Claims (13)

  1. Système d'application (1, 17; 21, 27) destiné à des matières à deux composants comprenant une composition réagissant à l'humidité reçue dans une première unité d'emballage, un composant durcisseur reçu dans une deuxième unité d'emballage et un mélangeur dynamique (17; 27) conçu pour être inséré dans un dispositif d'application et pour entraîner celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que la première unité d'emballage est une poche tubulaire et la deuxième unité d'emballage est une cartouche à paroi rigide.
  2. Système d'application selon la revendication 1, le mélangeur dynamique (27) comportant au moins un élément de perçage destiné à ouvrir la première et/ou la deuxième unité d'emballage, deux chambres de pré-mélange (27.6, 27.7) et un rotor (27.9) pourvu de pales de rotor (27.9b) et conçu pour effectuer un déplacement en avant en liaison avec le processus de mélange.
  3. Système d'application selon l'une des revendications précédentes, les première et deuxième unités d'emballage étant reliées l'une à l'autre de manière fixe.
  4. Système d'application selon la revendication 3, une pluralité de mélangeurs (27) étant reçus dans un emballage séparé de la combinaison de première et deuxième unités d'emballage.
  5. Procédé de réalisation d'un collage et/ou d'un scellement à partir de matières à deux composants qui comprennent une composition réagissant à l'humidité et un composant durcisseur, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    fournir la composition réagissant à l'humidité dans une première unité d'emballage,
    fournir le composant durcisseur dans une deuxième unité d'emballage,
    fournir un mélangeur dynamique,
    insérer les première et deuxième unités d'emballage dans un dispositif d'application, notamment à batterie, insérer le mélangeur dans le dispositif d'application dans une position prédéterminée dans les première et deuxième unités d'emballage et ouvrir les première et deuxième unités d'emballage et
    utiliser le dispositif d'application pour chasser simultanément des fractions prédéterminées de la composition réagissant à l'humidité et du composant durcisseur pour mélanger les deux sur un site de collage ou de scellement,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une poche tubulaire est utilisée comme première unité d'emballage et une cartouche à paroi rigide est utilisée comme deuxième unité d'emballage.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, les première et deuxième unités d'emballage étant fournies de manière à être liées de façon fixe.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 6, l'ouverture des unités d'emballage étant effectuée par des éléments de perçage, prévus au niveau du mélangeur, lors de l'utilisation du mélangeur.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, le composant durcisseur étant fourni dans la deuxième unité d'emballage avec un volume de 5 % ou moins, plus précisément entre 1 et 3,5 % du volume de la composition réagissant à l'humidité dans la première unité d'emballage.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, le dispositif d'application (21) fonctionnant à une vitesse de rotation de mélangeur comprise entre 50 et 100 min-1, plus précisément entre 60 et 80 min-1, à une vitesse de sortie de 1 ml/s.
  10. Dispositif d'application à batterie doté d'un système d'application selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, le dispositif d'application (1; 21) comprenant :
    un support (2, 3 ; 22, 23) destiné à recevoir les première et deuxième unités d'emballage, et
    un entraînement électrique (4, 5, 8 à 15 ; 24, 25, 28 à 35) pourvu d'une alimentation par batterie, destiné à l'expulsion coordonnée et dosée de la composition durcissant à l'humidité de la première unité d'emballage et du composant durcisseur de la deuxième unité d'emballage et à l'entraînement d'un mélangeur dynamique (7 ; 27) séparé inséré dans le dispositif d'application (1).
  11. Dispositif d'application selon la revendication 10, le support comportant un premier dispositif de réception de cartouche (2 ; 22) conçu pour recevoir une première unité d'emballage conçue sous la forme d'une poche tubulaire (2.1 ; 22.1) et un deuxième dispositif de réception de cartouche (3 ; 23) conçue pour recevoir une deuxième unité d'emballage conçue sous la forme d'une cartouche (3.1 ; 23.1) à paroi rigide, et l'entraînement électrique comportant une première tige d'éjection (4 ; 24) sur laquelle est monté un piston d'éjection (16) destiné à éjecter la composition réagissant à l'humidité de la poche tubulaire et une deuxième tige d'éjection (5 ; 25) dans laquelle est intégré un deuxième piston d'éjection du composant durcisseur qui est destiné à s'engager dans la cartouche à paroi rigide et un arbre d'entraînement (10 ; 30) destiné au mélangeur dynamique (17 ; 27), lesquels sont tous disposés du côté sortie d'une unité cinématique (8 ; 28, 28a) reliée au moteur électrique (9; 29) du côté entrée.
  12. Dispositif d'application selon la revendication 11, comprenant un boîtier cylindrique allongé (1C ; 21C) dans lequel le support (6 ; 26) destiné à recevoir les première et deuxième unités d'emballage (2.1, 3.1 ; 22.1, 23.1), les première et deuxième tiges d'éjection (4, 5 ; 24, 25) juxtaposées, l'unité cinématique (8 ; 28, 28a) et le moteur électrique (9; 29) sont reçus en étant rangés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal.
  13. Dispositif d'application selon la revendication 12, comprenant une poignée (21D), en forme de U ou de V dans une vue latérale, qui est placée dans une zone centrale sur le corps de base et qui est conçue pour recevoir un bloc-batterie (35) dans l'une des branches du « U » ou du « V ».
