Abstract

Die Anmeldung beschreibt ein Verfahren zum Reinigen und/oder Konditionieren von textilen Flächengebilden, bei dem die feuchten, zu reinigenden und/oder zu konditionierenden textilen Flächengebilde mit einer Formulierung, enthaltend a) Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat und b) eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung in Kontakt gebracht werden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Reinigen und/oder Konditionieren von textilen Flächengebilden, bei dem die feuchten, zu reinigenden und/oder zu konditionierenden textilen Flächengebilde mit einer Formulierung, enthaltend Fasern und eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung in Kontakt gebracht werden. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Kit, umfassend Inhaltsstoffe der Formulierung.
  • Die Reinigung und/oder Konditionierung von textilen Flächengebilden mit wenig oder gar ohne Wasser oder ohne große Mengen an organischen Lösungsmitteln ist nicht nur interessant für institutionelles Waschen, sondern gewinnt aufgrund der wertvollen Ressource Wasser immer mehr an Bedeutung.
  • Aus der WO 2007/128962 A1 ist ein Waschverfahren bekannt, welches die Behandlung von verschmutzter Wäsche durch Inkontaktbringen der Wäsche mit einer Formulierung, umfassend eine Vielzahl an Polymerpartikel umfasst. Die Polymerpartikel enthalten synthetische Rohstoffe wie Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyester, Polyurethane und Polyamide.
  • Angesichts der weltweiten Verknappung fossiler Rohstoffe und damit verbundener Preissteigerungen für synthetische Rohstoffe, besteht Bedarf zunehmend natürliche Rohstoffe einzusetzen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Verfahren zum Reinigen und/oder Konditionieren von textilen Flächengebilden, bei dem die feuchten, zu reinigenden und/oder zu konditionierenden textilen Flächengebilde mit einer Formulierung, enthaltend
    1. a) Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat, und
    2. b) eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung
    in Kontakt gebracht werden.
  • Cellulosecarbamate sind Produkte der Reaktion zwischen Cellulose und Harnstoff. Die beiden Reaktionspartner sind ökologisch unbedenklich bzw. basieren auf nachwachsenden Ressourcen.
  • Es hat sich gezeigt, dass mit Hilfe einer Formulierung, enthaltend Cellulosecarbamat-haltige Fasern und eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung verschmutzte textile Flächengebilde gereinigt werden können.
  • Es ist bevorzugt, dass das Cellulosecarbamat einen Substitutionsgrad DSCarbamat von 0,01 bis 1, bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 0,7 und ganz besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 0,5 aufweist.
  • Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamate mit einem Substitutionsgrad DSCarbamat von 0,01 bis 1 weisen gute Fleckentfernungseigenschaften auf. Eine besonders gute Fleckenentfernung kann mit Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamate mit einem Substitutionsgrad DSCarbamat von 0,1 bis 0,5 erreicht werden.
  • Es hat sich überraschender Weise gezeigt, dass durch den Einsatz von H2O2 in dem Verfahren nicht nur bei bleichbaren Flecken eine Verbesserung der Fleckentfernung erzielt wird, sondern auch bei einer Vielzahl anderer Flecktypen.
  • Ferner hat sich gezeigt, dass die Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat, nach Beendigung des Wasch- und/oder Konditionierungsverfahren auf ihrer Oberfläche weniger stark eingefärbt bzw. verschmutzt ist. Durch das deutlich sauberere Aussehen der Fasern hat der Verbraucher weniger Hemmungen, die Fasern mehrfach zu verwenden.
  • Aus Kostengründen ist es vorteilhaft, dass H2O2, welches verglichen mit anderen Bleichmitteln wie Percarbonaten oder Perboraten ein preiswertes Bleichmittel ist, in dem Verfahren eingesetzt werden kann. Zudem wird Wasserstoffperoxid in wässriger Lösung eingesetzt, so dass sich das Bleichmittel während des Waschprozesses nicht erst lösen muss. Außerdem verteilt es sich dadurch gleichmäßiger in der Formulierung.
