Claims (6)

  1. Four de cuisson avec un espace de cuisson (2) comportant un accumulateur de chaleur (6) pourvu d'un circuit de chauffage (20) couplé à l'accumulateur de chaleur (6), pour l'espace de cuisson (2) et d'un collecteur solaire (15), qui est connecté à un circuit de charge (12) pour l'accumulateur de chaleur (6), caractérisé en ce que le four de cuisson comporte un caisson (8) isolé thermiquement et l'accumulateur de chaleur (6) et l'espace de cuisson (2) disposé au-dessus de l'accumulateur de chaleur (6), sont disposés dans le caisson (8) isolé thermiquement et que l'espace de cuisson comporte un revêtement en argile réfractaire (1) et le circuit de chauffage (20) est déplacé sur la face extérieure du revêtement en argile réfractaire (1) de l'espace de cuisson (2).
  2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'espace de cuisson (2) présente une voûte (4) sur le revêtement en argile réfractaire (1) de laquelle s'étendent des conduits de chauffage (23) du circuit de chauffage (20), connectés en parallèle entre un conduit de distribution (24) et un conduit collecteur (25).
  3. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le circuit de charge (12) comporte au moins une ligne de résistance électrique (19), prévue pour être disposée dans la zone inférieure de l'accumulateur de chaleur (6), pour le guide de chaleur du circuit de charge (12).
  4. Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le circuit de chauffage (20) comporte au moins, une ligne de résistance électrique (22), prévue dans une zone de plafond de l'accumulateur de chaleur (6), pour le guide de chaleur du circuit de chauffage (20).
  5. Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le circuit de charge (12) est facultativement connecté au circuit de chauffage (20).
  6. Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un chauffage auxiliaire (26) est prévu pour l'accumulateur de chaleur (6).
