Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ablauftopf für Abwasser.
  • Ablauftöpfe (allerdings nicht für Rinnen), die eine Inspektionseinrichtung aufweisen, welche mit einem Verschlusselement verschließbare Öffnungen umfassen, sind vielfältig bekannt. Es sei hier beispielhaft auf die DE 36 146 , DE 10 2006 053 751 A1 , DE 44 11 492 C2 , DE 24 34 895 A1 , DE 1 854 390 U , DE 1 826 194 U , DE 1 825 087 U , DE 1 854 795 U oder DE 1 816 291 U sowie auf die GB 211 358 A , EP 2 206 841 A2 , EP 2 216 449 A1 und die DE 21 14 379 A1 verwiesen. Die GB 211 358 A offenbart einen Ablauftopf für Abwasser mit einem Einlaufkasten, der zur Bildung eines Geruchsverschlussreservoirs eine Tauchwand aufweist, welche oberhalb eines Reservoirbodens endet und so eine Öffnung bildet und mit Barrieren die vom Reservoirboden nach oben ragen und wobei eine davon einen als maximalen Flüssigkeitspegel bildenden Rückhaltepegel definiert, der im Einlaufkasten vorliegen kann sowie mit einem Auslaufkasten und einem Ablaufrohrstutzen, wobei der Auslaufkasten über die Barrieren überströmendes Abwasser aufnimmt und in den Ablaufrohrstutzen leitet sowie ferner mit einer Inspektionseinrichtung, die eine, mit einem Verschlusselement verschließbare Öffnung umfasst, über die der Ablaufrohrstutzen zugänglich ist, wobei die Öffnung tiefer als die Barriere, also unterhalb des Rückhaltepegels liegt.
  • Bei den bekannten Ablauftöpfen tritt das Problem auf, dass einerseits die Inspektionseinrichtungen nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr geöffnet werden, die Verschlusselemente also nicht mehr abgenommen werden können, andererseits eine vollständige Reinigung der Ablauftöpfe nur schwer möglich ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen Ablauftopf der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass dessen Benutzbarkeit, insbesondere in Hinblick auf eine vollständige Reinigung in einfacher Weise gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Ablauftopf nach Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Durch diese Maßnahme wird zunächst gewährleistet, dass Luftsauerstoff von der Öffnung und dem Verschlusselement ferngehalten wird. Dadurch wird eine erhöhte Haltbarkeit gewährleistet. Darüber hinaus kann durch diese Konstruktion das Wasser im Geruchsverschluss-Reservoir leichter entfernt werden, dort angesammelte Teilchen also abgeführt werden.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Inspektionseinrichtung innerhalb des Einlaufkastens angeordnet. Dadurch ist eine einfache Zugänglichkeit gewährleistet.
  • Die Inspektionseinrichtung der vorliegenden Erfindung umfasst außerdem einen Rohrstutzen, der auf dem Reservoirboden steht und oben sowie an einer Seite zum Auslaufkasten und zum Rohrstutzen hin offen ist. Diese einfache Konstruktion gewährleistet eine leichte Herstellbarkeit sowie eine gute Benutzbarkeit.
  • Der Auslaufkasten weist vorzugsweise einen in Richtung auf den Rohrstutzen abfallenden Boden auf. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass einlaufende Schmutzteilchen mit relativ hoher Strömungsgeschwindigkeit dem Ablaufrohrstutzen zugeführt werden, also nicht hängenbleiben können.
  • Die Tauchwände verlaufen über mehrere, insbesondere über zwei Seiten des Einlaufkastens. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass auch plötzlich anfallende große Wassermengen störungsfrei abgeführt werden können.
  • Die Barrieren begrenzten vorzugsweise das Reservoir auf mehreren Seiten, insbesondere auf zwei Seiten. Auch dies führt zu einer verbesserten Abführung von größeren Wasserströmen.