  • Das Wasserstoffperoxid kann separat, in der Waschmittelzusammensetzung eingearbeitet, auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder von den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt werden.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren ist ein Spülgang nicht erforderlich. Dass heißt im Umkehrschluss, dass einige Inhaltsstoffe des Waschmittels auf den textilen Flächengebilden verbleiben. Um eine Sensibilisierung und allergische Reaktionen, hervorgerufen durch Enzyme zu vermeiden, kann es vorteilhaft sein, dass die Waschmittelzusammensetzung frei von Enzymen ist.
  • Auch die Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann separat, auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder von den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt werden.
  • Es kann insbesondere bevorzugt sein, dass die Fasern aus Cellulosecarbamat bestehen.
  • Fasern, die nur aus Cellulosecarbamat gebildet sind, weisen eine besonders hohe Reinigungsleistung in dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren auf.
  • Je nach Fleck und zu reinigendem Gut kann es vorteilhaft sein, dass die Fasern willkürlich angeordnet sind oder dass die Fasern in Form eines Vlieses eingesetzt werden.
  • Werden die Fasern in willkürlicher Anordnung, beispielsweise in Form von Flocken eingesetzt, weisen die Fasern eine hohe Beweglichkeit auf und können somit in engen Kontakt mit den zu reinigenden textilen Flächengebilden kommen. Vliese, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat-haltige Fasern können gezielt auf Flecken, die sich auf den textilen Flächengebilden finden, aufgebracht werden.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Kit zum Reinigen und/oder Konditionieren von textilen Flächengebilden, umfassend
    1. a) Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat, und
    2. b) eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung.
  • Im Folgenden soll die Erfindung unter anderem anhand von Beispielen eingehender beschrieben werden.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren kann bei einer großen Vielzahl an textilen Flächengebilden angewendet werden. Es kann beispielsweise bei allen natürlichen und synthetischen Gewebefasern eingesetzt werden, obwohl es besonders vorteilhaft bei textilen Flächengebilden aus Polyamid, Polyester und Baumwolle angewendet wird.
  • Es ist vorteilhaft, dass die zu behandelnden textilen Flächengebilde mit Wasser befeuchtet werden, um insbesondere den Transport von Schmutzpartikeln zu den Fasern zu verbessern.
  • Sind die Waschmittelzusammensetzung und das H2O2, falls vorhanden, auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder von den Fasern absorbiert, wird durch das Anfeuchten der textilen Flächengebilde auch der Transport der Inhaltsstoffen der Waschmittelzusammensetzung und vom H2O2, falls vorhanden, von den Fasern auf die textilen Flächengebilde verbessert. Das Anfeuchten der textilen Flächengewebe kann beispielsweise durch Benetzung mit Wasser oder einer wässrigen Lösung der Waschmittelmittelzusammensetzung erfolgen.
  • Die Menge an Wasser, die vorteilhafter Weise eingesetzt wird, hängt auch von der Wasseraufnahmekapazität der textilen Flächengebilde ab. Es ist jedoch im Allgemeinen bevorzugt, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis textile Flächengebilde zu Wasser von 1 : 0,1 bis 1 : 5 und mehr bevorzugt von 1 : 0,2 bis 1 : 2 beträgt.
  • Das Gewichtsverhältnis Fasern zu textile Flächengebilden beträgt vorzugsweise von 30 : 1 bis 1 : 1, mehr bevorzugt von 15 : 1 bis 1,5 : 1 und insbesondere bevorzugt von 8 : 1 bis 2 : 1.
  • Im Stand der Technik sind verschiedenste Verfahren zu Herstellung von Cellulosecarbamat bekannt. So wird Cellulosecarbamat beispielsweise bei der Umsetzung von Cellulose mit Harnstoff bei erhöhter Temperatur gebildet und lässt sich in kalter verdünnter Natronlauge lösen.
  • Willkürlich angeordnete Faser, beispielsweise in Form von Flocken, weisen eine gute Beweglichkeit und somit einen engen Kontakt mit den textilen Flächengebilden auf.
