Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction dredger for the pneumatic intake of suction material from an environment of the suction dredge, as this generic from the EP 1 571 341 A1 is known.
- EP 1 571 341 A1 discloses a suction fan for use in a suction dredger having at least two serially arranged fans, by means of which a fast-flowing air flow can be generated.
- the air flow is drawn in through a supply air duct on a suction side of the fans and blown out through an exhaust duct on a blow-out side of the fans.
- the fans are mechanically driven by means of a PTO shaft via the engine of the suction dredger.
- a disadvantage of the solution after the EP 1 571 341 A1 is that with only a temporarily required higher suction of the suction dredger a whole additional block with two fans must be present. Such a solution accordingly requires more space to accommodate the additional and occasionally used block, and also requires a significant amount of additional energy to drive the two or more additional fans.
- an additional connection to the PTO shaft is required for a mechanical drive of an additional block, resulting in additional manufacturing and maintenance costs. Retrofitting an existing suction dredger with one or more blocks is therefore very expensive due to the also to be retrofitted mechanical drive.
- the invention has for its object to provide a production and more cost-effective way to variably influence the suction of a suction dredger.
- a suction dredger for pneumatic intake of suction material from an environment of the suction dredger by means of a fast-flowing air flow, with at least two serially arranged fans for generating the air flow and with a supply air duct on a suction side of the fans and an exhaust duct on a blow-out side of the fans, solved.
- An inventive suction dredger is characterized in that a first mechanically driven fan unit with at least one fan and a second hydraulically driven fan unit with at least one fan are provided, wherein on the second fan unit, a hydraulic drive is present, to which a hydraulic pump is connected and the hydraulic Drive via the hydraulic pump by means of a controller can be controlled.
- the first fan unit comprises two fans to make efficient use of the mechanical driving force of the vehicle.
- the two fans of the first fan unit are preferably arranged serially.
- a serial arrangement is understood to mean that the fans or the fan units follow one another in terms of flow, ie the air flow flows from one of these components of the suction dredge to the next.
- the first fan unit and the second fan unit are arranged in series, wherein these are fluidically connected to each other by a connecting channel.
- the fans are preferably radial fans, but may be in other embodiments of the suction dredge according to the invention but also axial fan or other types of blowers.
- each of the fans of the first and the second fan unit are independently controllable, so that each of the fan units independently of one another has a delivery state or an idle state as operating conditions.
- This allows a high degree of flexibility in terms of a generated at a given time air flow and thus the suction power of the suction dredger can be achieved. It can also be controlled jointly the fans of a fan unit.
- At least one of the fans of a respective fan unit is driven, while in the idle state, none of the fans of the respective fan unit is driven.
- At least one of the fans of the first and second fan units may be passively arranged in the idle state in the airflow.
- the idle fan can be rotated by the air flow at idle.
- At least one bypass channel with at least one air flow diverter for fluidic bridging a fan or multiple fans is present.
- the bypass channel is preferably designed in the direction of the air flow in front of the first or second fan unit as a branched, separate channel, which opens into the connection channel or into the exhaust duct after the first or second fan unit.
- the air switch is arranged on at least one of the mouth regions of the bypass channel so that, depending on the employment of the air switch, a fluidic connection between the bridging channel and the other channel in the mouth region of the bypass channel, ie the Zu Kunststoff-, the connection or the exhaust duct is present ,
- the air switch is preferably controllable, wherein a control, for example manually, electromechanically, mechanically, pneumatically, hydraulically, or by a combination thereof, is realized.
- An inventive suction dredger preferably also has the usual suction dredger and known components such.
- B. a suction hose with a suction mouth and a mouthpiece or suction crown, a separator for separating the suction material from the air flow, a collecting container for receiving the separated suction material and a filter system for cleaning the air flow.
- the suction dredger is preferably mobile, for example mounted on a vehicle.
- a first fan 2.1 and a second fan 2.2 comprehensive first fan unit 2 and a second fan unit 3 is present.
- the first fan 2.1 and the second fan 2.2 (shown in a simplified manner) are fluidically arranged in series with each other.
- the second fan unit 3 is arranged serially to the first fan unit 2.
- the first fan unit 2 is fluidically connected to the second fan unit 3 via a connecting channel 7.
- a suction side of the second fan unit 3 is a supply air duct 4 and at the Abblasseite the first fan unit 2, an exhaust duct 5.
- the first fan unit 2 has a mechanical drive 8, with a PTO (not shown) of the suction dredge 1 (see Fig. 1 ) connected is.
- a hydraulic drive 9 for driving the second fan unit 3 is present. This is connected to a hydraulic pump (not shown).
- a controller 10 shown in greatly simplified form
- the hydraulic drive 9, and thus a third fan 3.1 (likewise shown in a simplified manner) of the second fan unit 3, can be controlled via the hydraulic pump.
- the first and second fans 2.1, 2.2 are driven by the mechanical drive 8.
- the third fan 3.1 is driven by the hydraulic drive 9.
- the first and the second fan unit 2, 3 are therefore in the conveying state.
- a generated by the first and second fan unit 2, 3 air flow 6 passes through the supply air duct 4 in the second fan unit 3 and via the connecting channel 7 to the first fan 2.1 and on to the second fan 2.2 of the first fan unit. 2 From there, the air flow 6 is blown through an exhaust duct 5 to an environment of the suction dredger 1.
- first and second fan unit 2, 3 can also be reversed.
- any desired number of fans can be arranged in the respective first or second fan unit 2, 3.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- In
