- Procédé d'actionnement d'un métier (40) à rotor de filature à fibres libérées, comprenant une multiplicité de postes autonomes de travail (1) de type identique comportant, respectivement, un dispositif (2) de filage à fibres libérées dédié à la production d'un fil (3), ainsi qu'un dispositif de bobinage (44) dévolu à la confection d'une bobine croisée (8), de même qu'un système à entraînement individuel, conçu pour apprêter une extrémité du fil (3) nécessaire à la reprise du filage, sachant que ledit dispositif de bobinage (44) inclut un râtelier (9) porte-bobines monté pivotant, un tambour d'entraînement (12) pouvant être sollicité par un entraînement individuel réversible, ainsi qu'un dispositif (18) de déplacement du fil, pouvant être entraîné par un moteur individuel, et que lesdits postes de travail (1) sont respectivement équipés d'une buse d'aspiration (4) montée pivotante,
caractérisé
par la mise à l'arrêt d'un poste de travail (1) ayant atteint la fin d'un lot ;
par la délivrance d'un signal indicatif de la fin du lot, et avisant l'opérateur de l'opportunité d'exécuter des étapes manuelles nécessaires au remplacement dudit lot ; et
par le fait que ledit poste de travail (1) exécute automatiquement, après validation par l'opérateur, des étapes additionnelles requises pour le commencement du lot. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une étape requise pour le commencement du lot, exécutée automatiquement par le poste de travail (1), réside dans la récupération de données stockées relatives aux lots.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les données, relatives aux lots, sont récupérées sur l'ordinateur central (46).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'une étape requise, devant être exécutée par l'opérateur, est le remplacement du pot de filage (49).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'une étape requise, devant être exécutée par l'opérateur, est le remplacement de moyens de filage.