  • Alternativ können die Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat, auch in anderen erdenklichen Formen, wie Kugeln, Würfeln, Quadern, Kegel, Kegelstümpfe, Pyramiden oder Zylinder, angeordnet werden.
  • Vliese sind textile Flächengebilde, bei denen die Flächenbildung nicht durch Weben oder Stricken, sondern durch Verhakelung der Fasern mit anschließender Fixierung erfolgt. Prinzipiell ist die Vliesbildung aus Kurzfasern, Stapelfasern oder Endlosfilamenten möglich. Die als "Spunbonding" bzw. als "Spunlacing" bezeichneten Verfahren der Vliesbildung aus Endlosfasern haben den Vorteil, dass das Erspinnen der Fasern und das Verlegen zu Vliesen in einem Prozess erfolgen kann.
  • Liegen die Fasern in Form eines Vlieses vor, ist es bevorzugt, dass das Vlies an den zu reinigenden textilen Flächengebilden und insbesondere bevorzugt auf den dort befindlichen Flecken befestigt ist. Die Befestigung sollte derart sein, dass möglichst viel von der Oberfläche der textilen Flächengewebe mit der Oberfläche des Vlieses in Kontakt ist.
  • Die Formulierung enthält neben den Fasern eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung. Die Waschmittelzusammensetzung enthält Tensid(e), wobei anionische, nichtionische, zwitterionische und/oder amphotere Tenside eingesetzt werden können. Bevorzugt sind aus anwendungstechnischer Sicht Mischungen aus anionischen und nichtionischen Tensiden. Der Gesamttensidgehalt eines flüssigen Waschmittels liegt vorzugsweise unterhalb von 40 Gew.-% und besonders bevorzugt unterhalb von 35 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte, vorzugsweise flüssige, Waschmittelzusammensetzung.
  • Geeignete nichtionische Tenside umfassen alkoxylierte Fettalkohole, alkoxylierte Fettsäurealkylester, Fettsäureamide, alkoxylierte Fettsäureamide, Polyhydroxyfettsäureamide, Alkylphenolpolyglycolether, Aminoxide, Alkylpolyglucoside und Mischungen daraus.
  • Als nichtionische Tenside werden vorzugsweise alkoxylierte, vorteilhafterweise ethoxylierte, insbesondere primäre Alkohole mit vorzugsweise 8 bis 18 C-Atomen und durchschnittlich 1 bis 12 Mol Ethylenoxid (EO) pro Mol Alkohol eingesetzt, in denen der Alkoholrest linear oder bevorzugt in 2-Stellung methylverzweigt sein kann bzw. lineare und methylverzweigte Reste im Gemisch enthalten kann, so wie sie üblicherweise in Oxoalkoholresten vorliegen. Insbesondere sind jedoch Alkoholethoxylate mit linearen Resten aus Alkoholen nativen Ursprungs mit 12 bis 18 C-Atomen, zum Beispiel aus Kokos-, Palm-, Talgfett- oder Oleylalkohol, und durchschnittlich 2 bis 8 EO pro Mol Alkohol bevorzugt. Zu den bevorzugten ethoxylierten Alkoholen gehören beispielsweise C12-14-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 4 EO oder 7 EO, C9-11-Alkohol mit 7 EO, C13-15-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO, 7 EO oder 8 EO, C12-18-Alkohole mit 3 EO, 5 EO oder 7 EO und Mischungen aus diesen, wie Mischungen aus C12-14-Alkohol mit 3 EO und C12-18-Alkohol mit 7 EO. Die angegebenen Ethoxylierungsgrade stellen statistische Mittelwerte dar, die für ein spezielles Produkt eine ganze oder eine gebrochene Zahl sein können. Bevorzugte Alkoholethoxylate weisen eine eingeengte Homologenverteilung auf (narrow range ethoxylates, NRE). Zusätzlich zu diesen nichtionischen Tensiden können auch Fettalkohole mit mehr als 12 EO eingesetzt werden. Beispiele hierfür sind Talgfettalkohol mit 14 EO, 25 EO, 30 EO oder 40 EO. Auch nichtionische Tenside, die EO- und PO-Gruppen zusammen im Molekül enthalten, sind erfindungsgemäß einsetzbar. Geeignet sind ferner auch eine Mischung aus einem (stärker) verzweigten ethoxylierten Fettalkohol und einem unverzweigten ethoxylierten Fettalkohol, wie beispielsweise eine Mischung aus einem C16-18-Fettalkohol mit 7 EO und 2-Propylheptanol mit 7 EO. Insbesondere bevorzugt enthält das Wasch-, Reinigungs-, Nachbehandlungs- oder Waschhilfsmittel einen C12-18-Fettalkohol mit 7 EO oder einen C13-15-Oxoalkohol mit 7 EO als nichtionisches Tensid.
