Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Transport, zum Umdrehen und zur Oberflächenbehandlung von Werkstücken (5), die von Förderbändern (2 und 3) vorangetrieben werden, die Antriebsmotoren (13) zugeordnet sind, die den Antrieb in entgegengesetzte Richtungen jedes Bands (2 und 3) sicherstellen, um den Hintransport und danach den Rücktransport der Werkstücke, nach dem Umdrehen derselben, sicherzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Antriebsmotoren (13) der Förderbänder (2 oder 3) einer Achse (11) zugeordnet ist, die auf Lagern (12) montiert ist und auf der eine Antriebstrommel (9) des Förderbands (2) für eine Hinrichtung und eine auf Rollen (15) für das Förderband (3) montierte lose Trommel (8) für eine Rückrichtung derart angeordnet sind, dass die Förderbänder (2 und 3) in einem selben Gestell Seite an Seite platziert sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderbänder (2 oder 3) auf Anforderung in entgegengesetzte Richtung oder in dieselbe Richtung funktionieren.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einer Behandlungsmaschine (1) zugeordnet ist, deren gesamte Fläche den Durchgang der zu bearbeitenden Werkstücke (5) bedeckt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hintransport, der Vorgang des Umdrehens und der Rücktransport unter einem einzigen Oberflächenbehandlungsmittel integriert sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Umdreher (4) umfasst, der aus Transportbändern (16), freien oder angetriebenen Trommeln (17), die in einem Gestell (18) montiert sind, besteht, das selbst von einem Motor (10) in sequentielle Rotation um 180° derart in Rotation versetzt wird, dass das Werkstück (5) vom Umdreher (4) gleichzeitig umgedreht und zur Bearbeitung der zweiten Seite des Werkstücks vom Band (2) auf das Band (3) befördert wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umdreher (4) von vier neben- und übereinanderliegenden Transportbändern (16) gebildet wird, um das Übernehmen und das Umdrehen der Werkstücke (5) durch Drehen des Gestells (18) um eine Längsachse vor Wiedereinführung in die Maschine in die Rückrichtung zu erlauben.
