Definitions

  • the invention relates to a combination of a guide plate for laterally supporting a rail for a rail vehicle and a wedge element for adjusting the position of the rail relative to an abutment, on which the guide plate is supported in the mounting position, wherein the guide plate associated with the wedge element, in the longitudinal direction the supporting rail extending end face and a bottom, which is associated with a substrate carrying the guide plate in the assembled position, wherein the guide plate and the wedge element are coupled together via a positive connection with each other, which forms a guide for the wedge element, in which the wedge element in Longitudinal direction of the end face of the guide plate is displaceable.
  • the invention relates to a system for securing a rail for a rail vehicle on a substrate, comprising a combination of a guide plate for laterally supporting the rail on an abutment formed on the ground and a wedge member for adjusting the position of the rail relative to the anvil.
  • the distance of the respective guide plate to the support surface can be determined. Due to its wedge shape, the actuator can be moved from a position in which the distance between the guide plate and accordingly the rail of the respective support surface is minimal, easily in a position in which a maximum distance is present. Between these extreme positions of the actuator, further adjustment positions can be selected, each defining a different distance of the rail to the stop surface and, accordingly, another track.
  • a wedge element for adjusting the position of the guide plate comprehensive system is that after the finished assembly, the connection between the guide plate and the actuating element is so strong that an unintentional relative movement of these two elements is prevented.
  • the mutually associated contact surfaces of wedge element and guide plate on latch-like projections and recesses which are aligned in the mounting position each perpendicular to the solid ground and engage each other so that the wedge element on the interlocking projections and recesses with the guide plate is positively coupled.
  • the vertical orientation of the projections and recesses ensures that the wedge element retains its original position even under the action of the longitudinal and transverse forces to which it is exposed during operation.
  • the angle guide plate exerts a compressive force directed against the solid ground on the wedge element, as a result of which self-locking occurs in the region of the positive connection between guide plate and wedge element.
  • This effect can be enhanced by the fact that at the mutually associated surfaces of guide plate and wedge element a plurality of forward / return pairs are formed and to the Guide plate a shoulder is formed, which presses in the fully assembled state on the wedge element.
  • the object of the invention was to provide a combination of guide plate and wedge element, which is particularly suitable for automatic assembly.
  • a suitably designed system for securing a rail should be specified.
  • a combination of guide plate and wedge element that achieves this object according to the invention has the features specified in claim 1.
  • a combination according to the invention consists, as in the initially cited prior art, of a guide plate for laterally supporting a rail for a rail vehicle and a wedge element for adjusting the position of the rail relative to an abutment on which the guide plate is supported in the assembly position.
  • the guide plate has a wedge element associated, extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail to be supported end face and a bottom.
  • This underside is assigned to a background, which carries the guide plate in the mounting position.
  • the subfloor in question is formed by a concrete sill or slab.
  • a guide in the form of a positive connection is also present in a combination according to the invention, along which the wedge element is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the end face of the guide plate.
  • the guide between the wedge element as the one joining partner and the guide plate as the other joining partner is formed by a slit-like one aligned along this joining partner
  • Guidance is formed, in which a correspondingly shaped projection of the other joining partner engages positively such that the wedge element in befindlichem engaged projection in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extent of the end face of the guide plate and in the direction of the underside of the guide plate direction and on the other hand in a normal to assigned to him associated end face of the guide plate direction is fixed to the guide plate.
  • the guide via which the wedge element and the guide plate are positively connected to each other, thus formed such that when the positive connection is made, the guide plate and the wedge element only in a maximum of two degrees of freedom, namely in the longitudinal direction of the wedge element associated end face of the guide plate and in the direction of the top of the guide plate can be moved.
  • This makes it possible to pre-assemble the wedge element and the guide plate already removed from the respective installation site, and then place together in the correct orientation for mounting at the installation site.
  • the guide plate-wedge element combinations can be inexpensively preassembled in large numbers and then easily placed, for example, by an automatically operating gripper at the assigned mounting location.
  • the wedge member Even under the action of gravity safely on the guide plate, without requiring a separate backup of the maintenance of the wedge element on the Guide plate must be made.
  • the longitudinal displacement is always maintained. Therefore, once the appropriate cohesive combination is placed at the mounting location, the wedge member can be easily moved to the required position to provide an optimally aligned abutment surface for the lateral support of the rail.
  • the shape of the guide provided according to the invention is fundamentally subject to no restrictions as long as it is ensured that it is able to absorb the moment which acts as a result of the gravitational force or the dead weight of the wedge element hanging on the guide plate in the area of the positive connection between guide plate and wedge element.
  • guides of this type for example, a molded into the one partner, laterally open T-slot or the like in question, in which engages a correspondingly adapted projection of the other connection partner. Instead, it may be sufficient if the respective web extends only over one or more sections of the length of the guide and it is ensured that at the web or the webs a sufficiently large contact surface for the projection engaging in the guide is present. Optimum hold and guidance during the longitudinal displacement arise in practice when the web extends over the entire length of the end face.

  • the assembly and adjustment of a system according to the invention can additionally be facilitated by the fact that at least one stop projection is provided on the guide plate, which cooperates positively with a recess of the wedge member to define a "0" position of the wedge member. Starting from this "0" layer can then be made easily the proper alignment of the wedge element. It can thereby be ensured that the wedge element is held securely to the respective stop projection by the fact that the recess is laterally bounded by laterally flat running webs, which are designed in the manner of a run-on slope.