  • Der Gehalt an nichtionischen Tensiden beträgt in der Waschmittelzusammensetzung bevorzugt 3 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 30 Gew.-% und insbesondere 7 bis 20 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf die gesamte Waschmittelzusammensetzung.
  • Neben den nichtionischen Tensiden kann die Waschmittelzusammensetzung auch anionische Tenside enthalten. Als anionisches Tensid werden vorzugsweise Sulfonate, Sulfate, Seifen, Alkylphosphate, anionische Silikontenside und Mischungen daraus eingesetzt.
  • Als Tenside vom Sulfonat-Typ kommen dabei vorzugsweise C9-13-Alkylbenzolsulfonate und Olefinsulfonate in Betracht. Geeignet sind auch C12-18-Alkansulfonate und die Ester von α-Sulfofettsäuren (Estersulfonate), zum Beispiel die α-sulfonierten Methylester der hydrierten Kokos-, Palmkern- oder Talgfettsäuren.
  • Als Alk(en)ylsulfate werden die Alkali- und insbesondere die Natriumsalze der Schwefelsäurehalbester der C12-C18-Fettalkohole, beispielsweise aus Kokosfettalkohol, Talgfettalkohol, Lauryl-, Myristyl-, Cetyl- oder Stearylalkohol oder der C10-C20-Oxoalkohole und diejenigen Halbester sekundärer Alkohole dieser Kettenlängen bevorzugt. Aus waschtechnischem Interesse sind die C12-C16-Alkylsulfate und C12-C15-Alkylsulfate sowie C14-C15-Alkylsulfate bevorzugt. Auch 2,3-Alkylsulfate sind geeignete anionische Tenside.
  • Auch die Schwefelsäuremonoester der mit 1 bis 6 Mol Ethylenoxid ethoxylierten geradkettigen oder verzweigten C7-21-Alkohole, wie 2-Methyl-verzweigte C9-11-Alkohole mit im Durchschnitt 3,5 Mol Ethylenoxid (EO) oder C12-18-Fettalkohole mit 1 bis 4 EO, sind geeignet.
  • Auch bevorzugte anionische Tenside sind Seifen. Geeignet sind gesättigte und ungesättigte Fettsäureseifen, wie die Salze der Laurinsäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Stearinsäure, (hydrierten) Erucasäure und Behensäure sowie insbesondere aus natürlichen Fettsäuren, zum Beispiel Kokos-, Palmkern-, Olivenöl- oder Talgfettsäuren, abgeleitete Seifengemische.
  • Die anionischen Tenside einschließlich der Seifen können in Form ihrer Natrium-, Kalium- oder Magnesium- oder Ammoniumsalze vorliegen. Vorzugsweise liegen die anionischen Tenside in Form ihrer Natriumsalze vor. Weitere bevorzugte Gegenionen für die anionischen Tenside sind auch die protonierten Formen von Cholin, Triethylamin oder Methylethylamin.
  • Der Gehalt eines Waschmittelzusammensetzung an anionischen Tensiden kann 1 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 5 bis 30 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 25 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf die gesamte Waschmittelzusammensetzung, betragen.
