Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zum Fußmuskeltraining, mit mindestens einer Standplatte zur Aufnahme eines zu trainierenden Fußes.
- Ein Trainingsgerät der vorgenannten Art ist aus dem Dokument
DE 201 03 657 U1 bekannt. Dieses bekannte Trainingsgerät dient insbesondere zum Trainieren der Füße und/oder der fußnahen Gliedmaßen. Es weist eine Standplatte mit wenigstens einem daran angeordneten Aufnahmebereich für einen zu trainierenden Fuß auf. Am hinteren Endbereich des Fußaufnahmebereiches ist oberseitig an der Standplatte eine Fersenauflagestelle vorgesehen. Am vorderen Endbereich des Fußaufnahmebereichs ist ein gegen die Standplatte abgestütztes Widerlager für den vorderen Fußbereich vorgesehen, das in Gebrauchsstellung oberseitig an dem vorderen Fußbereich zur Anlage kommt. Das Widerlager ist als elastisches dehnbares Zugelement ausgebildet, das quer zur Erstreckungsrichtung des Fußaufnahmebereiches angeordnet und beidseits des Fußaufnahmebereiches an jeweils wenigstens einer Befestigungsstelle mit der Standplatte verbunden ist. Beim Training werden die Zehen und/oder der Vorfuß wechselweise gegen die Rückstellkraft des elastischen Zugelementes aus der Ruhelage angehoben und dann wieder in diese abgesenkt. Das bekannte Trainingsgerät erlaubt so eine dynamische Trainierung der Muskulatur, wodurch diese gekräftigt wird. Es besteht ein Bedarf an einem Trainingsgerät, mit dem sich Senk-, Spreiz- und Knickfußbeschwerden mildern lassen. Dafür ist das bekannte Trainingsgerät offenbar weder vorgesehen noch geeignet. - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Gerät der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, dass es bei einfachem Aufbau erlaubt, Senk, Spreiz- und Knickfußbeschwerden zu mildern.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Gerät der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Standplatte in einen auf den Boden aufsetzbaren festen Teil und in einen gegenüber dem festen Teil beweglichen Teil unterteilt ist, der mit einer elastischen Rückstellkraft in Richtung vom Boden weg beaufschlagbar oder beaufschlagt und durch Fußdruck in Richtung zum Boden hin um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar ist. Wenn ein zu trainierender Fuß auf der Standplatte so angeordnet wird, dass ein den Großzehenballen umfassender Teil der Fußsohle auf dem beweglichen Teil und der übrige Teil der Fußsohle auf dem festen Teil angeordnet ist, lässt sich mit dem Großzehenballen der bewegliche Teil nach Art einer Federwippe gegen die Rückstellkraft zum Boden hin verschwenken. Dadurch werden die Fußmuskeln so trainiert, dass sich Senk-, Spreiz- und Knickfußbeschwerden mildern lassen. Außerdem wird dadurch gleichzeitig die Abrollbewegung des Fußes (die Fußdynamik) erlernt oder wieder erlernt und zumindest verbessert und gefördert.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gerätes nach der Erfindung bilden die Gegenstände der abhängigen Ansprüche.
- In einer Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung ist der bewegliche Teil der Standplatte an dem festen Teil der Standplatte angelenkt. Diese Ausbildung ist besonders zweckmäßig, da sie ein Fußgestell oder einen Unterbau unter der Standplatte zur Lagerung des beweglichen Teils überflüssig macht.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung ist auf der Standplatte ein seitliches Widerlager für den Fuß derart angeordnet, dass das Widerlager mit der Schwenkachse des beweglichen Teils einen Winkel bildet, der in einem Bereich von im Wesentlichen -15° bis im Wesentlichen +90° liegt. Das seitliche Widerlager verbessert den Trainingseffekt, weil es dem Fuß bei dem Niederdrücken des beweglichen Teils mit dem Großzehenballen seitlichen Halt gibt.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung ist das seitliche Widerlager in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse so eingestellt oder einstellbar, dass ein zu trainierender Fuß mit der Ferse auf den festen Teil der Standplatte und wenigstens mit dem Großzehenballen auf den beweglichen Teil der Standplatte aufsetzbar ist, und umgekehrt. Durch entsprechendes Einstellen des seitlichen Widerlagers lässt sich die Lage der Fußsohle in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse optimal einstellen.