Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shipping container for receiving cuboid rigid packaged goods, comprising a single corrugated cardboard blank comprising two pairs of in side by means of first fold lines hinged side wall panels, in the state closed from the corrugated board with four longitudinal sides and two end faces erected packaging in pairs in parallel position the cuboid shape of the packaged goods forming the longitudinal sides, facing each other, as well as end wall panels which are hinged to blank panels by means of fold lines and in the erected packaging state in parallel position corresponding to the cuboid shape of the packaged goods, forming the front sides facing each other.
  • the end faces comprise edge fields, which are hinged with fold lines in each case to an associated side wall panel; at least two edge fields of each end face are articulated with fold lines the end wall associated with end wall panels; in the erect packaging state come at least two Stim wall panels double-layered to each other; By means of the fringe fields, a retracted crumple zone edge acting as impact protection is formed on the front side of the packaging.
  • Number, arrangement and articulation of the fields according to GB 176 936 A known packaging require a construction such that the crumple edge is divided into sections, each formed by a clutter wall framed edge field. Butt fields that form attachment tabs are hinged to sidewall panels that are free of endwall panels. Cleared corner areas are weakened despite a considerable use of material, which is due to all-sided three-ply edge fields and additional fastening straps.
  • corrugated board packaging which are erected from a corrugated cardboard to pack also cuboid stiff packaged goods.
  • the invention is based on the objectives to provide a shipping corrugated packaging for lumpy, cuboid stiff packaged, which build very simple and with little use of materials and yet should form a particularly effective edge and corner protection.
  • the corrugated board material should be used effectively such that reinforced padding or protection zone is formed on particularly sensitive end faces of the cuboid rigid packaging material.
  • the overall packaging namely the cuboid rigid packaged goods to be packaged together with the corrugated shipping material, should be available for shipment in an easily manageable unit.
  • the desired shipping or transport packaging for parcel shipping should offer advantages. It should in particular plate-like parts that are layered into a block-shaped block record and a especially for front and corner areas to ensure transport that prevents damage.
  • the end faces of the packaging comprise fringe fields, which are articulated by means of second fold lines in series to each other and by means of third fold lines respectively to an associated side wall panel, and that at least two edge fields each end face means Four folding lines are hinged to the end face associated end wall panels, in the erected packaging state at least two end wall panels abut each other and the edge fields abut the side wall panels hinging them, in which position the side wall panels together with the end wall panels a front side retracted on the packaging, acting as impact protection Form crumple edge.
  • the retracted crumple zone edge which acts as impact protection is formed on two opposite end faces of cuboid rigid packaged goods. It is an edge that protrudes from the front, leaving a cavity between the supernatant, in which the edge material can dodge to absorb shock. As a result, impact force is kept away from the front edges and corners of the packaged goods.
  • An integrated buffer or crumple zone is obtained. This succeeds according to the invention with a single corrugated board cut, which is multi-layered in the front edge and corner area and there produces the desired protective function.
  • the inventive, formed from a single corrugated cardboard shipping packaging ensures a body-tight investment inner sidewall fields and end wall panels on the packaged, the corrugated cardboard blank is wrapped in the packaged and is held with per se known clamping means in the packaging material receiving packaging condition.
  • the crumple zone edge in the state of the erected packaging is advantageously double-walled. This means that the edge, which encloses a kind of unilateral hollow wall, which is completely closed on the inside and open on the outside, runs without interruption with only one seam double / double layer.
  • each end face with at least two Stirnwandfeldern full-surface two-ply, so that not only the crumple zone edge is two-ply, but also the bounded by the edge end face of the packaging end face.
  • An end face may also be formed with three and more adjacent end wall panels, which are hinged to associated edge panels.
  • An advantageous embodiment is that are hinged to at least one said end wall panel end wall tabs by means of the fourth fold lines transversely directed fifth fold lines, wherein the end wall tabs are articulated on opposite edges of the end wall panel or the end wall panels.
  • end wall brackets in the condition of the erected packaging form a border enclosing the cuboid packaged article.
  • the front wall panel which articulates the end wall flaps comes to rest on the inside of the packaging.
  • the edge protection is further improved by at least one end wall panel is extended with fold-in or folded tabs in the longitudinal side areas.
  • the corrugated cardboard blank is provided in a particularly simple manner in that a first side wall panel forms a base panel with longitudinal edges, to which respective second side panel panels are hinged by means of associated fold lines, and third side panel panels, in the condition of the package with flat corrugated cardboard blank in the outside thereof, to the second Side wall panels are articulated by means of associated folding lines.
  • the blank design can be provided particularly simply by the fact that the packaging, viewed in the state of its flat-lying corrugated cardboard blank, is formed symmetrically with its side wall panels and their edge panels with respect to a longitudinal center line of the base panel.
  • a particularly simple design is also achieved in that the packaging, viewed in the state of its flat-lying corrugated cardboard blank, is formed symmetrically with its side wall panels, edge fields and end wall panels with respect to a said longitudinal center line perpendicularly directed transverse center line of the base field.
  • the packaging according to the invention can be conveniently adapted to flat cuboid packaged goods.
  • corrugated cardboard can advantageously be reduced in particular in that the corrugated cardboard cut is formed by double-sided corrugated corrugated cardboard.
  • a particularly thin packaging casing is obtained, which extends over the longitudinal sides, but due to the above-mentioned field arrangement and multiple layers on the end faces, the said padding and the crumple zone region are achieved.
  • the packaging according to the invention forms a particularly satisfactory packaging unit in particular in the state with eingelteem, wrapped packaging material, which can be made up as a single packaging in large quantities, kept in stock and distributed according to logistics shipping requirements.
  • the packaging is therefore particularly provided for the manufacture of shipping units, which are commissioned and sold in large numbers, for example via the Internet.
  • the packaging in the form of the packaging unit is characterized in that the package in its erected state comprises the cuboid rigid packaged goods, wherein a play-free fit is formed with side wall panels and end wall panels, against which the packaged product is applied, and that at each crumple forming a cavity Edge of the packaging at its two end faces closing the clamping closure, advantageously a strap, a front-clamping ring od.
  • the clamping closure advantageously a strap, a front-clamping ring od.
  • Attached and closed under closing tension This achieves a kind of constriction of the crumple zone edge by means of the tension lock, ie a slight compression of the crumple zone edge, so that the ends of the packaged goods are relieved of closing force and, moreover, a particularly strong integration of the packaged goods between the front sides is achieved.
  • At least one longitudinal location of the shipping container this can be closed with at least one other clamping closure, in particular a clamping band or ring, wherein the longitudinal sides of the associated circum