  • Zusätzlich zu den Tensiden kann die Waschmittelzusammensetzung weitere Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, die die anwendungstechnischen und/oder ästhetischen Eigenschaften der Waschmittelzusammensetzung weiter verbessern. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten bevorzugte Waschmittelzusammensetzungen zusätzlich einen oder mehrere Stoffe aus der Gruppe der Gerüststoffe, Bleichmittel, Bleichaktivatoren, Bleichkatalysatoren, Enzyme, Elektrolyte, nichtwässrigen Lösungsmittel, pH-Stellmittel, Parfüme, Parfümträger, Fluoreszenzmittel, Farbstoffe, Hydrotope, Schauminhibitoren, Silikonöle, Soil-Release-Polymeren optischen Aufheller, Vergrauungsinhibitoren, Einlaufverhinderer, Knitterschutzmittel, Farbübertragungsinhibitoren, antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffe, Germizide, Fungizide, Antioxidantien, Konservierungsmittel, Korrosionsinhibitoren, Verdicker, Antistatika, Bittermittel, Bügelhilfsmittel, Phobier- und Imprägniermittel sowie UV-Absorber.
  • Schließt sich dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren kein Spülgang an, so ist es bevorzugt, dass die Waschmittelzusammensetzung keine Inhaltsstoffe enthält, die bei Kontakt mit Haut eine Sensibilisierung oder Allergien auslösen können. Deshalb kann es beispielsweise bevorzugt sein, dass die Waschmittelzusammensetzung frei von Enzymen ist.
  • Die Waschmittelzusammensetzung selber kann fest, flüssig, gelförmig, wachsartig oder pastenförmig sein, wobei flüssige Waschmittel aufgrund der besseren Löseeigenschaften insbesondere bevorzugt sind.
  • Die Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann separat und/oder auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt werden. Es kann bevorzugt sein, dass die Fasern mit der Waschmittelzusammensetzung beschichtet sind. Wird die Waschmittelzusammensetzung auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt, erleichtert dies dem Anwender die Durchführung des Verfahrens, da er die Waschmittelzusammensetzung nicht noch separat zu dosieren muss.
  • Neben den Fasern und der Waschmittelzusammensetzung kann die Formulierung Wasserstoffperoxid enthalten. Wasserstoffperoxid ist ein preiswertes Bleichmittel und hinterlässt keine Rückstände auf den damit behandelten textilen Flächengebilden.
  • Das Wasserstoffperoxid kann separat und/oder in der Waschmittelzusammensetzung eingearbeitet und/oder auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder von den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt werden. Ist das Wasserstoffperoxid bereits in Waschmittelzusammensetzung eingearbeitet oder wird es auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder von den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt, vermeidet dies, dass der Anwender in direkten Kontakt mit dem Wasserstoffperoxid kommt.
  • Die Menge an H2O2 beträgt vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 10g und mehr bevorzugt 0,5 bis 3 g pro Waschladung, wobei die Waschladung bis zu 5 kg wiegt.
  • Das Verfahren kann in eigens dafür ausgelegten Waschmaschinen durchgeführt werden. Dabei können die Fasern entweder separat durch den Anwender des Verfahrens in die Waschtrommel eingeführt werden oder, in einer alternativen Ausführungsform, in einer Vorratskammer innerhalb der Waschmaschine aufbewahrt und dann zum Waschgang in die Waschtrommel automatisch dosiert werden. Die Fasern können nach Beendigung des Waschverfahrens entweder zusammen mit den gereinigten textilen Flächengebilden entfernt oder in die Vorratskammer für weitere Anwendungen zurückgeführt werden.
