Claims (13)

  1. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts, umfassend:

  2. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Rückstellelement (50) zum Rückführen der Freigabevorrichtung (5) in Richtung seiner Ruheposition vorgesehen ist.
  3. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die Freigabevorrichtung (5) umfasst:
    - wenigstens ein Betätigungselement (51), auf welches ein Benutzer zum Betätigen der Freigabevorrichtung (5) einwirken kann, und

System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Haltevorrichtung die Form eines Gewindes (15) aufweist, welches an dem Niveau des Halses (10) des Reservoirs (1) vorgesehen ist, und dazu eingerichtet ist, mit einem Gewindegang (25) in Eingriff zu treten, welcher an dem Niveau des Verschlusselements (20) der Anordnung zum Aufbringen (2) vorgesehen ist.
  6. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach Anspruch 5, wobei das an dem Niveau des Halses (10) vorgesehene Gewinde (15) und der an dem Niveau des Verschlusselements (20) vorgesehene Gewindegang (25) dazu eingerichtet sind, von der aktiven Konfiguration in die inaktive Konfiguration durch eine relative Rotation um die longitudinale Achse (X) in die Freigaberrichtung um einen Winkel kleiner als 360° überzugehen, vorzugsweise kleiner als 180°, weiter vorzugsweise etwa 90 °.
  7. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Rückstellvorrichtung die Form eines Bajonettsystems aufweist, welches wenigstens eine Nut (15') umfasst, welche an dem Niveau des Halses des Reservoirs (10') vorgesehen und dazu eingerichtet ist, mit wenigstens einem Vorsprung (25') in Eingriff zu treten, welcher an dem Niveau des Verschlusselements (20) der Anordnung zum Auftragen (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Nut (15') einen axialen Abschnitt (151') und einen Halteabschnitt (152') aufweist, welcher sich in der Umfangsrichtung des Systems zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts entlang einem Winkelbereich erstreckt, welcher kleiner ist als 90° und vorzugsweise etwa 20° beträgt.
  8. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, wobei die Freigabevorrichtung die Form eines Drehrings (5, 5') aufweist, welcher an dem Reservoir (1) in Nachbarschaft des Halses (10, 10') angebracht ist und wenigstens eine Nut (52, 52') aufweist, welche an dem Niveau einer zu der Anordnung zum Aufbringen (2) weisenden Fläche gebildet ist, wobei das wenigstens eine Antriebselement zur Rotation durch eine frontale Fläche (53, 53') der Nut (52, 52') gebildet ist, welche dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einer frontalen Fläche (203, 203') von wenigstens einem Zahn (202, 202') zusammenzuwirken, welcher an dem Niveau einer zu dem Ring (5) weisenden Fläche der Anordnung zum Aufbringen (2) gebildet ist, wobei der wenigstens eine Zahn (202, 202') im Inneren der wenigstens einen Nut (52, 52') angeordnet ist, wenn die Anordnung zum Aufbringen (2) in Verschlussposition ist.
  9. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach Anspruch 8, wobei das wenigstens eine Betätigungselement die Form einer radialen Rippe (51) aufweist, welche sich vorspringend von der externen Fläche des Drehrings (5) erstreckt.
  10. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend eine Vorrichtung zur Geräuscherzeugung (54, 204), welche dazu eingerichtet ist, die Ankunft am Ende des Wegs der Haltevorrichtung (15, 25, 15', 25') während ihres Übergangs von der inaktiven Konfiguration in die aktive Konfiguration anzuzeigen.
  11. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein Auswurfelement (4), welches in beweglicher Weise in dem Inneren des Verschlusselements (20) der Anordnung zum Aufbringen (2) angeordnet ist und eine Fläche (41) aufweist, welche dazu vorgesehen ist, in axiale Anlage in an dem Reservoir (1) zu kommen, sowie einen axialen Anschlag (42), welcher dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einem axialen Anschlag (204) zusammenzuwirken, welcher in dem Verschlusselement (20) zum Begrenzen der Verlagerung des Auswurfelements (4) in dem Inneren des Verschlusselements (20) vorgesehen ist, wobei das elastische Element (3) zwischen dem Auswurfelement (4) und dem Verschlusselement (20) angeordnet ist, und wobei der Auswurfweg der Anordnung zum Aufbringen (2) bezüglich dem Reservoir (1) wenigstens dem axialen Abstand (e) entspricht, welcher die Anschläge trennt, wenn die Haltevorrichtung (15, 25, 15', 25') in der aktiven Konfiguration ist.
  12. System zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Applikator (21) einen Stab (22) umfasst, welcher sich entlang der longitudinalen Achse (X) vom Boden des Verschlusselements (20) erstreckt und am Niveau eines freien Endes einen Applikatorkopf (23) trägt, welcher dazu vorgesehen ist, mit dem aufzubringenden Produkt beladen zu werden, und wobei das Reservoir (1) mit einem Abstreifelement (12) vorgesehen ist, welches dazu eingerichtet ist, den Applikatorkopf abzustreifen.
  13. Verwendung eines Systems zum Aufbewahren und Aufbringen eines Produkts nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zum Aufbringen eines kosmetischen Produkts auf eine Fläche.
