Claims (10)
- Dispositif destiné au remplissage contrôlé de comprimés (10) dans des alvéoles (6) d'une bande de feuille (4) pour la fabrication de blisters, comprenant :un dispositif de transport (2) pour acheminer la bande de feuille (4) dans une direction de transport (A) ;une unité d'alimentation (8) pour l'arrivée des comprimés (10) dans les alvéoles (6) de la bande de feuille (4), l'unité d'alimentation (8) présentant une pluralité de canaux de remplissage (12) ;un dispositif de contrôle (14), disposé en aval de l'unité d'alimentation (8), pour vérifier le remplissage de chaque alvéole individuelle (6) de la bande de feuille (4) ;un dispositif de commande (16), qui réceptionne les résultats du dispositif de contrôle (14) ;caractérisé en ce que,le dispositif présente en outre un dispositif d'émission de lumière et de faisceau (18), qui est commandé par le dispositif de commande (16) sur la base des résultats du dispositif de contrôle (14) et est prévu pour identifier des canaux de remplissage bloqués (12) directement dans la zone du canal de remplissage respectif (12) lui-même, le dispositif d'émission de lumière ou de faisceau (18) présentant au moins un pointeur laser, qui illumine un canal de remplissage (12) bloqué, ou présentant une pluralité de moyens lumineux (20), dont chacun est associé à un canal de remplissage (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de contrôle (14) comprend un système de caméra optique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque canal de remplissage (12) est réalisé sous forme de tube de remplissage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, rapporté au pointeur laser, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un pointeur laser peut pivoter dans plusieurs directions.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, rapporté aux moyens lumineux, caractérisé en ce que les moyens lumineux (20) sont réalisés sous forme de LED.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, rapporté aux moyens lumineux, ou selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque canal de remplissage (12) est réalisé sous forme de tube, et que les moyens lumineux (20) sont intégrés dans les tubes de remplissage.
- Procédé de remplissage contrôlé de comprimés (10) dans des alvéoles (6) d'une bande de feuille (4) pour la fabrication de blisters, comprenant les étapes suivantes :acheminement de la bande de feuille (4) dans une direction de transport (A) ;arrivée des comprimés (10) dans les alvéoles (6) de la bande de feuille (4) au moyen d'une unité d'alimentation (8), qui présente une pluralité de canaux de remplissage (12) ;vérification du remplissage de chaque alvéole individuelle (6) de la bande de feuille (4) en aval de l'unité d'alimentation (8) au moyen d'un dispositif de contrôle (14) ;caractérisé parla commande d'un dispositif d'émission de lumière ou de faisceau (18) sur la base des résultats du dispositif de contrôle (14), de telle sorte que des canaux de remplissage bloqués (12) sont identifiés directement dans la zone du canal de remplissage respectif (12) lui-même, le dispositif d'émission de lumière ou de faisceau (18) présentant au moins un pointeur laser, qui illumine un canal de remplissage (12) bloqué, ou présentant une pluralité de moyens lumineux (20), dont chacun est associé à un canal de remplissage (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (16) identifie des défauts (22) régulièrement récurrents dans les alvéoles (6) de la bande de feuille (4) et les associe à un canal de remplissage défini (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, rapporté au pointeur laser, caractérisé en ce que, en présence de plusieurs canaux de remplissage bloqués (12), le pointeur laser indique successivement les canaux de remplissage bloqués (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, rapporté aux moyens lumineux, caractérisé en ce que, en présence de plusieurs canaux de remplissage (12) bloqués, les moyens lumineux (20) des canaux de remplissage (12) bloqués illuminent simultanément.
