Claims (8)

  1.     - a manual control device (26, 28) by means of which it is possible to unlock said blocking means (18, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31) to allow said central panel (12) to move in translation and thus said barrier to open,
    and in that said blocking means (18, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31) comprises:
    - a latch (18) connected to said central panel (12) or to said lateral upright (13) comprising the articulation element (16), the movement of which is designed to be blocked, said latch (18) being able to move between a retracted position and a position in which it projects respectively from a lateral edge of said central panel (12) or from said lateral upright, and
    - a recess (20) placed respectively on said lateral upright (13) or on said lateral edge (14) of the central panel (12), said recess (20) being designed to receive said latch (18) in order to block the movement in translation of said central panel (12) with respect to said lateral upright.
  2. Barrier according to Claim 1, characterized in that said manual control device (26, 28) comprises a cursor, a button or a handle.
  3. Barrier according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that, said manual control device (26, 28) being secured to said latch, said blocking means (18, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31) comprises a return means for returning said latch to a position in which it projects from the lateral edge such that the control device must be held manually in order to keep said latch in its retracted position during at least part of the movement of said central panel (12).
  4. Barrier according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said recess (20) is formed in a rigid plastic body (22) comprising, on one hand, first openings (23) through which the stem of the securing member can pass and, on the other hand, a second opening (24) through which the latch (18) can pass, said second opening communicating with said recess (20).
  5. Barrier according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that, said central panel (12) comprising two crosspieces at its upper and lower ends, it is connected to each of said lateral uprights (13) by at least two articulation elements (16) forming, with the lateral edge of the central panel (12) and said upright, a deformable parallelogram such that it is possible to make said barrier pass between a first position, referred to as the blocking position, in which said central panel (12) is in a lowered position, and a second position, referred to as the non-blocking position, in which said central panel (12) is in a raised position with respect to said lateral uprights (13), and in that each one of said articulation elements (16) comprises a first part received in a recess placed in said corresponding lateral upright, said recess opening at least in part onto the internal edge, relative to the barrier, of said upright, while a second part of said articulation element is received in another recess placed in the corresponding crosspiece, said parts being able to move in rotation in said recesses so as to allow the central panel (12) to move with respect to said lateral uprights (13).
  6. Barrier according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said articulation elements (16) are chosen from the group comprising a tab, a rod, a plate and a combination of these elements.
  7. Barrier according to Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that, said articulation elements (16) being tabs or plates, said first and second recesses are slots.
  8. Barrier according to Claims 4 and 7, characterized in that, said blocking means (18, 21, 28, 29, 30, 31) being borne by a body comprising two lateral flanges so as to have a U-shaped cross section to cover a crosspiece, the pivot axis of the tab or plate coincides with the principal axis of the stem of the securing member securing said body to said crosspiece.
