Claims (23)

  1. Applikator-Vorrichtung mit:
    - einem Behälter (20), der ein aufzutragendes Produkt (21) enthält, wobei der Behälter sich entlang einer zentralen Achse (X) zwischen einem proximalen Ende (22) und einem distalen Ende (23) erstreckt und der Behälter an dem distalen Ende axial offen ist,
    - einer Kappe (52), die sich an das distale Ende (23) des Behälters anschließt und eine Öffnung (54) entlang der zentralen Achse (X) aufweist,
    - einem Kugelventil (57), das in der Kappe (52) angeordnet und drehbar um eine transversale Achse (Y) ist, die senkrecht zur zentralen Achse (X) ist, wobei das Ventil einen zur transversalen Achse (Y) senkrechten zentralen Kanal (58) aufweist und das Ventil drehbar ist zwischen
    ▪ einer geschlossen Position, in welcher das Ventil (57) die Öffnung (54) der Kappe schließt, und
    ▪ einer geöffneten Position, in welcher der zentrale Kanal (58) des Ventils mit der Öffnung der Kappe ausgerichtet ist,
    - einem zwischen einer Schließposition und einer Öffnungsposition bewegbaren Ventilsteuerungselement (60), das das Ventil (57) in die geschlossene Position stellen kann, wenn das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) in der Schließposition ist, und das Ventil (57) in die geöffnete Position stellen kann, wenn das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) in der Öffnungsposition ist,
    - einem Stiel (16), der sich entlang der zentralen Achse (X) zu einem freien Ende (18) erstreckt, das mit einem Applikator-Kopf (19) zum Auftragen des Produkts versehen ist, wobei der Stiel (16) geradlinig zumindest entlang der zentralen Achse (X) bewegbar ist zwischen
    ▪ einer zurückgezogenen Position, in welcher sich der Applikator-Kopf (19) in dem Behälter (20) befindet, und
    ▪ einer ausgefahrenen Position, in welcher sich der Stiel (16) durch den zentralen Kanal (58) des Ventils hindurch erstreckt und der Applikator-Kopf (19) aus dem Behälter (20) ausgefahren ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) durch Drehung um die zentrale Achse (X) zwischen der Schließposition und der Öffnungsposition bewegbar ist,
    dadurch, dass der Behälter in einem mit der Kappe (52) fest verbundenen Außenkörper (2) angeordnet ist, und
    dadurch, dass sich der Stiel (16) durch das proximale Ende (22) des Behälters (20) hindurch erstreckt und in einer Basis (3) angebracht ist, die den Behälter (20) von dem proximalen Ende (22) des Behälters (20) aus axial verlängert, wobei
    die Basis (3) bezüglich des Außenkörpers (2) entlang einer Betätigungstrajektorie bewegbar ist, die einen ersten Trajektorien-Abschnitt zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer intermediären Position und einen zweiten Trajektorien-Abschnitt zwischen der intermediären Position und einer Verwendungsposition aufweist, wobei der erste Trajektorien-Abschnitt eine Drehbewegung der Basis (3) bezüglich des Außenkörpers (2) um die zentrale Achse (X) aufweist,
    die Basis (3) mit dem Ventilsteuerungselement (60) gekoppelt ist, um das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) aus der Schließposition in die Öffnungsposition zu drehen, wenn die Basis (3) aus der Ruheposition in die intermediäre Position bewegt wird, und
    die Basis (3) konfiguriert ist, während des zweiten Trajektorien-Abschnitts den Stiel (16) aus der zurückgezogenen Position in die ausgefahrene Position zu bewegen.
  2. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Kolben (32), welcher in dem Behälter (20) gleitend in abdichtender Weise angeordnet ist und durch welchen der Stiel (16) in abdichtender Weise hindurchgeht, wobei der Kolben (32) elastisch zum distalen Ende (23) des Behälters hin gespannt ist.
  3. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Kolben (32) durch eine Kolbenfeder (34), die ein mit dem Stiel (16) verbundenes erstes Ende und ein an dem Kolben (32) anliegendes zweites Ende aufweist, elastisch gespannt ist.
