Claims (15)

  1. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) pour des substances multi-composants, en particulier des adhésifs multi-composants, comprenant:
    1.1. au moins deux dispositifs associés accommodant une cartouche (2, 3) pour accommoder des cartouches remplaçables (2.1, 3.1) ayant des composants de substance individuelle,
    1.2. un dispositif de décharge (4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 16) pour décharger simultanément les composants de la substance des cartouches (2.1, 3.1) à travers des trous de composants au moyen de pistons de décharge (11) qui plongent dans le dispositif accommodant la cartouche (2, 3) ou les cartouches (2.1, 3.1),
    1.3. un appareil de mélange (7), qui est relié aux trous de composants, mélange les composants de la substance déchargée, pour les sortir dans un état mélangé,
    caractérisé en ce que
    1.4. au moins un piston de décharge (11) comporte un filetage (11.1) de sorte que le piston de décharge (11) peut être poussé vers l'avant au moyen du filetage lorsque le piston de décharge (11) est pivoté par rapport au dispositif accommodant la cartouche (2, 3).
  2. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon la précédente revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une cartouche (3.1) est un cylindre creux dans lequel se trouve au moins un composant de substance.
  3. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon la précédente revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le filetage (11.1) d'au moins un piston de décharge (11) est en contact avec la paroi d'au moins une cartouche (3.1) ayant une forme cylindrique creuse.
  4. Appareil de mesure et de mélange selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une cartouche est un sachet tubulaire (2.1) dans lequel se trouve au moins un composant de substance.
  5. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon la précédente revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le filetage (11.1) de au moins un piston de décharge (11) d'un dispositif accommodant une cartouche (3) dans lequel le sachet tubulaire peut être inséré lorsque la cartouche est en contact avec une paroi du dispositif accommodant la cartouche.
  6. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un dispositif accommodant la cartouche (2, 3) comporte un cylindre creux.
  7. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un piston de décharge (11, 16) comporte un filetage externe (11.1).
  8. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon la précédente revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, dans au moins un dispositif accommodant la cartouche (3) ou la cartouche (3.1) dans lequel au moins un piston de décharge (11) avec un filetage externe (11.1) est situé, un filetage négatif par rapport au filetage externe du piston de décharge (11) est présent.
  9. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le filetage (11.1) de au moins un piston de décharge (11) est configuré pour qu'il soit auto-taraudeur, de telle façon qu'il taraude ou perfore lui-même un filetage négatif dans le dispositif accommodant une cartouche (3) ou une cartouche (3.1).
  10. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un piston de décharge (16) comporte une barre de décharge à entraînement avant linéaire (11.1).
  11. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon la précédente revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la barre de décharge à entraînement avant linéaire (4) comprend une denture régulière avec laquelle une roue dentée ou un filetage de mandrin peut entrer en contact pour l'entraînement avant.
  12. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon la précédente revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la barre de décharge à entraînement avant linéaire (4) comprend un filetage de mandrin qui peut entrer en contact avec une denture.
  13. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des pistons de décharge (11, 16) comporte un dispositif d'aération.
  14. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des dispositifs accommodant une cartouche (2,3) ou des cartouches (2.1, 3.1) comporte un dispositif d'aération (14).
  15. Appareil de mesure et de mélange (1) selon la précédente revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que, comme dispositif d'aération, dans la partie arrière du côté interne d'au moins un dispositif accommodant une cartouche (2,3) ou une cartouche (2.1, 3.1) au moins une rayure d'aération (14) est fraisée.
