Description
- L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la construction de bâtiments et est relative à un bardage en terre cuite.
- Il est connu pour réaliser un bardage, en particulier par le brevet français
2 553 454 du 14 octobre 1983 - Ce mode opératoire est long, demande une main d'oeuvre spécialisée et donc onéreuse.
- La présente invention a pour objet un panneau de bardage constitué de bardeaux pré-assemblés de façon à constituer un panneau pré-fabriqué dont la pose est facile.
- Le panneau de bardage pré-assemblé à forte isolation thermique selon l'invention est constitué par une plaque rectangulaire rigide en un isolant à forte résistance thermique, revêtue de parements en terre cuite, l'ensemble étant ceinturé et assemblé par une structure rectangulaire métallique.
- Selon un mode réalisation, l'invention fournit un panneau de bardage pré-assemblé à forte isolation thermique tel que selon la revendication 1.
- Selon d'autres modes de réalisation avantageux, un tel panneau de bardage peut présenter une ou plusieurs des caractéristiques suivantes.
- Selon un mode de réalisation, les parements en terre cuite ont une longueur égale à une hauteur d'étage, une largeur d'environ 30 cm, sont placés les uns à côté des autres contre la plaque isolante et sont assemblées les uns aux autres par tenons et mortaises.
- Selon un mode de réalisation, un joint horizontal est placé entre deux panneaux de bardage contre le rebord du plancher, ce joint comportant un bandeau isolant recouvert par un couvre-joint dont les rebords inférieur et supérieur sont conformés de façon à venir se cliquer sur des tenons des rails.
- Selon une application particulière lesdits parements ont une longueur de 280 cm, une largeur de 30 cm, comportent cinq alvéoles longitudinales et sont munis sur les côtés de moyens d'emboîtement.
- L'invention fournit aussi un procédé de montage d'un panneau de bardage comportant les étapes suivantes : dans un premier temps on pose à plat la plaque d'isolant rigide ; on met en place un rail sur un rebord de la plaque en le fixant aux deux montants latéraux; dans un deuxième temps on pose une pluralité de parements les uns à côté des autres en les faisant glisser vers le rail pour introduire les pattes dans les alvéoles ; dans un troisième temps, on met en place le deuxième rail en introduisant les pattes dans les alvéoles et on fixe les deux extrémités dudit rail aux deux montants latéraux ; de façon à réaliser une structure rectangulaire qui ceinture l'ensemble constitué par la plaque d'isolant et les parements tout en les maintenant assemblés.
- Selon un mode de réalisation, lorsqu'un parement est détérioré, consistant à briser le parement endommagé, à couper la partie correspondante de chaque rail supérieur et inférieur grâce aux amorces de rupture et à visser en lieu et place deux pattes correspondant aux pattes retirées.
- Les parements en terre cuite peuvent avantageusement présenter une face avant, opposée à celle en contact avec la plaque isolante, pouvant présenter diverses formes de sorte qu'il est possible de réaliser des bardages ayant des aspects différents,mais aussi de disposer côte-à-côte des panneaux préfabriqués ayant des aspects différents et même de disposer dans un panneau préfabriqué des parements d'aspects différents. On obtient ainsi une grande variété décorative par des moyens peu coûteux.
- La face avant des parements peut présenter diverses formes.
- L'invention sera mieux comprise, et d'autres buts, détails, caractéristiques et avantages de celle-ci apparaîtront plus clairement au cours de la description suivante de plusieurs modes de réalisation particuliers de l'invention, donnés uniquement à titre illustratif et non limitatif, en référence aux dessins annexés.

figure 1 illustre un mode de réalisation, à savoir deux panneaux de bardage 1, fixés à trois planchers 2, ceinturés par une structure métallique constituée par deux rails horizontaux 3, disposés sur les côtés supérieur et inférieur de chaque panneau 1, ainsi que par deux montants latéraux verticaux 4. - Entre deux panneaux 1 est disposé un joint horizontal 5.
- La
figure 2 représente un des éléments constitutif d'un panneau, cet élément étant une plaque rectangulaire 10 en isolant rigide. - Dans l'exemple représenté à titre d'exemple, cette plaque a une hauteur de 2,80 m et une largeur de 3,00 m.
- La
figure 3 représente un élément de parement 20 en terre cuite ayant une longueur de 2,80 m et une largeur de 0,30 m. - Cet élément de parement 20 comporte cinq alvéoles longitudinales 21 ainsi qu'un tenon 22 et une mortaise 23 de sorte qu'en disposant plusieurs éléments 20 les uns à côté des autres, on réalise un assemblage par tenon-mortaise.
- Les
figures 4 et 5 représentent un rail d'assemblage 3. - Le rail 3 est constitué par une cornière 30 munie de pattes 31, disposées par paires. Entre chaque paire de pattes 31 est disposée une amorce de rupture 33.
