Claims (15)
- Un procédé de préparation des cendres (A) résultant de l'incinération des déchets ;dans lequel la cendre (A) est classée dans une installation de traitement (11) séparée de l'installation d'incinération proprement dite en une majorité de fractions (I, II, III) de distributions granulométriques différentes;dans lequel dans l'installation de traitement (11), le classement de la cendre (A) a lieu exclusivement par un classement humide; etdans lequel le classement humide est effectué de telle manière que la cendre (A) soit classée intégralement en au moins une fraction fine (I) polluée et au moins une fraction grossière peu polluante ou non polluante (II, III),dans lequel lors du classement humide exclusivement des procédés de classement doux aux grains sont utilisés, caractérisé en ce que le classement humide comprend un classement par la technique d'alimentation, un classeur d'alimentation (15) étant précédé d'un hydrocyclone (13) et dans lequel après avoir subi au moins une partie du classement humide une séparation des métaux a lieu.
- Le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le classement humide est effectué de telle sorte que dans la fraction fine (I) la limite inférieure de la taille du grain soit de 0 µm et la limite supérieure de la taille des grains soit approximativement comprise entre 50 et 500 µm, en particulier soit approximativement comprise entre 200 et 300 µm et soit de préférence d'environ 250 µm.
- Le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que lors du classement humide, les étapes suivantes sont effectuées successivement dans le temps :- la cendre (A) est mélangée avec un liquide (W),- au moins une première fraction grossière (III) est séparée du produit qui en résulte à l'aide d'un dispositif de tamisage (17);- au moins une deuxième fraction grossière (II) est séparée du produit défait de la première fraction grossière (III) à l'aide de la technique d'alimentation avec un classeur d'alimentation (15) et le hydrocyclone en amont (13);- un liquide (W) est retiré de la fraction fine (I) qui en résulte et dans au moins une des fractions grossières (II, III) une séparation des métaux a lieu après avoir subi au moins une partie du classement humide.
- Le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cendre (A) est soumise avant de l'introduire dans l'installation de traitement (11) à un prétraitement mécanique de la cendre (A) dans lequel des pièces métalliques et des substances perturbantes non brûlées sont enlevées.
- Le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cendre (A) provenant de l'installation d'incinération est prétraitée de telle manière que la cendre (A) soit introduite dans l'installation de traitement (11) avec une distribution granulométrique dont la limite maximale n'excède pas environ 100 mm.
- Le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de traitement (11) présente un circuit de liquide essentiellement fermé.
- Le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un liquide (W) utilisé pour le classement humide présente une température comprise entre 20 et 40°C.
- Le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un paramètre, notamment la conductivité électrique, d'un liquide utilisé pour le classement humide est maintenu au-dessous ou au-dessus d'une valeur limite spécifiée.
- Le procédé de la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le liquide est sorti d'un cycle de liquide dès que la valeur limite est atteinte, en particulier dépassée vers le haut ou dépassée vers le bas.
- Un dispositif de préparation des cendres (A) résultant de l'incinération des déchets ;dans lequel des cendres (A) peuvent être classées dans une majorité de fractions (I, II, III) de distributions granulométriques différentes, en particulier pour la mise en œuvre d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,dans lequel une installation de traitement (11) construite exclusivement pour un classement humide de la cendre (A) est fournie,dans lequel l'installation de traitement (11) est conçue de manière à ce que la cendre (A) peut être classée intégralement en au moins une fraction fine polluée et au moins une fraction grossière peu polluante ou non polluante (II, III),dans lequel l'installation de traitement (11) ne comprend que des dispositifs de classement doux aux grains; etdans lequel l'installation de traitement (11) comprend un dispositif de tamisage (17) en tant que première étape de classement (17) dans laquelle au moins une fraction grossière (III) est séparée de la cendre (A) mélangée avec un liquide (W),caractérisé en ceque l'installation de traitement (11) comprend un classeur d'alimentation (15) avec un hydrocyclone (13) en amont en tant que deuxième étape (13, 15), dans laquelle au moins une fraction fine (I) est séparée de la cendre (A) défait d'au moins d'une première fraction grossière (III),que l'installation de traitement (11) comprend un dispositif (37, 39) destiné à séparer des métaux après avoir subi au moins une partie du classement humide; etque l'installation de traitement (11) comprend une étape de déshumidification (23, 25, 19) dans laquelle un liquide (W) est retiré de la fraction fine (I).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de traitement (11) est conçue de telle sorte que dans la fraction fine (I) la limite inférieure de la taille du grain soit de 0 µm et la limite supérieure de la taille des grains soit approximativement comprise entre 50 et 500 µm, en particulier soit approximativement comprise entre 200 et 300 µm et soit de préférence d'environ 250 µm.
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que l'installation de traitement (11) présente au moins un cycle de liquide essentiellement fermé et/ou que l'installation de traitement (11) comprend une étape de mélange (21) dans laquelle la cendre (A) est mélangée avec un liquide (W).
- Le dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de déshumidification comprend un filtre-presse chambré (19).
- Le dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un épaississeur rond (23) et une pompe excentrique (25) sont installés en amont du filtre-presse chambré (19).
- Le dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une étape de mélange (21), la première et la deuxième étape de classement (17, 13, 15) et l'étape de déshumidification (23, 25, 19) de l'installation de traitement (11) sont disposées l'une après l'autre dans la direction de traitement ;dans lequel dans la première étape (17) une fraction grossière (III) avec une limite inférieure de la taille des grains comprise entre 2 et 5 mm est séparée,le produit restant est conduit à la deuxième étape de classement (13, 15) dans laquelle une fraction grossière (II) avec une limite inférieure de la taille des grains approximativement comprise entre 50 et 500 µm, en particulier approximativement entre 200 et 300 µm et de préférence d'environ 250 µm est séparée, et la fraction fine restante (I) est conduite à l'étape de déshumidification (23, 35, 19).
