Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for shielding direct sunlight into a vehicle, in particular with an arrangement and design of the device in the front region of the vehicle headliner with a universal adjustability.
- sun visors are known in the prior art from DE 197 39 172 A1.
- the known device for installation in a motor vehicle headliner has two flat elements which are pivotable about one and the same axis and are installed in a receiving device so in the car sky, that the plane of the flat elements approximately in the plane of the vehicle Heaven lies.
- the flat elements can be folded out of the housing plane.
- an extendable sun visor is known, whose
- Abblend Design can be changed from a telescopic arrangement of surface elements as needed as a result of a light incident measurement with a light sensor.
- a similar sun visor is the DE 41 18 393 G2 to
- Incident angle of sunlight is limited and thus occupies a relatively large space in the front of the cab of a vehicle.
- Solar radiation in a vehicle with a sun visor which is movably mounted on a holder with at least one guide element, wherein the guide element is arranged in the roof area of the motor vehicle, characterized in that at least one guide element between the car sky and the roof is arranged and for at least a sliding sun visor element provides guidance.
- Solar radiation into the interior of a vehicle is characterized in that at least one sun visor element is slidably integrated in the vehicle headliner. It is felt to be particularly advantageous to be able to adjust the sun visor element universally to the angle of incidence of the sunlight.
- the angle ⁇ between the longitudenalen axis of the actuator and the sun visor level is adjusted automatically depending on the sun, for which purpose at least one sensor is used, the
- the advantage here is that the retraction and extension of the sun visor element by means of a tension or compression spring and the counteracting pushing or pulling force is effected by means of a push or push element.
- At least one guide rail is arranged laterally and / or centrally of the at least one sun visor element.
- the at least one guide rail is arranged on a mounting plate.
- Sun visor element is substantially rectangular, trapezoidal or oval shaped and the at least one guide rail is arranged parallel to a transverse side of the sun visor element.
- Drive element or actuator is arranged, which extends the at least one sliding sun visor element and extends.
- the at least one drive element is electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically or a combination of all
- the sun visor element is operated by hand, to which a decoupling unit is used.
- the sun visor element is integrated in the vehicle sky so that the plane of the sun visor element is aligned with the plane of the car sky.
- the sun visor is not as usual for unfolding, but for the
- the roof construction can be made simpler and the holes for the fold-out sun visor and the fittings would be omitted.
- Vehicle hood with the panel can be mounted completely without screws, which saves time and material in production.
- This adjustable device integrated in the car sky can be used manually or electrically in all automobiles or commercial vehicles.
- the invention relates to an adjustable, integrated, manually or electrically actuated sun visor in a vehicle, wherein the mounting and receiving the sun visor is done on the vehicle roof. So this new construction can be mounted completely with the sky on the vehicle.
- the electrical operation is done via a switch on the steering wheel or a switch next to the power windows or on the dashboard of the vehicle or on the car sky next to the vehicle interior light
- the sun visor In the case of electrical or manual construction, the sun visor is pulled or driven forward out of the sky in the direction of the windshield.

- Fig. 1 shows a schematic plan view of the device 1 with a sun visor element 2, which is rotatably fixed or detachably connected to a longitudinal side with a linkage 5.
- the sun visor element 2 may be constructed like a lamella, wherein a hinge in the form of a film hinge is arranged between the individual lambs 11, 11 'in order to make the sun visor element 2 flexible, at least in the longitudinal direction.
- On the side are two
- Guide elements 3 may be rail-shaped and / or telescopic. In this case, slide the telescopic hinges 16 along the guide elements 3, so as to ensure a secure parallel guidance of the sun visor element 2.
- the two telescopic hinges 16 are with a
- Connecting element 17 is connected, which is articulated approximately in the middle of a pull-push element 8.
- the pull-push element 8 is characterized by the
- Driven drive element 7 which is operated electrically, hydraulically or pneumatically.
- Fig. 2 shows a schematic side view of the device 1, in which the sun visor element 2 is hinged by means of a hinge 9 to the pulling and pushing element 8.
- the drive element 7 is arranged in a very flat design on the mounting plate 4, not shown here between the vehicle sky 12 and the roof 13.
- the hinge 9 serves the angle ⁇ of the Adjust Suneblendelements 2 to the longitudinal axis of the pulling and pushing element 7 depending on the sun's rays.
- Fig. 3 shows a plan view of the mounting plate 4 with another
- Embodiment of the device 1 In this embodiment, the sun visor element 2 'is wider, so that the two
- Telescopic hinges 16 is connected to the lower edge of the sun visor element 2 'by means of a movable fastening element 9.
- the guide elements 3 can be formed rail-shaped or tubular.
- Fig. 4 shows a schematic plan view of the mounting plate 4, which is disposed between the vehicle sky 12 and the vehicle roof 13.
- the two sun visor elements 2, 2 ' serve to shield the solar radiation both for the driver and for the passenger.
- the sun visor 2 is partially extended here by means of a drive rod 14, which is driven by a gear 15.
- the rack 14 is on one longitudinal side of the
- Sun visor element 2 fixed or articulated. At a predetermined distance a is a second, intended for the passenger sun visor 2 'is arranged, which is fully retracted.
- the mechanical structure is identical to that on the driver's side.
- Fig. 5 shows a schematic side view of another
- Embodiment in which the sun visor 2 "is integrated in the vehicle sky, wherein a recess 22 is incorporated in the vehicle sky 12, which has approximately the size of the sun visor 2", which on one longitudinal side with a
- Hinge 9 is pivotally mounted, so when folded up
- Sun visor element 2 "is aligned.
- Fig. 6 shows a schematic exploded view of another
- the sun visor element 2 is mechanically on a longitudinal guide rail 3 ", which may be made of plastic or other suitable material, tiltably hingedly connected so that it can be tilted and brought by hand into the appropriate position
- the material of the sun visor element 2 ' is also a suitable material, such as Plexiglas, safety glass or a type of glass whose degree of darkening depends on the intensity of the sun visor element 2 '
- Sun radiation automatically adjusts or can be set electrically by hand.
- This unit of sun visor element 2 'and the guide rail 3" is located in a flat housing 9, which is preferably made of plastic injection molding and one side has a slot 20, in the installed state of the
- Projection 18 protrudes as a further guide element.
- the guide rail 3 "is guided on the one hand on the sides of the walls of the housing 19 and on the other hand by the projection 18 in the slot 20, so that the sides of the
- the sun visor element 2 protrudes completely out of the flat housing 19, while the guide rail 3 "remains completely in the housing.
- the sun visor with the guide rail 3 "with guide pin 18 fit exactly in the flat opening 21 of the plastic housing 19 (two injection molded parts), wherein the flat opening 21 is opened under slight pressure, so that
- Projection 18 can engage in the slot 20.
- the slot 20 may have locking elements on the sides, in which the projection 18 easily engages.
- the two plastic parts are indeed releasably, but securely connected to each other.
- the slit 20 is designed so that the panel can be pushed out exactly and the guide rail 3 "remains in the plastic box., Via the pin 18 can be performed if necessary via a drive or the like adjusting the sun visor element 2 ' Sun visor device a light
