Claims (7)
- Machine (1) pour la fabrication d'une bande de matière fibreuse (5) avec une section de formage (2), une section de presse (3) et une section de séchage (4) comportant plusieurs groupes de séchage, dans laquelle la section de formage (2) comprend un formeur à fente (6), dans laquelle la section de presse (3) ne comprend qu'une pince de presse (13) et ladite une pince de presse (13) est formée par une presse à sabot (14), dans laquelle le premier et le deuxième groupes de séchage de la section de séchage (4) comprennent une unité de séchage par courant d'air (19, 20), qui travaille selon le principe du séchage par courant incident et qui présente un cylindre de séchage (17, 18), une hotte (24, 28) produisant un écoulement d'air et entourant au moins localement en périphérie le cylindre de séchage (17, 18), et une toile de séchage (25, 27), dans laquelle la bande de matière fibreuse (5) est guidée entre la hotte (24, 28) et le cylindre de séchage (17, 18) et n'est pas couverte par un entoilage sur le côté tourné vers l' air incident et la bande de matière fibreuse (5) est guidée à travers les deux unités de séchage par courant d'air (19, 20) de telle manière que, dans une unité de séchage par courant d'air (19), un côté de la bande de matière fibreuse (5) soit balayé par de l'air et que, dans l'autre unité de séchage par courant d'air qui suit (20), l'autre côté de la bande de matière fibreuse (5) soit balayé par de l'air, et dans laquelle la bande de matière fibreuse (5) est guidée sans traction libre de la section de formage (2) jusqu'à l'extrémité du deuxième groupe de séchage de la section de séchage (4), caractérisée en ce que la bande de matière fibreuse (5) est guidée en sandwich entre un feutre supérieur (11) et un feutre inférieur (12) à travers ladite une pince de presse (13), dans laquelle le feutre supérieur (11) et le feutre inférieur (12) présentent un grammage de 1500 g/m2 ou plus, en ce que la bande de matière fibreuse (5) est transférée à un rouleau de reprise (15) du feutre inférieur (12) à une bande de transfert (16) et est guidée dans la première unité de séchage par courant d'air (19) jusqu'à un rouleau (26) en sandwich entre la bande de transfert (16) et la toile de séchage (25), et en ce que la section de séchage (4) présente comme troisième groupe de séchage un dispositif de séchage conventionnel avec des cylindres de séchage chauffés (22, 23).
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une unité de séchage par courant d'air (19, 20) présente un cylindre de séchage (17, 18) ayant un diamètre de 3 mètres ou plus, de préférence de 4 mètres ou plus.
- Machine (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre de séchage (17, 18) de l'unité de séchage par courant d'air (19, 20) présente une surface latérale perforée et peut être aspiré.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'air chauffé présente dans l'unité de séchage par courant d'air (19, 20) une température de 150°C ou plus, de préférence de 180°C ou plus, et de préférence encore de 220°C ou plus.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la presse à sabot (14) présente une longueur de sabot de 270 mm ou plus, de préférence de 300 mm ou plus, et de préférence encore de 330 mm ou plus.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le feutre supérieur (11) et/ou le feutre inférieur (12) présente une longueur de 20 mètres ou plus, de préférence de 30 mètres ou plus.
- Machine (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu deux, trois dispositifs d'aspiration, ou plus, qui agissent sur chaque feutre (11, 12).
