Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de guidage de chaise (100) comprenant
    - un rail de guidage (6.1 , 6.2) s'étendant entre une position initiale (A) et une position finale (E) d'un support (4),
    - un chariot (5) logé mobile sur le rail de guidage (6.1, 6.2) et portant le support de chaise (4),
    - un boîtier (10) doté d'un corps de base (17) et d'un couvercle (11), ce dernier comportant un trou oblong (3) dans lequel est agencé mobile le support de chaise (4), caractérisé
    - en ce que le rail de guidage (6.1, 6.2) est disposé pivotant autour d'un axe de rotation (24),
    - en ce que le rail de guidage (6.1, 6.2) est agencé sur un plateau basculant (20) logé pivotant sur une articulation tournante (22) qui inclut l'axe de rotation (24),
    - en ce que le plateau basculant (20) incluant le rail de guidage (6.1, 6.2) est au moins pour partie enveloppé par le boîtier (10)
    - et en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen (23) permettant de faire pivoter le plateau basculant (20) selon un angle (α) par rapport à un plan horizontal (EB).
  2. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plan horizontal (EB) est défini soit par un fond (12) du corps de base (17), soit par le couvercle (11).
  3. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pivotement (23) est un ressort (23.1) ou un autre moyen, par exemple un excentrique.
  4. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon la revendication 3, caractérisé
    - en ce que le ressort (23.1) exerce une force élastique (FK) supérieure au poids que les masses de la chaise (1), du plateau basculant (20) et du support de chaise (4) appliquent audit ressort, de sorte telle que lorsque la chaise est inoccupée, le plateau basculant (20) se trouve en position pivotée selon l'angle (α) par rapport au plan horizontal (EB) et ce quelle que soit la position de la chaise,
    - en ce que, lorsque le plateau basculant (20) est chargé, le ressort se trouve comprimé de sorte telle que ledit plateau basculant (20) adopte une position (31) horizontale parallèle au plan (EB)
    - et en ce que le ressort (23.1) appuie contre le plateau basculant (20) en exerçant une tension (FK) dirigée dans une large mesure perpendiculairement audit plateau (20).
  5. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (23.1) est un ressort en spirale.
  6. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le ressort (23.1) est un ressort à gaz.
  7. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ressort (23.1) est réalisé en un matériau élastomère.
  8. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le à ressort (23.1) est logé au niveau du fond (12) du boîtier (10).
  9. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la position oblique (30) du plateau basculant (20) à l'état non chargé correspond à un angle d'inclinaison (α) compris entre 0 et 15 degrés, de préférence entre 1 et 3 degrés.
  10. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le plateau basculant (20) est constitué du fond (12).
  11. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (10) est en forme de parallélépipède.
  12. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (10) est approprié pour être incorporé dans la plaque de pied d'une chaise de bureau ou d'un fauteuil relax.
  13. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (11) du boîtier (10), qui comporte un trou oblong (3), peut être remplacé par un couvercle sans trou oblong.
  14. Dispositif de guidage de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les attaches mis en oeuvre pour fixer le support de chaise (4) sont accessibles de l'extérieur du boîtier (10).
