Claims (16)

  1. Ensemble (1) pour extraire un à un des objets plats flexibles (2, 2a) de la face inférieure d'une pile (3) de ces objets (2, 2a) et pour éloigner les objets (2, 2a) extraits de la pile (3), l'ensemble contenant :
    un espace d'empilement (4) doté d'une partie de soutien (5),
    la pile (3) soutenue par le bas dans la partie de soutien (5) par des moyens de soutien (7a, 7b, 57a, 22, 23), les moyens de soutien présentant au moins un ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien présentant au moins un rouleau de soutien (8) et
    au moins un organe d'extraction (19) qui sépare les objets (2a) de la face inférieure de la pile (3),
    le ou les ensembles (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien faisant partie d'un dispositif (6) de guidage de rouleaux et l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien pouvant se déplacer au moins par parties en translation et périodiquement entre une position de soutien (SP) et une position de libération (FP), les moyens de soutien contenant un ensemble fixe de soutien (22) qui forme avec l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien situé dans la position de soutien (SP) une surface commune de soutien (27) pour la pile (3), les moyens de soutien formant dans la position de libération (FP) de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien un interstice de libération (33) situé entre l'ensemble fixe de soutien (22) et l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien.
  2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien peut se déplacer au moins par parties le long d'une piste de déplacement incurvée.
  3. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par des moyens de commande (12, 13, 14) au moyen desquels le déplacement de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien peut être commandé à une cadence synchronisée par rapport à l'opération d'extraction.
  4. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par des moyens de précontrainte (15) en mesure d'exercer une force de rappel en direction de la position de soutien (SP) ou de la position de libération (FP) sur l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien.
  5. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par un dispositif (16) d'apport d'air de soufflage au moyen duquel de l'air de soufflage (18) peut être soufflé entre l'objet (2a) situé le plus bas dans la pile (3) et écarté au moins en partie par l'organe d'extraction (19) et la pile (3).
  6. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau de guidage fixe (23) disposé dans la zone de soutien (5) se raccorde à l'ensemble fixe de soutien (22) du côté de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien.
  7. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le ou les organes d'extraction (19) sont disposés sur un dispositif de reprise (21) disposé en dessous de la zone de soutien (5).
  8. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (1) contient au moins un organe de transport (36) qui évacue les objets (2a) séparés de la pile (3) et en ce que le ou les organes de transport (36) sont disposés sur un dispositif de transfert (21) disposé en dessous de la zone de soutien (5) .
  9. Ensemble selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par des moyens de désactivation au moyen desquels le déplacement de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien peut être bloqué lorsque le ou les organes d'extraction (19) poursuivent leur déplacement en boucle.
  10. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par des moyens arrière (24) de limitation de l'espace d'empilement, les moyens (24) de limitation de l'espace d'empilement formant une surface de délimitation (25) essentiellement verticale, et présentant une partie de paroi (26) coudée ou cintrée vers la partie de soutien (5) en direction de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien.
  11. Procédé d'extraction un à un d'objets plats flexibles (2, 2a) de la face inférieure d'une pile (3) de ces objets (2, 2a) et d'éloignement des objets (2, 2a) extraits de la pile (3)au moyen d'un ensemble (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien servant à soutenir la pile (3) étant situé dans une position de soutien (SP), caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    déplacement de translation au moins de certaines parties de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien dans une direction de libération (FR) depuis la position de soutien (SP), l'interstice de libération (33) s'agrandissant,
    saisie de l'objet (2a) situé le plus bas dans la pile (3) par l'organe d'extraction (19),
    extraction de l'objet (2a) situé le plus bas dans la pile (3) par écartement de l'objet (2a) de la face inférieure de la pile, dans l'interstice d'extraction (33),
    déplacement de translation d'au moins certaines parties de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien dans une direction de soutien (SR) opposée à la direction de libération (FR), l'interstice d'extraction (33) se rétrécissant et
    éloignement de l'objet (2a) dans l'interstice de libération (33).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien est déplacé dans la direction de soutien (SR) déjà pendant l'éloignement de l'objet (2a) de la face intérieure de la pile.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'extraction (19) saisit l'objet (2a) pendant que l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien en déplacement agrandit l'interstice de libération (33).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'objet (2a) est écarté de la face inférieure de la pile pendant que l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien se déplace dans la direction de soutien (SR).
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (1) contient des moyens de commande (12, 13, 14) et en ce que le déplacement de l'ensemble (7a, 7b, 57a) de rouleaux de soutien s'effectue à une cadence synchronisée sur l'opération d'extraction par les moyens de commande (12, 13, 14).
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (1) contient un dispositif (16) d'apport d'air de soufflage et en ce que de l'air de soufflage (18) peut être soufflé au moyen du dispositif (16) d'apport d'air de soufflage entre la pile (3) et l'objet (2a) situé le plus bas et au moins partiellement éloigné pendant l'écartement de l'objet (2a) .