  • Vorzugsweise umfasst die Entleerungseinrichtung zusätzlich noch einen U-förmig gebogenen Schlauch. Dieser kann eingesetzt werden und saugt dann die im Geruchsverschluss-Reservoir befindliche Flüssigkeit ab, wobei auch größere Schmutzteilchen entfernt werden können.
  • Das Verschlusselement ist vorzugsweise derart ausgebildet, dass es werkzeuglos in die Öffnung, diese verschließend einsetzbar und aus dieser entnehmbar ist. Da die Öffnung unterhalb des Rückhaltepegels liegt, sind kleinere Undichtigkeiten, die zum Ausströmen übelriechender Gase groß genug wären, ohne Weiteres hinzunehmen. Diese Undichtigkeiten werden nämlich durch den Flüssigkeitsspiegel hinreichend abgedichtet, wobei ein Durchfließen von Wasser und Entleeren des Geruchsverschluss-Reservoirs dennoch nicht erfolgt.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Einlaufkasten an seiner Oberseite in einen Flanschbereich übergehend derart ausgebildet, dass eine Abflussrinne anschließbar ist. Damit ist bei einem einfachen Aufbau eine leichte Montage gewährleistet.
  • Nachfolgend wird eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung anhand von Abbildungen näher erläutert. Hierbei zeigen

  • In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung werden für gleiche und gleich wirkende Teile dieselben Bezugsziffern verwendet.
  • Wie in den Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellt, ist ein Einlaufkasten 10 vorgesehen, der an seinen beiden Seiten Tauchwände 11 und 12 aufweist, welche oberhalb eines Reservoirbodens 17 enden und so schlitzförmige Öffnungen 13, 14 bilden.
  • Weiter außen, in Richtung auf Außenwände 23, 24 des Einlaufkastens 10 hin verschoben, ragen vom Reservoirboden 17 Barrieren 15, 16 nach oben, welche den maximalen Flüssigkeitspegel definieren, der im Einlaufkasten 10 vorliegen kann.
  • Steigt der Flüssigkeitspegel, so werden die Barrieren 15, 16 von der Flüssigkeit überströmt, die dann in einen Auslaufkasten 20 strömt. Dieser Auslaufkasten 20 wird durch die Außenwände 23, 24, Böden 21, 22, eine Vorderwand 25 und eine Rückwand 26 gebildet.
  • Die Böden 21, 22 des Auslaufkastens 20 sind in Richtung auf einen Ablaufrohrstutzen 30 hin abfallend angeordnet, so dass die Barrieren 15, 16 überströmendes Wasser mit einer hohen Fließgeschwindigkeit in Richtung auf den Ablaufrohrstutzen 30 den Auslaufkasten 20 entlang strömt.
  • Im Einlaufkasten 10 bzw. vom Reservoirboden 17 nach oben ragend ist eine Inspektionseinrichtung 40 vorgesehen, die einen Rohrstutzen 43 umfasst, der an seiner Oberseite eine Öffnung 42 aufweist. An einer Seite 44 des Rohrstutzens 43 ist eine Inspektionsöffnung 45 vorgesehen, so dass das Innere des Rohrstutzens 30 über die Öffnung 42 und die Inspektionsöffnung 45 im Wesentlichen frei zugänglich ist. Zum Verschließen der Öffnung 42 ist ein Verschlusselement 41 vorgesehen, das vorzugsweise als Stopfen ausgebildet ist, der mit seinen konischen Seitenflächen dicht in die Öffnung 42 von Hand, also ohne Zuhilfenahme eines Werkzeugs einsetzbar ist. Dieses Verschlusselement 41 ist vorzugsweise elastisch verformbar.