- La
figure 6 représente un montant latéral 4, qui est constitué par un fer plat 40, pourvu à ses deux extrémités d'un trou de fixation 41. Un fer en U 42 est fixé, perpendiculairement au fer plat 40 entre les trous 41. - Dans l'exemple représenté, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, les deux ailes inférieure 43 et supérieure 44 du fer en U 42 sont espacées d'une distance très légèrement supérieure à la hauteur du panneau 10, de façon à l'encadrer.
- Les
figures 7 à 9 illustrent les trois étapes d'assemblage du panneau. - La
figure 7 représente la première étape consistant à poser à plat la plaque rectangulaire 10 de lafigure 1 ; puis à mettre en place sur le côté supérieur un rail 3, muni de pattes 31 ; et ensuite à fixer à chaque extrémité dudit rail 3 un montant tel que le montant 4 de lafigure 6 . - La
figure 8 représente la deuxième étape qui consiste à poser l'un après l'autre une pluralité d'éléments de parement 20, tels que celui décrit en relation avec lafigure 3 . On fait glisser chaque élément 20, selon la flèche F de façon à faire pénétrer les paires de pattes ou dents 31 dans deux alvéoles 21 de chaque élément de parement 20. Le tenon longitudinal 22 de chaque parement 20 s'emboite dans la mortaise 23 du parement 20 adjacent. - La
figure 9 représente la troisième étape du montage. Lorsque toute la surface de la plaque isolante est recouverte de parements 20, on met en place, à l'autre extrémité de ceux-ci, un deuxième rail 3 en faisant pénétrer les pattes 31 de ce deuxième rail dans les alvéoles 21 des parements 20 et l'on fixe les deux extrémités de ce deuxième rail aux deux montants 4. - On réalise ainsi un panneau de bardage comportant une plaque isolante 10 recouverte de parements de bardage 20, étant assemblés les uns aux autres par des moyens purement métalliques sans colle ni liant hydraulique, cet assemblage étant ceinturé par un cadre métallique formé par les deux rails 3 et les montants 4.
- Les panneaux ainsi pré-assemblées sont mis en place comme illustré à la
figure 1 . - La
figure 10 montre le détail de cette fixation. Les orifices 41 des fers plats 40 sont enfilés sur des tenons filetés 50 solidaires des planchers 2, sur lesquels sont vissés des boulons 51. - La
figure 11 illustre la constitution du joint d'étanchéité 5 de lafigure 1 . - Ce joint est constitué par un bandeau isolant 52, de préférence en laine de roche, qui remplit l'espace horizontal séparant des panneaux 1 pré-assemblés, espace qui se trouve au droit du rebord d'un plancher 2.
- Ce bandeau 52 a pour fonction d'éviter la présence d'un pont thermique entre deux panneaux 1, au droit du plancher 2.
- Le bandeau isolant 52 est ensuite recouvert par un couvre-joint 53. Les rebords inférieur et supérieur du couvre-joint 53 sont conformés de façon à venir se cliquer sur les tenons 32 des rails 3.
- Les éléments en terre cuite munis d'alvéoles sont assez fragiles de sorte qu'il peut arriver qu'un parement 20 soit détérioré, soit pendant la mise en place des panneaux pré-fabriqués 1 ; soit ultérieurement.
- La constitution particulière du panneau de bardage permet le remplacement d'un parement 20 endommagé.
Comme représenté à lafigure 12 , on retire le parement endommagé en le cassant et, grâce aux amorces de coupe 33, on détache du rail 3 la portion de ce rail correspondant au parement 20 enlevé ; on insère un nouveau parement dans les deux pattes 31 du rail 3 inférieur et, comme illustré à lafigure 13 , on bloque le haut du nouveau parement en vissant deux pattes 34 en forme de L. - Les parements 20 ont une hauteur de 2,80 m, une largeur de 29,5 cm et une épaisseur de 5cm.
- On peut réaliser un panneau pré-assemblé selon l'invention de plusieurs largeurs en disposant par exemple : trois parements 20, la largeur total étant 0,90 m ; ou quatre parements 20 pour une largeur de 1,20 m ; ou sept parements pour une largeur de 2,10 m ; ou dix parements pour une largeur de 3m.
- On voit que le panneau de bardage présente de nombreux avantages. Il permet de réaliser le bardage d'un bâtiment avec des éléments pré-fabriqués, ces éléments pouvant avoir des largeurs variées ; l'assemblage des éléments de bardage et de l'élément isolant est réalisé sans colle ni liant hydraulique ; il permet une réparation facile en cas de détérioration d'un élément en terre cuite.
- Diverses formes peuvent être adoptées pour la face avant des parements 20.
