Abstract
L'invention concerne une carte de porte-échantillon intégrant un porte-échantillon (11) pour un procédé de mesure analytique, le porte-échantillon (11) destiné à loger directement un échantillon à mesurer présentant une structure au moins bicouche et comprenant au moins une couche d'extraction (13) et au moins une couche de filtration (15). Le porte-échantillon (1) est inséré dans une carte avant de porte-échantillon (3) et une carte arrière de porte-échantillon (5), respectivement en matière plastique, formant conjointement la carte de porte-échantillon (1). Le porte-échantillon (11) comprend plusieurs zones de chargement d'échantillon (9), les zones de chargement d'échantillon (9) individuelles étant séparées les unes des autres par une étanchéisation (17). La carte avant de porte-échantillon (3) et la carte arrière de porte-échantillon (5) comprennent respectivement au moins un évidement (7, 7'), le ou les évidements (7, 7') étant disposés respectivement au-dessus des zones de chargement d'échantillon (9) et dégageant celles-ci vers l'extérieur. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'analyse directe d'échantillons par extraction de l'échantillon d'au moins un porte-échantillon inséré dans la carte de porte-échantillon (1) précédemment mentionnée.