  4. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das distale Ende (23) des Behälters einen Abstreifer (50) aufweist, der konfiguriert ist, den Applikator-Kopf (19) und/oder den Stiel (16) abzustreifen, wenn der Applikator-Kopf aus dem Behälter (20) ausfährt, wobei das freie Ende (18) des Stiels (16) konfiguriert ist, eine Abdichtung mit dem Abstreifer (50) sicherzustellen, wenn der Stiel (16) in der zurückgezogenen Position ist, wobei der Stiel (16) außerdem einen jenseits des Applikator-Kopfs (19) gelegenen intermediären Abschnitt aufweist, der konfiguriert ist, eine Abdichtung mit dem Abstreifer (50) sicherzustellen, wenn der Stiel (16) in der ausgefahrenen Position ist.
  5. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) einen Zapfen (63) aufweist, der gleitend in einer schräg orientierten Rille (64) des Ventils (57) angeordnet ist.
  6. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Kappe (52) eine ringförmige Lippe (53) aufweist,
    das Ventil (57) mit Spiel entlang der zentralen Achse (X) in der Kappe angeordnet ist und
    das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) mit Spiel entlang der zentralen Achse (X) bezüglich der Kappe angeordnet ist und elastisch zum Ventil (57) hin gespannt ist, wobei das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) an dem Ventil (57) zur Anlage kommt und das Ventil in axialen Kontakt gegen die Lippe (53) der Kappe (52) drückt.
  7. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) mittels einer Ventilfeder (61,107), die an dem Behälter (20) anliegt, elastisch zur ringförmigen Lippe (53) hin gespannt ist.
  8. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Ventilfeder (61,107) an einem Stützring (62) anliegt, der seinerseits von dem distalen Ende (23) des Behälters getragen wird.
  9. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) drehfest mit dem Behälter (20) verbunden ist.
  10. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Behälter (20) konfiguriert ist, sich leer um die zentrale Achse (X) bezüglich des Außenkörpers (2) zu drehen, wobei der erste Trajektorien-Abschnitt eine Drehung der Basis (3) gemeinsam mit dem Behälter (20) um die zentrale Achse (X) aufweist.
  11. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Basis (3) konfiguriert ist, sich aus der Anfangsposition der Basis (3) leer um die zentrale Achse (X) an dem Behälter (20) zu drehen und einen Ausfederungswinkel hat, der kleiner ist als die Winkelstrecke des ersten Trajektorien-Abschnitts, wobei der erste Trajektorien-Abschnitt eine Drehung der Basis (3) bezüglich des Behälters (20), dann eine Drehung der Basis (3) gemeinsam mit dem Behälter (20) um die zentrale Achse (X) aufweist.
  12. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Basis (3) über mindestens eine L-förmige Führung (35) mit dem Behälter (20) gekoppelt ist, wobei die Führung (35) aufweist:
    ▪ einen orthoradialen Zweig (36), der die Drehung der Basis (3) bezüglich des Behälters (20) während des ersten Trajektorien-Abschnitts erlaubt, und
    ▪ einen axialen Zweig (37), der parallel zur zentralen Achse (X) ist und ein Gleiten der Basis (3) bezüglich des Behälters (20) in Richtung distales Ende (23) des Behälters erlaubt, wenn die Basis (3) entlang des zweiten Trajektorien-Abschnitts aus der intermediären Position in die Endposition geht.
  13. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Basis (3) elastisch in Abstand zum Behälter (20) gespannt ist und über einen Haltemechanismus (39) mit dem Behälter gekoppelt ist, wobei der Haltemechanismus (39) selektiv entweder die Basis (3) in der Endposition halten kann oder die Basis freigeben kann, um ihr einen Übergang aus der Endposition in die intermediäre Position zu erlauben.
  14. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Haltemechanismus (39) die Basis (3) automatisch verriegeln kann, wenn sie die Endposition erreicht hat.
