Claims (13)

  1. Machine à filer (100) comprenant:
    des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) configurés pour étirer un faisceau de fibres (F);
    une unité de guidage (27, 28) configurée pour réguler une largeur du faisceau de fibres (F) étiré par les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24);
    une unité de filature (3) configurée pour produire un fil filé (Y) en tordant le faisceau de fibres (F) étiré par les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24);
    une unité de base mobile (25) à laquelle l'unité de guidage (27, 28) et l'unité de filature (3) sont montées;
    une unité d'entraînement (26) configurée pour déplacer l'unité de base mobile (25) en parallèle par rapport à l'axe de rotation des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24), caractérisée par
    une unité de détection (29) configurée pour détecter une position d'au moins une parmi unité de guidage (27, 28), unité de filature (3) et unité de base mobile (25); et
    une unité de contrôle (7) configurée pour transmettre un signal de contrôle de position à l'unité d'entrainement (26) sur la base d'un signal de détection de l'unité de détection (29) et pour contrôler une position de l'unité de base mobile (25), pour ajuster donc une relation positionnel relative de l'unité de guidage (27, 28) et de l'unité de filature (3) par rapport aux paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) et pour modifier une position de support du faisceau de fibres (F) supporté par les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) pour éviter que les fibres constituant le faisceau de fibres (F) tombent des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) pendant que l'unité de guidage (27, 28) se déplace.
  2. Machine à filer (100) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité de contrôle (7) est configurée pour transmettre en plus du signal de commande positionnel un signal de commande de vitesse à l'unité d'entraînement (26) sur la base d'un signal de détection de l'unité de détection (29) et pour contrôler en plus de la position une vitesse de l'unité de base mobile (25), ajustant donc la relation positionnelle relative de l'unité de guidage (27, 28) et de l'unité de filature (3) par rapport aux paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) et pour modifier la position de support du faisceau de fibres (F) supporté par les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24).
  3. Machine à filer (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    comprenant en outre une première unité de guidage (27) arrangée en amont des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) dans un sens d'alimentation du faisceau de fibres (F) et prévu immobile par rapport aux paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24),
    caractérisé en ce que l'unité de guidage (28) montée à l'unité de base mobile (25) est arrangée parmi la pluralité des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) arrangées le long du sens d'alimentation du faisceau de fibres (F), et en ce que l'unité de contrôle (7) contrôle l'unité d'entraînement (26) pour un mouvement continu de va et vient de l'unité de base mobile (25).
  4. Machine à filer (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité de contrôle (7) contrôle l'unité d'entraînement (26) pour un mouvement intermittent de va et vient de l'unité de base mobile (25).
  5. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité de contrôle (7) contrôle l'unité d'entraînement (26) pour déplacer la position relative de l'unité de filature (3) par rapport aux paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) à une heure de départ de la filature vers une position d'origine prédéterminée (O).
  6. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité de contrôle contrôle un mouvement de l'unité de base mobile (25) selon une épaisseur du faisceau de fibres (F) ou/et une dimension de largeur (W) des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24), la dimension de largeur (W) étant une dimension dans le sens de l'arbre rotatif des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24).
  7. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que quand les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) tournent, l'unité de contrôle (7) contrôle l'unité d'entraînement (26) pour qu'elle fonctionne, et quand les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) ne tournent pas, l'unité de contrôle (7) contrôle l'unité d'entraînement (26) pour qu'elle s'arrête.
  8. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que quand le faisceau de fibres (F) étiré par les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) est plus grand qu'une valeur prédéterminée, l'unité d'entraînement (26) est arrêtée.
  9. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (26) est constituée par un moteur pas à pas.
  10. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité de filature (3) tord le faisceau de fibres (F) avec un flux d'air tourbillonné et produit le fil filé (Y).
  11. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée par une unité de réglage (8) configurée pour régler un mode de contrôle de l'unité d'entraînement (26).
  12. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisée par une unité de bobinage (6) configurée pour bobiner le fil filé (Y) autour d'un paquet (P).
  13. Machine à filer (100) selon une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée par:
    une unité de mémoire configurée pour stocker une chronologie du volume d'entraînement de l'unité d'entraînement (26) qui indique la modification de la position de support; et
    une unité de stockage configurée pour sauvegarder une valeur limite de durabilité des paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24),
    l'unité de contrôle (7) modifiant la position de support du faisceau de fibres (F) supporté par les paires de rouleaux d'étirage (21, 22, 23, 24) sur la base du volume d'entraînement sauvegardé dans l'unité de mémoire et la valeur limite de durabilité sauvegarder dans l'unité de stockage.