  • Wenn der hier gezeigte Ablauftopf gereinigt werden soll, so kann eine Entlehrungseinrichtung 35 eingesetzt werden, die einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Schlauch umfasst, der bei Einsetzen in die Öffnung 42 mit einem freien Ende in der Nähe des Reservoirbodens 17 endet und dessen anderes Ende in Richtung auf den Ablaufrohrstutzen 30 mündet. Bei einem schnellen Einsetzen der Entleerungseinrichtung 35 in die Öffnung 42 ist der Flüssigkeitsspiegel hoch genug, so dass Flüssigkeit das Innere des U-förmigen Rohres durchströmt und dann die allseits bekannte Ansaugwirkung auftritt. Ist dies nicht der Fall, so kann durch Zuführen von Flüssigkeit der Flüssigkeitsspiegel so weit angehoben werden, dass eine Füllung des U-förmigen Rohres gesichert ist. Dann findet der Entleerungsvorgang ohne Weiteres statt.
  • Schließlich weist der Einlaufkasten 10 an seiner Oberseite nach außen ragend Flansche 18, 19 sowie einen rinnenförmigen Einlassbereich auf, so dass eine entsprechend geformte Ablaufrinne direkt angeschlossen werden kann.
  • Die oben beschriebenen Details werden insbesondere anhand der Fig. 7 bis 14 nochmals ersichtlich, wobei hier ausdrücklich auf den Offenbarungsgehalt dieser Abbildungen einschließlich der dortigen Dimensionierungen verwiesen wird.

Claims (9)

  1. Ablauftopf für Abwasser, insbesondere Rinnenablauftopf, mit
    - einem Einlaufkasten (10), der zur Bildung eines Geruchsverschlussreservoirs an seinen beiden Seiten Tauchwände (11, 12) aufweist, welche oberhalb eines Reservoirbodens (17) enden und so schlitzförmige Öffnungen (13, 14) bilden und mit Barrieren (15, 16) die vom Reservoirboden (17) nach oben ragen und welche einen als maximalen Flüssigkeitspegel bildenden Rückhaltepegel (R) definieren, der im Einlaufkasten (10) vorliegen kann,
    - mit einem Auslaufkasten (20) und einem Ablaufrohrstutzen, wobei der Auslaufkasten (20) über die Barrieren überströmendes Abwasser aufnimmt und in den Ablaufrohrstutzen (30) leitet,
    - mit einer Inspektionseinrichtung (40), die eine, mit einem Verschlusselement (41) verschließbare Öffnung (42) umfasst, über die der Ablaufrohrstutzen (30) zugänglich ist,
    wobei die Öffnung (42) tiefer als die Barriere (15, 16), also unterhalb des Rückhaltepegels (R) liegt,
    wobei
    die Inspektionseinrichtung (40) einen Rohrstutzen (43) umfasst, der auf dem Reservoirboden (17) steht und oben, sowie an einer Seite (44) zum Auslaufkasten (20) und zum Ablaufrohrstutzen (30) hin offen ist.
  2. Ablauftopf nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Inspektionseinrichtung (40) innerhalb des Einlaufkastens (10) angeordnet ist.
  3. Ablauftopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Auslaufkasten (20) einen, in Richtung auf den Ablaufrohrstutzen (30) hin abfallenden Boden (21, 22) aufweist.
  4. Ablauftopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Tauchwände (11, 12) über mehrere, insbesondere zwei Seiten des Einlaufkastens (10) verlaufen.
  5. Ablauftopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Barrieren (15, 16) das Reservoir auf mehreren Seiten, insbesondere auf zwei Seiten begrenzen.
  6. Ablauftopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    eine Entleerungseinrichtung (35), die derart ausgebildet und in die verschließbare Öffnung (42) derart einsetzbar ist, dass Abwasser im Reservoir entleerbar ist.
  7. Ablauftopf nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Entleerungseinrichtung (35) einen U-förmig gebogenen Schlauch umfasst.
  8. Ablauftopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Verschlusselement (41) derart ausgebildet ist, dass es werkzeuglos in die Öffnung (42), diese verschließend einsetzbar und aus dieser entnehmbar ist.
  9. Ablauftopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Einlaufkasten (10) an seiner Oberseite in einen Flanschbereich (18, 19) übergehend derart ausgebildet ist, dass eine Abflussrinne anschließbar ist.
