Claims (10)

  1. Bande pour machine à papier qui présente un système de fils comprenant des fils ou qui en est constitué, une partie des fils ou tous les fils étant constitués en partie ou entièrement d'un bioplastique, et le bioplastique étant non biodégradable et étant fabriqué en utilisant une ou plusieurs matières premières renouvelables, notamment des matières premières végétales.
  2. Bande pour machine à papier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bioplastique ou sa matière première est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué d'amidon, de polymère cellulosique, d'acide polylactide (PLA), de polytriméthylène téréphthalate (PTT), de propane 1,3-diol (PDO) à base biologique, de polyamide (PA) à base biologique, de polyhydroxyalcanoate (PHA), de polyéthylène (PE) à base biologique, de chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC) à base biologique d'éthylène ou d'acétylène, de polybutylène téréphtalate (PBT) à base biologique, de polysulfure d'éthylène (PPS) à base biologique, de polytéréphtalate d'étylène (PET) à base biologique, de polyéthylène-co-isosorbide téréphtalate (PEIT) à base biologique, de polyuréthanne (PUR) à base biologique de polyol et/ou d'isocyanate à base biologique.
  3. Bande pour machine à papier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le système de fils forme un ou plusieurs tissus, tissus à mailles ou assemblages de fils ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci et/ou une bande à maillons de fils.
  4. Bande pour machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que des fils sont présents dans le système de fils, lesquels sont réalisés comme monofilaments et/ou comme multifilaments.
  5. Bande pour machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le système de fils présente plusieurs couches et en ce qu'au moins une couche contient des fils ou en est constituée, lesquels sont constitués en partie ou entièrement d'un bioplastique.
  6. Bande pour machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le système de fils présente plusieurs couches et en ce qu'au moins une couche contient des fils, lesquels sont constitués en partie ou entièrement d'une matière plastique pétrochimique.
  7. Bande pour machine à papier selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une couche du système de fils est réalisée comme tissu et en ce qu'une autre couche est réalisée comme assemblage de fils.
  8. Bande pour machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que dans le système de fils, des fils sont présents, lesquels sont constitués en partie de bioplastique et en partie d'une matière plastique pétrochimique.
  9. Bande pour machine à papier selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que dans le système de fils, les fils sont réalisés comme fils à âme et enveloppe, l'âme étant constituée du bioplastique et l'enveloppe étant constituée de la matière plastique pétrochimique ou inversement, ou en ce que dans le système de fils, des fils sont présents, lesquels sont réalisés comme fils multifilaments ou fils retors, une partie des filaments étant constituée du bioplastique et une partie des filaments étant constituée de la matière plastique pétrochimique.
  10. Bande pour machine à papier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la bande pour machine à papier est munie d'un revêtement et en ce que le revêtement est constitué en partie ou entièrement d'un bioplastique, et/ou en ce que la bande pour machine à papier est munie de couche de fibres et en ce que la couche de fibres est constituée en partie ou entièrement d'un bioplastique.
