Abstract
Description
Folding table tennis tables are good known: they include two trays connected in a articulated to a support by levers so that each tray can take two positions, namely a vertical position especially for storage and a position horizontal.
There are several liaison organs of the plateau the support involving levers or arms geometries and joints are adapted to a particular kinematics of the unfolding / folding movement.
In order to reduce the clutter of a table in its state of storage, that is to say in the state folded, we looked for mechanisms that allow us to achieve a vertical position of the trays in which they are practically face to face or in any case as close as possible and in which they are as low as possible so that the center of gravity of the set is at the lowest to obtain stability maximum of the folded table.
De tels moyens sont par exemple illustrés par le document DE-A-299 01 458 U.To achieve this goal, it is necessary the edge of each tray next to the net, when the table is in its state of play, can change altitude which prohibits a fixed link in position of the trays with the support at the aforementioned edge. Also, is it known to implement locking means which have as their function, blocking between them two elements which constitute the unfoldable structure (including the support and each of the trays), to stiffen this structure. These means can be in number and / or distributed in such a way that the stiffening of the structure is performed when the table is in its state of play or in its storage state. Such means are for example illustrated by DE-A-299 01 458 U.
It is possible, when maneuvering a table, that folding or unfolding movements do not are not quite complete, so the structure may not have reached either of these states in which the stiffening lock can become operational. These obstacles to the completion of the movements can be ignored by the user who grows the structure locked when it is not. Therefore the table can either unfold spontaneously or under the effect of a charge in the vicinity of the net, initiate a folding movement. We understand that untimely opening a folding table could hurt a user nearby. We also understand that if the load on an open table is a child, the latter can slide between the two trays, at least one of which would have erased under his weight, to then tend to fall back horizontally and seriously injure the child by pinching it between the two trays.
There is therefore a need to equip a table folding table tennis safety means aimed at prevent such accidents from occurring.
For this purpose the invention therefore relates to a table folding for table tennis including a support, two trays moving relative to the support between a horizontal position and a vertical position, each tray being connected to the support by a configuration structure reversibly deformable between a state unfolded corresponding to the horizontal position of the board and a folded state corresponding to the vertical position of the latter, the structure comprising locking means erasable to block it in at least one of these two states.
According to one characteristic of the invention, the structure deformable comprises stop means engaging when the configuration of the deformable structure is close to, i.e. could not reach the one corresponding to its locked state and opposing the reversibility of this configuration. These stop means constitute a safety which forbids the folding or the spontaneous deployment of a table while its locking is not operational.
Preferably the stop means are arranged to engage when the configuration of the deformable structure is close to each of the two folded or unfolded states of the structure.
According to one embodiment of the invention, each table top is protruding from each of his side chants a finger engaged in a corresponding guide rail secured to the support and of a vertical branch and in which the said locking means comprise, on each lateral edge of the plate, a pin with an axis perpendicular to this song and elastically recalled along its axis in the direction support that presents next to each song lateral housing forming a latch reception corresponding when the structure is in at least one of its two aforementioned states. The stop means comprise then the bolt and a secondary housing, limited from side of the strike by a sliding wall of the bolt and on the opposite side to the keeper by a stop shoulder of bolt. Thus achieved, the abutment means do not oppose not in pursuit of a move towards the state plate lock but oppose, when the folding or unfolding the table is not completely completed, with the reverse movement of folding or unfolding the table.
To ensure this security both to the unfolding that the folding of the table, the support presents another receiving louvre receiving slot corresponding when the structure is in its other state and the abutment means comprise another secondary housing limited on the side of the other strike by a wall of sliding of the bolt and the opposite side to this other latch by a stop shoulder of the bolt.
In this realization, more precisely still, each finger has the shape of a socket, each pin being internal finger and each striker and secondary housing associated with this bolt lying at the bottom of the slide associated with that finger. We can thus implement means for actuating these locking means and stop, against their elastic return, which comprise a link connected to each bolt extending along the underside of the tray and a pulling means of this link that extends to the vicinity of the transverse song outside the board.
The link connected to each bolt is a rod in one single piece with the bolt, provided at its opposite end to the rack of a rack while the pulling means has a rod slidably mounted under the plate, provided at its proximal end with the outer transverse edge the tray, a handle and at its other end of a rack which cooperates with a toothed wheel taken with the rack of the rod of each bolt. The gear wheel is rotatably mounted in a guide housing aforesaid racks with a thickness being at least equal to the sum of the width of each rack. Finally, the case has means for its fastening to the frame of the plate, particularly on the transom of this frame forming the song of the plateau near the net.

pu atteindre l'encoche 18.

Figure 2 illustrates for each of the
The securities represented in FIGS. 1 and 2
are entirely schematic to illustrate the
general function of the means of the invention which is to forbid
the reversibility of the configuration of the structure
deformable formed by each tray, the support and
the levers of a folding table tennis table when
this configuration is close to a folded state or
unfolded from the board. This is not outside the scope of the invention
than to provide such ratchets or organs
analogues for example at the joints of the
In Figure 4 is partially shown the
inner face of the
As shown in Figure 6, each of these
du boítier 64 par son couvercle 69.In FIG. 6, it can be seen that the
On
The advantage of this hood lies in the barrier
that it constitutes at the access of the