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung ist das seitliche Widerlager mit einem im Wesentlichen rechtwinkeligen Anschlag für den Fuß versehen. Wenn der zu trainierende Fuß während des Trainings an dem rechtwinkeligen Anschlag anliegt, bietet dieser dem Fuß Rückhalt. Das seitliche Widerlager und der dazu rechtwinkelige Anschlag ermöglichen so ein optimales Ergebnis bei dem Training der Fußmuskulatur durch Niederbewegen des beweglichen Teils mit dem Großzehenballen.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung ist das seitliche Widerlager so eingestellt oder einstellbar, dass ein zu trainierender Fuß so auf der Standplatte ausrichtbar ist, dass sich der Verlauf der Schwenkachse im Wesentlichen von der Innenseite der Ferse aus unter dem Fuß bis in einen Bereich unter dem zweiten bis vierten Zeh erstreckt. Auf diese Weise lässt sich das Trainingsergebnis weiter optimieren.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung liegt der bewegliche Teil der Standplatte in nicht durch einen Fuß belastetem Zustand an einem ersten Schwenkanschlag an und bildet mit dem festen Teil der Standplatte einen Winkel, der in einem Bereich von 10° bis 45° liegt. Es lassen sich der Trainingsverlauf und das Trainingsergebnis weiter optimieren, indem eine entsprechende Startposition für den beweglichen Teil gewählt wird.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung ist der bewegliche Teil der Standplatte in durch einen Fuß belastetem Zustand an einem zweiten Schwenkanschlag in Anlage bringbar, um unterhalb der Horizontalen mit dem festen Teil der Standplatte einen Winkel zu bilden, der in einem Bereich von 10° bis 25° liegt. Auf diese Weise lässt sich für einen optimalen Trainingsverlauf und ein optimales Trainingsergebnis die Endposition für die Schwenkbewegung des beweglichen Teils festlegen.
- In weiteren Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ist der erste und/oder der zweite Schwenkanschlag einstellbar. Auf diese Weise lassen sich der Trainingsverlauf und das Trainingsergebnis noch enger an die Gegebenheiten eines zu trainierenden Fußes anpassen.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung ist zur Erzeugung der elastischen Rückstellkraft wenigstens eine Feder zwischen dem beweglichen und dem festen Teil der Standplatte angeordnet, deren Federkraft wählbar oder einstellbar ist. Das ergibt eine weitere Möglichkeit zum Optimieren von Trainingsverlauf und Trainingsergebnis.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung hat dieses eine elektrische Anzeige für den Schwenkzustand des beweglichen Teils der Standplatte und/oder für die mit dem Fuß auf den beweglichen Teil der Standplatte ausgeübte Kraft. Auf diese Weise lässt sich der Trainingsverlauf auf einfache Weise optisch überwachen.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des Gerätes nach der Erfindung sind eine rechte Standplatte und eine spiegelbildlich ausgebildete linke Standplatte spiegelbildlich nebeneinander angeordnet und durch ein Verbindungsteil fest oder einstellbar miteinander verbunden. Ein so ausgestaltetes Gerät erlaubt, beide Füße gleichzeitig oder abwechselnd zu trainieren, ohne dass eine trainierende Person ihre Stellung während des Fußmuskeltrainings zu verändern braucht.
- Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden im Folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigt

- In
Fig. 1 ist ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Trainingsgerätes nach der Erfindung in einer perspektivischen Ansicht schräg von oben gezeigt und insgesamt mit 10 bezeichnet. Das Trainingsgerät 10 ist in denFig. 1 - 4 in unbelastetem Zustand gezeigt. Das Gerät 10 besitzt zwei Standplatten 12 und 14, die durch einen Verbindungsteil 16 integral zu einem Fußgestell miteinander verbunden sind. Bei dem Verbindungsteil 16 könnte es sich auch um eine Profilschiene 16' handeln, die sich über die Länge eines insgesamt mit 10' bezeichneten und inFig. 9 gezeigten Gerätes erstreckt und mit der zwei Standplatten 12' und 14' lösbar und einstellbar verbunden sind. Das Gerät 10' nachFig. 9 hat gegenüber dem Gerät 10 nach denFig. 1-8 den Vorteil, dass der gegenseitige Abstand der linken und der rechten Standplatte 12' bzw. 14' einstellbar ist. Zur Erzielung eines optimalen Trainingserfolges ist das aber nicht notwendig. Die folgenden Ausführungen betreffen daher hauptsächlich das bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiel des Gerätes 10 nach denFig. 1-8 . - Die linke Standplatte 12 und die rechte Standplatte 14, die durch das Verbindungsteil 16 starr miteinander verbunden sind, bilden in einer Draufsicht, wie sie in
