Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour remplir des capsules (22) de produit de remplissage (21), comprenant :
    - un dispositif de remplissage (25) pour acheminer du produit de remplissage (21) aux capsules (22),
    - un support de capsules (30) comprenant au moins une rangée de logements (31), dans lesquels sont disposées les capsules (22) à remplir,
    - un agencement de postes comprenant plusieurs postes qui sont disposés les uns après les autres, l'agencement de postes comprenant au moins un poste de remplissage de capsules (5) et un entraînement fonctionnant de manière cadencée, et
    - un dispositif de déplacement (50 ; 60 ; 70) qui effectue, au niveau d'un poste de remplissage de capsules (5), un mouvement relatif entre le dispositif de remplissage (25) et le support de capsules (30),
    - le dispositif de remplissage (25) adoptant, par rapport au support de capsules (30), au moins une première position de remplissage pour remplir une première capsule et une deuxième position de remplissage pour remplir une deuxième capsule,
    caractérisé en ce que le poste de remplissage de capsules (5) présente une roue de dosage (26) et une trémie de réserve (27) pour recevoir le produit de remplissage (21).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de postes comprend une roue de postes (40) avec une pluralité de supports de capsules (30) et le dispositif de déplacement (50 ; 60 ; 70) effectue un mouvement relatif entre le dispositif de remplissage (25) et le support de capsules (30) dans la direction radiale (X).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un mouvement relatif entre le dispositif de remplissage (25) et le support de capsules (30) est possible dans une première direction (X) et une deuxième direction (Y) dans un plan horizontal, la première direction (X) étant perpendiculaire à la deuxième direction (Y).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la roue de dosage (26) présente au moins une première chambre de remplissage (28a) et une deuxième chambre de remplissage (28b) et la roue de dosage (26) tourne pendant une opération de déplacement de la première position de remplissage à la deuxième position de remplissage, afin de remplir l'une des chambres de remplissage (28a, 28b) avec du produit de remplissage.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un temps de remplissage dans le poste de remplissage de capsules (5) est le temps d'opération le plus court pour toutes les opérations individuelles des postes respectifs de l'agencement de postes.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de capsules (30) comprend une première rangée (R1) de logements (31) et une deuxième rangée (R2) de logements (31), la première et la deuxième rangée étant disposées parallèlement l'une à l'autre.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un deuxième poste de remplissage de capsules (5) avec un deuxième dispositif de remplissage.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déplacement (50 ; 60) est disposé au niveau du dispositif de remplissage (25) et déplace le dispositif de remplissage (25) par rapport au support de capsules (30).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déplacement (50, 60) comprend une came entraînée (50) ou un moteur linéaire ou un servomoteur.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déplacement (70) est disposé sur le support de capsules (30) et déplace le support de capsules (30) par rapport au dispositif de remplissage (25).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de déplacement (70) comprend un élément de guidage (71) avec une piste de came (72).