  15. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Haltemechanismus (39) ein bistabiler Mechanismus ist, der die Basis, nachdem sie in der Endposition verriegelt worden ist, wieder freigeben kann, wenn sie eine zum distalen Ende (23) des Behälters hin gelichtete axiale Betätigung erfährt.
  16. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, wobei der Haltemechanismus (39) einen in eine Außenwand des Behälters ausgesparten Kreuzungsweg (40) aufweist, der mit einem Zapfen (48) zusammenwirkt, der von einer mit der Basis fest verbunden elastischen Zunge (49) getragen wird.
  17. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei die Basis (3) drehbar an dem Außenkörper (2) angebracht ist und die Betätigungstrajektorie eine den ersten und zweiten Trajektorien-Abschnitt enthaltende Kreisbewegung um die zentrale Achse (X) aufweist, wobei der Stiel (16) von einer mit der Basis (3) fest verbundenen ersten Führung (94) und von einer mit dem Behälter (20) fest verbundenen zweiten Führung (101) geführt wird, so dass eine Drehung der Basis (3) bezüglich des Behälters (20) eine axiale Verschiebung des Stiels (16) zwischen der zurückgezogenen und der ausgefahrenen Position bewirkt.
  18. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, wobei die erste Führung (94) parallel zur zentralen Achse (X) ist und die zweite Führung (101) helikal ist.
  19. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Behälter (20) durch ein mit dem Behälter fest verbundenes Übertragungsrohr (100) über sein proximales Ende (22) hinaus axial verlängert ist, wobei sich die zweite Führung (101) helikal im Innern des Übertragungsrohrs (100) zwischen einem behälterfernen ersten Ende und einem behälternahen zweiten Ende erstreckt, wobei sich der Stiel (16) im Innern des Übertragungsrohrs (100) bis zu einem Fuß (95) erstreckt, der mindestens einen in der ersten und zweiten Führung (94,101) geführten Finger (96) trägt.
  20. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, wobei:
    - das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) drehfest mit dem Behälter (20) verbunden ist und mittels einer an dem Behälter (20) anliegenden Ventilfeder (107) elastisch zum Ventil (57) hin gespannt ist,
    - der Behälter (20) in dem Außenkörper (2) zwischen einer eingerückten Position und einer ausgerückten Position, die sich näher am Ventil (57) befindet als die eingerückte Position, axial verschiebbar ist, wobei der Behälter (20) und der Außenkörper (2) konfiguriert sind, um
    ▪ sich aneinander zu koppeln, wenn der Behälter (20) in der eingerückten Position ist, derart, dass der Behälter dann fest verbunden mit dem Außenkörper (2) ist, und
    ▪ sich voneinander zu lösen, wenn der Behälter in der ausgerückten Position ist, derart, dass sich der Behälter (20) dann frei in dem Außenkörper (2) drehen kann,
    - zumindest die Öffnungsposition des Ventilsteuerungselements (60) eine Anschlagposition ist,
    - die Basis (3) an der dem Behälter (20) abgewandten Seite einen Boden (92) aufweist und das Übertragungsrohr (100) an der dem Boden (92) zugewandten Seite axial offen ist,
    - der Fuß (95) des Stiels (16) konfiguriert ist, um in der zurückgezogenen Position des Stiels (16) axial an dem Boden (92) der Basis (3) anzuliegen, und
    - das erste Ende der zweiten Führung (101) eine zum Boden (92) der Basis (3) hin axial offene Kerbe (102) aufweist, die den Finger (96) des Fußes des Stiels aufnehmen kann, wenn der Fuß (95) des Stiels (16) an dem Boden (92) der Basis anliegt, wobei die Kerbe (102) und der Finger (96) konfiguriert sind, den Behälter (20) in einer ausgerückten Position zu halten und eine von der Basis (3) angetriebene Drehung des Behälters zu erlauben, wenn der Finger (96) im Eingriff mit der Kerbe (102) ist, wobei die Kerbe so konfiguriert ist, dass der Finger (96) des Fußes des Stiels (16) sich aus der Kerbe lösen kann, wenn die Basis (3) in eine erste Wickelrichtung (4), die dem Öffnen des Ventils (57) entspricht, betätigt ist und das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) die Öffnungsposition erreicht hat, um dann dem Behälter (20) zu erlauben, in die eingerückte Position zu gehen, so dass das Ventil (57) in der geöffneten Position verriegelt wird und so dass ein Weiterdrehen der Basis in die erste Wickelrichtung (4) dann ein Gleiten des Fingers (96) des Stiels in der ersten und zweiten Führung (94,101) bewirkt, um dadurch den Applikator-Kopf (19) des Stiels (16) durch das Ventil (57) hindurch ausfahren zu lassen.