  • Bei mehrfacher Anwendung der Fasern kann es bevorzugt sein, dass diese einem Auffrischungsschritt unterzogen werden. Dies kann beispielsweise durch Spülen der Fasern mit einer Reinigungslösung, um anhaftende Pigmentpartikel zu entfernen und/oder Bleichen der in den äußeren Schichten der Fasern anhaftenden Schmutzpartikel erfolgen. Dieser Auffrischungsschritt kann zum Beispiel automatisch in einer dafür ausgelegten Waschmaschine oder separat erfolgen.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführungsform kann das Verfahren in einem handelsüblichen Trockner durchgeführt werden. Dazu werden die feuchten, zu reinigenden Textilien zusammen mit den Fasern und der Waschmittelzusammensetzung in einen Luft-, Wasser- und Wasserdampf-dichten Beutel gegeben und dieser wird anschließend verschlossen in einem Trockner platziert. Nach Beendigung des Trockenprogramms wird der Beutel entnommen und die gereinigten textilen Flächengebilde werden entnommen sowie getrocknet.
  • Bevorzugt wird das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren bei einer Temperatur kleiner 100 °C durchgeführt. Insbesondere bevorzugt wird das Verfahren bei Temperaturen zwischen 30 und 90 °C durchgeführt.
  • Die Dauer der beiden Verfahren beträgt vorzugsweise zwischen 15 und 240 Minuten und mehr bevorzugt zwischen 20 und 90 Minuten.
  • Ausführungsbeispiele Ausführungsbeispiel E1
  • In einen Autoklaven-Beutel wurden 100 g Fasern aus Cellulosecarbamat gegeben. Die Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern wurden in Form von Flocken eingesetzt. Parallel wurden 150 g weiße Gerstenkornhandtücher auf denen Standard-Testgewebe aus Baumwolle mit Testflecken befestigt waren, mit einer wässrigen Lösung aus 290,7 g Wasser und 11,81 g Waschmittel A angefeuchtet. Anschließend wurde der Beutel verschlossen und in die Trommel eines Trockners (Miele Novotronic T 7644 C) überführt. Zusätzlich wurden in die Trommel 2000 g Frotteehandtücher, welche mit 2000 g Wasser angefeuchtet waren, gegeben. Nach Durchlauf des Programms "cotton extra dry" (Dauer: 90 Minuten) wurden die mit den befleckten Standardtestgeweben versehenen Gerstenkornhandtücher aus dem Autoklaven-Beutel genommen, hängend getrocknet und anschließend wurde der Grad der Fleckentfernung bestimmt.
  • Das Verfahren wurde mit Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern durchgeführt, die einen Substitutionsgrad von DSCarbamat = 0,45 aufwiesen.
  • Das Waschmittel A enthielt 21,1 Gew.-% Tenside (nichtionische und anionische Tenside), sowie weitere übliche Bestandteile von flüssigen Waschmitteln wie das Natriumsalz von Citronensäure, Natriummetaborat, Entschäumer, Acrylatverdicker, wassermischbare Lösungsmittel, optischen Aufheller, Farbstoffe, Parfüm und Wasser. Das Waschmittel A war frei von Enzymen.
  • Vergleichsbeispiel V1 und V2
  • Es wurde analog wie in Ausführungsbeispiel 1 verfahren, mit dem Unterschied, dass unmodifizierte Cellulose-Fasern (V1: Arbocel B400 und V2: Arbocel FIF 400; beide von der Fa. Rettenmeier) eingesetzt wurden.
  • Die Bestimmung der Fähigkeit der Fleckentfernung erfolgte über die Bestimmung des Normfarbwertes Y (DIN 5033). Dazu wurden die Y-Werte der befleckten, unbehandelten Standardgewebe und die Y-Werte der befleckten, in einem der Verfahren E1, V1 oder V2 behandelten Textilien bestimmt (siehe Tabelle 1). Die Bestimmung erfolgte bei 420 nm (Gerät: Datacolor Spectraflash 600, 30 mm Blende). Die Bewertung der Fleckentfernung erfolgte über den dY-Wert (Y-Wert des unbehandelten Flecks minus Y-Wert des behandelten Flecks). Tabelle 1: Remission: dY-Wert

  • Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass durch Einsatz von Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern eine deutlich verbesserte Fleckentfernung bei einer Vielzahl unterschiedlichster Flecken verglichen mit unmodifizierten Cellulose-Fasern auftritt.