- La
figure 16a montre une forme plane. - La
figure 16b montre une face avant qui est plane, mais comporte des stries longitudinales 60, qui s'étendent sur toute la longueur du parement 20. - La
figure 16c montre une face avant qui comporte trois éléments bombés 61. - La
figure 16d montre une face avant qui comporte trois éléments 62 en pointe. - La
figure 16e montre une face avant qui comporte des ondulations 63, avec trois ondes dans l'exemple représenté. - La
figure 16f montre une face avant 64 quiest bombée sur tout sa largeur. - Bien que l'invention ait été décrite en liaison avec plusieurs modes de réalisation particuliers, il est bien évident qu'elle n'y est nullement limitée et qu'elle comprend tous les équivalents techniques des moyens décrits ainsi que leurs combinaisons si celles-ci entrent dans le cadre de l'invention, telle que décrite dans les revendications jointes. L'usage du verbe « comporter », « comprendre » ou « inclure » et de ses formes conjuguées n'exclut pas la présence d'autres éléments ou d'autres étapes que ceux énoncés dans une revendication. L'usage de l'article indéfini « un » ou « une » pour un élément ou une étape n'exclut pas, sauf mention contraire, la présence d'une pluralité de tels éléments ou étapes. Plusieurs moyens ou modules peuvent être représentés par un même élément matériel.
- Dans les revendications, tout signe de référence entre parenthèses ne saurait être interprété comme une limitation de la revendication.

- Panneau de bardage pré-assemblé à forte isolation thermique constitué par une plaque (10) rectangulaire, rigide, en isolant à résistance thermique, revêtue de parements (20) en terre cuite, munis d'alvéoles longitudinales (21), l'ensemble étant ceinturé et assemblé par une structure rectangulaire métallique constituée de deux montants latéraux (4) auxquels sont fixés deux rails (3), supérieur et inférieur, ces rails (3) étant munis de pattes (31) qui pénètrent dans les alvéoles longitudinales (21) des parements (20), de façon à réaliser un assemblage sans colle ou autre liant de la plaque isolante (4) et des parements en terre cuite (20) dans lequel chaque élément de rail (3) comporte au moins une paire de pattes (31) qui pénètrent dans deux alvéoles (21) d'un parement en terre cuite (20), chaque paire de pattes formant un élément à pattes, et dans lequel les deux rails horizontaux (3), supérieur et inférieur, comportent autant d'éléments à pattes (31) qu'il y a de parements en terre cuite (20), et dans lequel une amorce de rupture est disposée entre chaque éléments à pattes de sorte que ces éléments à pattes puissent être coupés et remplacés en cas de détérioration d'un parement en terre cuite nécessitant son remplacement.
- Panneau de bardage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parements en terre cuite (20) ont une longueur de 280cm, une largeur d'environ 30 cm, sont placés les uns à côté des autres contre la plaque isolante (10) et sont assemblées les uns aux autres par tenons et mortaises (22, 23).
- Panneau de bardage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits parements ont une largeur de 30 cm, comportent cinq alvéoles longitudinales et sont munis sur les côtés des tenons et mortaises (22, 23).
- Panneau de bardage selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que la face avant des parements (20) présente une forme choisie dans le groupe consistant en une forme plane, une forme plane munie de stries longitudinales (60), une forme munie d'éléments bombés (61), une forme munie d'éléments en pointe (62), une forme en ondulations (63) ou une forme bombée sur toute sa largeur (64).
- Ensemble comportant deux panneaux de bardage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, et un joint horizontal (52) placé entre les deux panneaux de bardage (1) et destiné à être situé au droit d'un rebord d'un plancher (2).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le joint horizontal placé entre deux panneaux de bardage (1) contre le rebord (2) du plancher comporte un bandeau isolant (52) recouvert par un couvre-joint (53) dont les rebords inférieur et supérieur sont conformés de façon à venir se cliquer sur des tenons (32) des rails (3)
- Procédé de montage d'un panneau de bardage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comportant les étapes suivantes : dans un premier temps on pose à plat la plaque (10) d'isolant rigide ; sur un rebord de la plaque, on met en place en le fixant aux deux montants latéraux (4), un rail (3) ; dans un deuxième temps on pose les uns à côté des autres une pluralité de parements (20) en les faisant glisser vers le rail (3) pour introduire les pattes (31) dans les alvéoles (21) ; dans un troisième temps, on met en place un deuxième rail (3) en introduisant les pattes (31) dans les alvéoles (21) et on fixe les deux extrémités dudit deuxième rail (3) aux deux montants latéraux (4) ; de façon à réaliser une structure rectangulaire qui ceinture l'ensemble constitué par la plaque d'isolant (10) et les parements (20) tout en les maintenant assemblés.
- Procédé de réparation d'un panneau de bardage (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, lorsqu'un parement (20) est détérioré, consistant à briser le parement endommagé, à couper la partie correspondante de chaque rail (3) supérieur et inférieur grâce à des amorces de rupture (33) et à visser en lieu et place deux pattes (34) correspondant aux pattes (31) retirées.