Fig. 3 gezeigt ist, ein im Wesentlichen U-förmiges Teil. Jede Standplatte 12, 14 ist in einen auf den Boden aufsetzbaren festen Teil 12a bzw. 14a und in einen gegenüber dem festen Teil beweglichen Teil 12b bzw. 14b unterteilt, der mit einer elastischen Rückstellkraft in Richtung vom Boden weg beaufschlagt und durch Fußdruck in Richtung zum Boden hin um eine Schwenkachse 12c bzw. 14c verschwenkbar ist. - Auf jedem festen Teil 12a, 14a der Standplatten 12 bzw. 14 ist ein seitliches Widerlager 18 bzw. 20 für den Fuß derart angeordnet, dass das Widerlager 18 bzw. 20 mit der Schwenkachse 12c bzw. 14c des beweglichen Teils 12b bzw. 14b einen Winkel α bildet, der in einem Bereich von im Wesentlichen -15° bis im Wesentlichen +90° liegt. Jedes seitliche Widerlager 18, 20 ist in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse 12c bzw. 14c so einstellbar, dass ein zu trainierender linker bzw. rechter Fuß mit der Ferse auf den festen Teil 12a der linken Standplatte 12 bzw. auf den festen Teil 14a der rechten Standplatte 14 und wenigstens mit dem Großzehenballen auf den beweglichen Teil 12b, 14b der Standplatte 12 bzw. 14 aufsetzbar ist, und umgekehrt. Eine solche Fußstellung wird durch die beiden in
Fig. 7 gestrichelt angedeuteten Fußabdrücke veranschaulicht. In dem angedeuteten umgekehrten Fall würden die beweglichen Teile 12b, 14b jeweils durch die Ferse statt durch den Großzehenballen niedergedrückt werden, was das Erzielen eines optimalen Trainingsergebnisses aber erschweren würde, wenn es darum geht, Senk-, Spreiz- und Knickfußbeschwerden zu mildern, hingegen das Trainingsergebnis verbessern würde, wenn es um das Mildern von anderen Fußbeschwerden gehen sollte. Die Einstellung der seitlichen Widerlager 18, 20 in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse 12c bzw. 14c erfolgt mit Hilfe eines Exzenters 22 bzw. 24. Bei dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel nachFig. 9 hat jedes seitliche Widerlager 18', 20' in einem abstehenden Schenkel 18a', 18b' ein Langloch, durch das sich eine Befestigungsschraube erstreckt, wie es bei 19' bzw. 21' gezeigt ist. - Die seitlichen Widerlager 18, 20 sind jeweils mit einem im Wesentlichen rechtwinkeligen Anschlag 26 bzw. 28 als Rückhalt für die Ferse des linken bzw. rechten Fußes versehen.
- Weiter sind die seitlichen Widerlager 18, 20 so einstellbar, dass ein zu trainierender Fuß so auf der Standplatte 12 bzw. 14 ausrichtbar ist, dass sich der Verlauf der Schwenkachse 12c bzw. 14c (oder ein zwischen dem festen Teil 12a und dem beweglichen Teil 12b bzw. zwischen dem festen Teil 14a und dem beweglichen Teil 14b vorhandener Spalt 12d bzw. 14d, in
Fig. 3 angedeutet) im Wesentlichen von der Innenseite der Ferse aus unter dem Fuß bis in einen Bereich unter dem zweiten bis vierten Zeh erstreckt, wie es die beiden Fußabdrücke inFig. 7 ebenfalls veranschaulichen. - Auf jedem der beiden Widerlager 18, 20 ist ein Block 60 bzw. 62 verschiebbar angeordnet. Zur Verschiebung jedes Blockes in Bezug auf sein Widerlager dient eine Stellschraube 64 bzw. 66. In jedem Block 60, 62 ist ein Schalter (nicht sichtbar) angeordnet, der durch eine Betätigungsplatte 68 bzw. 70 betätigbar ist. Die Betätigung der Betätigungsplatten 68, 70 erfolgt jeweils mit dem Fußknöchel. Den Schaltern sind Lampen 72 bzw. 74 zugeordnet. Diese Lampen zeigen an, ob der betreffende Fuß die richtige Grundstellung zu dem Trainingsgerät 10 hat. Dabei dienen die vorgenannten Schalter als Kontrollschalter für die richtige Fußposition. Das Aufleuchten der Lampen 72 und 74 zeigt an, dass mit einem effektiven Training begonnen werden kann. Durch das Verändern der Lage der Blöcke 60, 62 mittels der Stellschrauben 64 bzw. 66 ist es möglich, unterschiedlichen Personen ein individuell angepasstes Fußmuskel- und Fußdynamiktraining zu erleichtern.