  • Ausführungsbeispiel E2
  • Es wurde analog wie in Ausführungsbeispiel 1 verfahren, mit dem Unterschied, dass die FrotteeHandtücher mit einer wässrigen Lösung aus 290,7 g Wasser, 1 g H2O2 (Aktivsubstanz) und 11,81 g Waschmittel A angefeuchtet wurden.
  • Vergleichsbeispiele V3 und V4
  • Es wurde analog wie in Ausführungsbeispiel 1 verfahren, mit dem Unterschied, dass in V3 als Referenz Frotteehandtücher anstelle der Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern und in V4 unmodifizierte Cellulose-Fasern (Arbocel B400) eingesetzt wurden.
  • Die Bestimmung der Fähigkeit der Fleckentfernung erfolgte wie für die Verfahren E1, V1 und V2 beschrieben.
  • Auch hier war die Fleckentfernung bei Verwendung von Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern höher als bei Fasern aus unmodifizierter Cellulose. Die Ergebnisse zeigten auch, dass durch Zugabe von H2O2 nicht nur eine deutlich verbesserte Fleckentfernung bei bleichbaren Flecken, sondern auch bei einer Vielzahl anderer Flecken auftritt. Eine besonders gute Fleckentfernung wurde bei Mineralöl/Ruß, Olivenöl/Ruß, Kakao, gefärbter Maisstärke und Rotwein erhalten. Außerdem waren insbesondere die Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern, welche im Verfahren E2 eingesetzt wurden, weniger stark verfärbt/angeschmutzt als die Fasern, die im Verfahren E1 eingesetzt wurden.
  • Ausführungsbeispiel E3
  • Es wurde analog wie in Ausführungsbeispiel 1 verfahren, mit dem Unterschied, dass Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern mit unterschiedlichen Substitutionsgraden DSCarbamat eingesetzt wurden.
  • Das Verfahren wurde mit den folgenden Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern durchgeführt:
    • CC1 → DSCarbamat = 0,1
    • CC2 → DSCarbamat = 0,33
    • CC3 → DSCarbamat = 0,36
    • CC4 → DSCarbamat = 0,38
  • Die Bestimmung der Fähigkeit der Fleckentfernung erfolgte wie für die Verfahren E1, V1 und V2 beschrieben. In Tabelle 2 sind die dY-Werte gemittelt über 19 Anschmutzungen für die verschiedenen Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern angegeben. Tabelle 2: Remission: dY-Wert

  • Die Ergebnisse zeigen deutlich, dass Cellulosecarbamat-Fasern mit einem niedrigeren Substitutionsgraden DSCarbamat verbesserte Fleckentfernungseigenschaften aufweisen.

Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Reinigen und/oder Konditionieren von textilen Flächengebilden, bei dem die feuchten, zu reinigenden und/oder zu konditionierenden textilen Flächengebilde mit einer Formulierung, enthaltend
    a) Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat, und
    b) eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung
    in Kontakt gebracht werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Cellulosecarbamat einen Substitutionsgrad DSCarbamat von 0,01 bis 1, bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 0,7 und ganz besonders bevorzugt von 0,1 bis 0,5 aufweist.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formulierung zusätzlich Wasserstoffperoxid (H2O2) enthält.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wasserstoffperoxid separat, in der Waschmittelzusammensetzung eingearbeitet, auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder von den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waschmittelzusammensetzung frei von Enzymen ist.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waschmittelzusammensetzung separat, auf den Fasern aufgebracht und/oder von den Fasern absorbiert in dem Verfahren eingesetzt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern aus Cellulosecarbamat bestehen.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern willkürlich angeordnet sind.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fasern in Form eines Vlieses eingesetzt werden.
  10. Kit zum Reinigen und/oder Konditionieren von textilen Flächengebilden, umfassend
    a) Fasern, umfassend Cellulosecarbamat, und
    b) eine Waschmittelzusammensetzung.