  21. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, wobei der Behälter fest verbunden mit einem Zapfen (105) ist, der von der Ventilfeder (61,107) in axialer Anlage gegen eine in dem Außenkörper (2) gebildete Leiste (85) gehalten wird, wobei die Leiste (85) sich im Winkel um die zentrale Achse (X) herum zwischen einem ersten Anschlag (86) und einem zweiten Anschlag (87) in die erste Wickelrichtung erstreckt und die Leiste von einer in der Nähe des zweiten Anschlags (87) angeordneten Aussparung (89) unterbrochen ist, wobei diese Aussparung den Zapfen (105) des Behälters aufnehmen kann, wenn dieser an dem zweiten Anschlag (87) anschlägt, wobei der Behälter in einer ausgerückten Position ist, wenn der Zapfen (105) des Behälters an der Leiste (85) anliegt, und in einer eingerückten Position ist, wenn der Zapfen (105) des Behälters in der Aussparung (89) aufgenommen ist.
  22. Applikator-Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, wobei:
    - das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) schräg gleitend bezüglich der zentralen Achse (X) bezüglich eines an dem distalen Ende (23) des Behälters axial anliegenden Stützrings (62) angeordnet ist, so dass ein Verschieben des Stützrings (23) weg vom Ventilsteuerungselement (60) ein Drehen des Ventilsteuerungselements (60) aus der Schließposition in die Öffnungsposition bewirkt,
    - das Ventilsteuerungselement (60) mittels einer an dem Stützring (62) anliegenden Ventilfeder elastisch zum Ventil (57) hin gespannt ist,
    - der Behälter (20) drehfest mit dem Außenkörper (2) verbunden ist, aber in dem Außenkörper (2) zwischen einer ersten und zweiten Position axial verschiebbar ist, wobei die erste Position näher am Ventil ist als die zweite Position,
    - die Basis (3) an der dem Behälter (20) abgewandten Seite einen Boden (92) aufweist und das Übertragungsrohr (100) an der dem Boden (92) zugewandten Seite axial offen ist, wobei das Übertragungsrohr (100) und der Fuß (95) des Stiels konfiguriert sind, abwechselnd axial an dem Boden (92) der Basis zur Anlage zu kommen,
    - der Fuß (95) des Stiels eine Stützzone (110) aufweist, die bezüglich des Fingers (96) des Fußes axial zum Boden (92) der Basis hin vorspringt, wobei die Stützzone konfiguriert ist, in der zurückgezogenen Position des Stiels und solange die Basis in dem ersten Trajektorien-Abschnitt ist, am Boden (92) der Basis anzuliegen, während sich das Übertragungsrohr (100) vom Boden der Basis wegbewegt, und
    - das Übertragungsrohr (100) konfiguriert ist, während des zweiten Trajektorien-Abschnitts der Basis am Boden (92) der Basis zur Anlage zu kommen, derart, dass eine Drehung der Basis (3) bezüglich des Außenkörpers dann eine axiale Verschiebung des Stiels (16) bezüglich des Außenkörpers bewirkt.
  23. Verwendung einer Applikator-Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche zum Auftragen eines Kosmetikprodukts, vorzugsweise eines flüssigen oder cremigen Kosmetikprodukts.