- Die beweglichen Teile 12b, 14b der Standplatten 12 bzw. 14 liegen in nicht durch einen Fuß belastetem Zustand jeweils an einem ersten Schwenkanschlag 30 bzw. 32 an und bilden oberhalb der Horizontalen mit dem festen Teil 12a bzw. 14a der Standplatten 12 bzw. 14 einen Winkel β, der in einem Bereich von 10° bis 45° liegt, wie es in
Fig. 4 gezeigt ist. Zur Erzeugung der elastischen Rückstellkraft, die den beweglichen Teil 12b, 14b an dem Anschlag 30 bzw. 32 hält, ist eine Feder 34 bzw. 36 zwischen dem beweglichen Teil 12b bzw. 14b und dem festen Teil 12a bzw. 14a der Standplatte 12 bzw. 14 angeordnet, deren Federkraft wählbar oder einstellbar ist. In dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Federn 34, 36 zwischen einem an dem beweglichen Teil 12b bzw. 14b der Standplatte 11 bzw. 14 nach unten vorstehenden Schenkel 38 bzw. 42 einerseits und einem jeweils an dem Verbindungsteil 16 angebrachten Haltebolzen 42 bzw. 44 angeordnet. - Bei dem Gerät 10' nach
Fig. 9 wird die elastische Rückstellkraft der beweglichen Teile 12b' und 14b' nicht durch Zugfedern wie bei dem Gerät 10, sondern jeweils durch eine Drehfeder erzeugt (inFig. 9 nicht sichtbar). - Der bewegliche Teil 12b, 14b der Standplatte 12 bzw. 14 ist in durch einen Fuß belastetem Zustand an einem zweiten Schwenkanschlag 46 bzw. 48 in Anlage bringbar, um unterhalb der Horizontalen mit dem festen Teil 12a bzw. 14a der Standplatte 12 bzw. 14 jeweils einen Winkel γ zu bilden, der in einem Bereich von 10° bis 250 liegt, wie es in
Fig. 8 angedeutet ist. Der erste und der zweite Schwenkanschlag 30, 32 bzw. 46, 48 können jeweils einstellbar sein, was in den Zeichnungen aber nicht näher dargestellt ist. - Bei dem Gerät 10 sind die linke Standplatte 12 und die spiegelbildlich ausgebildete rechte Standplatte 14 spiegelbildlich nebeneinander angeordnet und durch das Verbindungsteil 16 fest miteinander verbunden, wie es in den
Fig. 1 - 8 gezeigt ist, oder einstellbar miteinander verbunden, wie es inFig. 9 gezeigt ist. - Das Gerät 10 hat eine elektrische Anzeige 50a bzw. 50b für den Schwenkzustand des beweglichen Teils 14a bzw. 14b der Standplatte 12 bzw. 14 und eine elektrische Anzeige 52a bzw. 52b für die mit dem Fuß auf den beweglichen Teil 12b bzw. 14b der Standplatte 12 bzw. 14 ausgeübte Kraft, wie es in
Fig. 7 gezeigt ist. Bei dem einfacheren Ausführungsbeispiel, das inFig. 9 gezeigt ist, sind diese elektrischen Anzeigen nicht vorhanden. - Im Folgenden wird die Arbeitsweise des Gerätes 10 am Beispiel der linken Standplatte 12 und anhand der Darstellung in
Fig. 3 beschrieben. Die Benutzung der rechten Standplatte 14 erfolgt analog und braucht nicht im Einzelnen zusätzlich beschrieben zu werden. - Eine Person, die ihre Fußmuskeln trainieren möchte, stellt sich mit dem linken Fuß auf die linke Standplatte 12, ohne den beweglichen Teil 12b der Standplatte 12 nach unten zu drücken. Der bewegliche Teil 12b der Standplatte 12 bleibt also zunächst in der in
Fig. 4 gezeigten Position. Der Fuß wird seitlich eng gegen das seitliche Widerlager 18 und ganz zurück zum Rückhalt an dem Anschlag 26 geschoben. Die Fußaußenseite sollte in vollflächiger Berührung mit dem seitlichen Anschlag 18 sein. Jetzt wird kontrolliert, ob der Spalt 12d oder die Schwenkachse 12c zwischen dem feststehenden Teil 12a und dem beweglichen Teil 12b unterhalb des Zwischenraums zwischen dem dritten und dem vierten Zeh liegt und ob der Fuß an der Ferse vollflächig auf der Standplatte 12 liegt. Die trainierende Person versucht nun, mit dem Großzehenballen den beweglichen Teil 12b langsam und so weit wie möglich hinunterzudrücken, ohne den Fuß dabei von dem seitlichen Anschlag 18 zu lösen. Danach hebt sie den Großzehenballen wieder langsam an, bis der bewegliche Teil 12b in die Startposition nachFig. 4 zurückgekehrt ist. Wenn jetzt der Fuß noch immer vollflächig mit seiner Außenseite an dem seitlichen Anschlag 18 anliegt, wird mit dem Großzehenballen der bewegliche Teil 12b wieder langsam nach unten gedrückt. Diese Übung wird mehrfach wiederholt. - Analog wird der rechte Fuß auf der rechten Standplatte 14 trainiert, und zwar gleichzeitig oder abwechselnd mit dem linken Fuß.

