (17) définie par un canal (18) réalisé sur le dessous de la plaque coulissante (7) elle-même.
  8. La poignée selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque coulissante (7) a un trou débouchant (19) qui débouche hors d'elle au niveau du canal (18) réalisé sur son dessous et est destiné à permettre le passage d'un élément ou outil de manoeuvre (U) agissant sur la deuxième aile (16) de manière à faire fléchir cette dernière, libérant ainsi la platine (9) de la plaque coulissante (7) et donc du curseur (4).
  9. La poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens à ressort (8) comprennent deux ressorts en spirale (8a, 8b) logés dans des logements (20, 21) respectifs réalisés dans des côtés parallèles respectifs du curseur (4) ; les logements (20, 21) ayant une forme cylindrique et logeant des patins de coulissement complémentaires (22, 23) réalisés des deux côtés de la plaque coulissante (7) et destinés à comprimer au moins partiellement le ressort (8a, 8b) respectif.
  10. La poignée selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que chacun des logements cylindriques (20, 21) est partiellement ouvert au niveau de sa surface qui fait face à l'intérieur du curseur (4).
