Claims (10)
- Procédé de déshydratation d'une bande de pâte fibreuse (4), dans lequel de la pâte fibreuse est introduite entre deux tamis (12) par l'intermédiaire d'une caisse de tête (2) pour former une bande de pâte fibreuse (4) et déshydratée, la bande de pâte fibreuse (4) ainsi produite étant ensuite menée par travers plusieurs presses (21, 10) qui suivent la partie des tamis et déshydratée, caractérisé en ce que la première presse (21), par laquelle la bande de pâte fibreuse (4) est conduite en aval de la caisse de tête (2) est équipée d'une pince double, la première presse (21) étant formée par un rouleau égoutteur (15) et deux cylindres coucheurs (16), dont chacun est serré contre le rouleau égoutteur (15) pour former une pince, le rouleau égoutteur (15) étant enveloppé d'un tamis (12) et chacun des cylindres coucheurs (16) étant enveloppé d'un feutre (17).
- Procédé de déshydratation d'une bande de pâte fibreuse (4) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres coucheurs (16) sont enveloppés d'un feutre commun (17).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le feutre (17) est déshydraté entre la première et la deuxième pinces de la première presse (21) moyennant un tuyau d'aspiration (23).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la bande de pâte fibreuse (4) est transférée à partir de la première presse (21) sans traction lâche à une presse à patins (10) se trouvant en son aval, le transfert de la bande étant effectué moyennant un rouleau aspirateur (18) ou un rouleau à cannelures (19).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la bande de pâte fibreuse (4) est chauffée entre la première et la deuxième pinces de la première presse (21) moyennant une caisse à vapeur (22).
- Dispositif de déshydratation d'une bande de pâte fibreuse (4) avec caisse de tête (2) et une partie de tamis comprenant deux tamis, au moins une première presse (21) par laquelle la bande de pâte fibreuse (4) est conduite étant disposée en aval de la partie de tamis, caractérisé en ce que la première presse (21) est équipée d'une pince double, la première presse (21) étant formée par un rouleau égoutteur (15) et deux cylindres coucheurs (16), dont chacun est serré contre le rouleau égoutteur (15) pour former une pince, le rouleau égoutteur (15) étant enveloppé d'un tamis (12) et chacun des cylindres coucheurs (16) étant enveloppé d'un feutre (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres coucheurs (16) sont enveloppés d'un feutre commun (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la première et la deuxième pinces de la première presse (21) un tuyaux aspirateur (23) est disposé pour le séchage du feutre (17) moyennant l'aspiration.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la première presse (21) et la presse à patins (10) se trouvant en son aval un rouleau aspirateur (18) ou un rouleau à cannelures (19) est disposé pour le transfert de la bande.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la première et la deuxième pinces de la première presse (21) une caisse à vapeur (22) est installée.