Claims (13)
- Gerät (10, 10') zum Fußmuskeltraining, mit mindestens einer Standplatte (12, 14) zur Aufnahme eines zu trainierenden Fußes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Standplatte (12, 14) in einen auf den Boden aufsetzbaren festen Teil (12a, 14a) und in einen gegenüber dem festen Teil (12a, 14a) beweglichen Teil (12b, 14b) unterteilt ist, der mit einer elastischen Rückstellkraft in Richtung vom Boden weg beaufschlagbar oder beaufschlagt und durch Fußdruck in Richtung zum Boden hin um eine Schwenkachse (12c, 14c) verschwenkbar ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Teil (12b, 14b) der Standplatte (12, 14) an dem festen Teil (12a, 14a) der Standplatte (12, 14) angelenkt ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Standplatte (12, 14) ein seitliches Widerlager (18, 20, 18', 20') für den Fuß derart angeordnet ist, dass das Widerlager (18, 18', 20, 20') mit der Schwenkachse (12c, 14c, 12c', 14c') des beweglichen Teils (12b, 12b', 14b, 14b') einen Winkel (α) bildet, der in einem Bereich von im Wesentlichen -15° bis im Wesentlichen +90° liegt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das seitliche Widerlager (18, 20, 18', 20') in Bezug auf die Schwenkachse (12c, 14c, 12c', 14c') so eingestellt oder einstellbar ist, dass ein zu trainierender Fuß mit der Ferse auf den festen Teil (12a, 14a) der Standplatte (12, 14) und wenigstens mit dem Großzehenballen auf den beweglichen Teil (12b, 14b) der Standplatte (12, 14) aufsetzbar ist, und umgekehrt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das seitliche Widerlager (18, 20, 18', 20') mit einem im Wesentlichen rechtwinkeligen Anschlag (26, 28, 26', 28') für den Fuß versehen ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das seitliche Widerlager (18, 20, 18', 20') so eingestellt oder einstellbar ist, dass ein zu trainierender Fuß so auf der Standplatte (12, 14, 12', 14') ausrichtbar ist, dass sich der Verlauf der Schwenkachse (12c, 14c, 12c', 14c') im Wesentlichen von der Innenseite der Ferse aus unter dem Fuß bis in einen Bereich unter dem zweiten bis vierten Zeh erstreckt.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Teil (12b, 14b) der Standplatte (12, 14) in nicht durch einen Fuß belastetem Zustand an einem ersten Schwenkanschlag (30, 32) anliegt und oberhalb der Horizontalen mit dem festen Teil (12a, 14a) der Standplatte (12, 14) einen Winkel (β) bildet, der in einem Bereich von 10° bis 45° liegt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Teil (12b, 14b) der Standplatte (12, 14) in durch einen Fuß belastetem Zustand an einem zweiten Schwenkanschlag (46, 48) in Anlage bringbar ist, um unterhalb der Horizontalen mit dem festen Teil (12a, 14a) der Standplatte (12, 14) einen Winkel (γ) zu bilden, der in einem Bereich von 10° bis 25° liegt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schwenkanschlag (30, 32) einstellbar ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schwenkanschlag (46, 48) einstellbar ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung der elastischen Rückstellkraft wenigstens eine Feder (34, 36) zwischen dem beweglichen Teil (12b, 14b) und dem festen Teil (12a, 14a) der Standplatte (12, 14) angeordnet ist, deren Federkraft wählbar oder einstellbar ist.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine elektrische Anzeige (50a, 50b; 52a, 52b) für den Schwenkzustand des beweglichen Teils (12b, 14b) der Standplatte (12, 14) und/oder für die mit dem Fuß auf den beweglichen Teil (12b, 14b) der Standplatte (12, 14) ausgeübte Kraft.
- Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine rechte Standplatte (12) und eine spiegelbildlich ausgebildete linke Standplatte (14) spiegelbildlich nebeneinander angeordnet und durch ein Verbindungsteil (16, 16') fest oder einstellbar miteinander verbunden sind.
