Claims (14)
- Dispositif pour séparer un à un des objets plats flexibles (2) depuis le côté inférieur d'une pile de ces objets (2) et pour éloigner les objets (2) séparés, le dispositif présentant :un espace d'empilement (1) doté d'un moyen de soutien qui soutient la pile par le bas,des moyens de séparation et de transport (4, 5) tournant en boucle fermée pour séparer les objets (2) depuis le côté inférieur de la pile etun moyen d'évacuation (6) qui évacue les objets (2) séparés,le moyen de soutien étant un tapis de rouleaux constitué de plusieurs rouleaux rotatifs (9),les rouleaux (9) pouvant tous tourner autour de leur axe longitudinal (10) et étant déplacés dans une zone de soutien (12) sur une piste en boucle fermée (11) en dessous de la pile, dans la même direction que les moyens (4, 5) de séparation et de transport,les rouleaux (9) étant tous accouplé à au moins une roue de rouleaux (7) par un accouplement (8),cet accouplement (8) pouvant faire pivoter les axes longitudinaux (10) des rouleaux (9) par rapport à la roue (7) de rouleaux,les rouleaux (9) étant inclinés par un élément de commande (15) dans une zone de libération (13) de la piste (11) en boucle fermée et entraînant ainsi l'ouverture du tapis à rouleaux, le moyen (6) d'évacuation passant dans cette ouverture,caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif présente un patin de commande (15) qui entraîne le pivotement des rouleaux (9) et donc l'ouverture du tapis à rouleaux dans la zone de libération (13) de la piste (11) en boucle fermée et
en ce que le patin de commande (15) est disposé à l'intérieur de la piste (11) en boucle fermée et repousse de l'intérieur les rouleaux (9) ou le tapis à rouleaux. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'axe de pivotement (14) des rouleaux (9) s'étend essentiellement tangentiellement par rapport à la roue (7) de rouleaux par les accouplements (2) des rouleaux (9) sur la roue (7) de rouleaux.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément de commande (15) est au moins un patin de commande (15) immobile sur lequel les rouleaux (9) roulent et sont ainsi pivotés.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les axes longitudinaux (10) des rouleaux (9) s'étendent essentiellement à la perpendiculaire du plan de la ou des roues (7) de rouleaux dans la zone de soutien (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le déplacement de pivotement des axes longitudinaux (10) est limité dans une direction par une butée mécanique (16) qui définit une position de butée dans laquelle l'axe longitudinal (10) s'étend essentiellement à la perpendiculaire du plan de la roue (7) de rouleaux.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les rouleaux (9) sont tous montés à rotation autour de leur axe longitudinal (10) dans un support (17) de rouleau, le support (17) étant monté sur la roue (7) de rouleaux de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe de pivotement (14) et le dispositif présentant un dispositif de précontrainte (18, 19) qui tire le support (17) de rouleau et donc également son rouleau (9) en direction de la position de butée du déplacement de pivotement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif de précontrainte présente un câble de traction élastique (18) qui relie les uns aux autres les supports (17) des différents rouleaux (9) d'une roue (7) de rouleaux et tire tous ces supports (17) de rouleau ainsi que leur rouleau (9) en direction de la position de butée du déplacement de pivotement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif de précontrainte présente un jeu d'éléments élastiques (19), un élément élastique (19) propre étant associé à chaque rouleau (9) et exerçant une force entre le rouleau (9) et la roue (7) de rouleaux, cette force tirant le rouleau (9) en direction de la butée (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les rouleaux (9) peuvent tourner et les rouleaux (9) peuvent être mis en rotation par roulement sur un corps de roulement (20) au moins dans une partie de la piste en boucle fermée, de préférence au moins dans la zone de soutien (12), cette rotation correspondant à un déplacement de roulement des rouleaux (9) sur l'objet (2) situé le plus bas dans la pile.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le corps de roulement (20) est un câble (20) tendu autour d'un secteur de la piste en boucle fermée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, présentant une roue (7) de rouleaux avec un jeu de rouleaux (9).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, présentant deux roues (7) de rouleaux avec deux jeux de rouleaux (9) disposés symétriquement l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la ou les roues (7) de rouleaux et la roue de support (3) ont des axes de rotation parallèles.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la roue de support (3) et la ou les roues (7) de rouleaux sont entraînées en rotation à la même vitesse angulaire.
